- Isa (8/5): super! - De locatie was super, op 5 minuten afstand van het strand. Ook was de buurt super rustig. Het ontbijt was erg goed verzorgt en er was veel keuze. De kamer is schoon en ruim. Helaas hadden wij geen airco in de kamer maar alleen twee ventilators waardoor de kamer wel erg warm was om in te slapen.

You can hire bikes from them (use their practice ground if you are new to it), it is 10 min walking distance from one of the main beaches on the island. It is very easy to get to anywhere on a bike from the accommodation thanks to its location

Очень вкусно и недорого готовят в кафе при отеле. Вода в кулере, ограничений мы не заметили. Можно взять на прокат байк и купить экскурсии. Без транспорта делать нечего, долековато. Дорога в гору к отелю на автомобиле не удобная узкая и неровная. В отеле много замечательных кошек которые ходят по столам в кафе и лижут вашу еду пока вы отошли за фруктами. В номере нет телевизора.

Hace muchísimo calor en la habitación, no hay aire acondicionado, el ventilador no ayuda. Había sapos en el baño. Te dan solo una botella de agua para 3 días y no limpian la habitación.

- GUY (10/5): Great value and a comfortable base for exploring Koh Lanta. - I was here with 2 kids. The owner is so helpful. Nice and Clean room, breakfast is good. Easy bike rentals. They are responsive on bookings.com chat. (Huge plus) They helped me coordinate pickup and drop off from KBV to the Bungalow. I got the AC room so it was nice and cold. The restaurant is nice. It is perched on a hill, under the mango trees. Food is good. Yes the room doesn’t have a lot of noise insulation. Yes you might hear some road noise. Yes you will hear some people talking. Yes bugs exist in Thailand. But that’s grounding, and part of the Lanta magic isn’t it? And yes we’d come back to Cat again 🫶 Sound insulation is basic, so expect some road noise and people talking. Also, this is Thailand, so occasional bugs are part of the experience.

Scooter hier gehuurd zonder borg, was laten doen, avondeten, helpen met een tour boeken voor een goede prijs! Om de twee dagen een schoon bedje. Wij waren bang dat we bed bugs hadden meegenomen van een ander hotel en dit gaven we aan, ze hebben vervolgens de kamer helemaal gecheckt (er zat gelukkig niks). Echt een top verblijf!

- Graham (10/5): A restorative happy experience with a good dash of fun, Thank you Oi and family. - My return to Thailand after 15 yrs, saw me leave Phuket for Koh Lanta after 2 weeks- feeling a little jaded. After 2 days in Cat bungalows my faith in Thai Tourism and the people working in it was restored. Oi and her family are 11/10 people running a 10/10 guestthouse. The guests were varied, considerate and friendly, the location is great- 10 mins to walk to Klong Khong beach (good swimming on high tide), 30 mins approx to Bamboo beach or Old town by scooter. People visit from the beach to eat at Cat in the evenings, Ohes delicious flavours are consistently good. With an on-site travel desk Oi will coordinate anything (possible). Wifi is reliable and fast. Even comfy hammocks. The included breakfast is continental and good, there are cooked alternatives available for a small fee. Tip -There are a variety of rooms available and they're exactly as described, reserve the one that's finish and price will suit you. Beds are firm in Asia- it's a thing :) Also it's better for your back. I like Guesthouses, the connection and experience is personal, I was lucky to have come to this one. Booked 2 days stayed 8. Beware 3/10 reviews, they are often made by 3/10 people.

Scooters to rent for 200 per day, they even had a practice track where you could learn to ride the bike. Nice balcony with hammock. Check out is 12. Wide comfy bed. It was up a hill, our bus wouldn’t drive up so we had to walk up with our bags. My boyfriend would say the shower was hot, I would say it was warm. Could do with a mirror in the room, not just the bathroom. About a 10 minute walk to 7-11/restaurants.

Breakfast provided is decent though you do have to pay for eggs Book everything through the hotel; they’ll get you the best rates including on pickup from the port upon arrival. Water cooler provided, which is so helpful. Walls are quite thin so you’ll likely hear neighbors, and traffic from motos and Tuk tuks is still audible in the rooms, so earplugs recommended

Zusätzlich konnte man sich den ganzen Tag über warme Speisen im Restaurant servieren lassen - super lecker! Die Familie ist über aus herzlich und hilft bei allem, organisiert auch Touren oder Taxi/Fähren. Wäscheservice und Rollerverleih wird angeboten. Das Bungalow selbst war gut ausgestattet, ruhig und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis passt total. An sich nichts (ein Fön Bungalow wäre wünschenswert)

Było to też najczystsze miejsce w jakim byliśmy w czasie naszego pobytu w Tajlandii (a byliśmy już w 5 innych miejscach w tym 5 gwiazdkowym resorcie). Klimat tego miejsca i jego niewymuszonosc jest niepowtarzalna. Jesli kiedykolwiek wrócimy do Tajlandii to na pewno tutaj. Wszystko jest super.

The rooms were basic and comfortable. I would say to upgrade to an Aircon one for more comfort. We chose to do this halfway for us stay and it was no issue with the hosts. - Emy (10/5): Lovely place to stay with sweet owners - We loved the location, the owners, the room and the motorbike. It was so easy to rent a motorbike on the location and the owners help you with everything. If you want to book a tour or transport, they arrange it all for you. We stayed 4 nights here and we can really recommend it. Nothing it was all great!
- Lea (10/5): Amazing stay, very helpful staff, yummy breakfast ! - The owner and her husband are so so so nice, very helpful. You can feel they enjoy what they do ! And the breakfast is so complete! I was looking forward to wake up every morning :) The beds are very hard
- Benjamin (10/5): I love cat bungalow & would deffo reccomend - I loved how accommodating and friendly the staff were. They offered free breakfast and you can even order dinner here. The bed was a little un comfy but i had good sleep overall
- Danne (10/5): Perfect - We had a lovely time with great service! The staff were friendly and they can cook AMAZING! Breakfast is super as well, everything you need in the morning, they were also preparing breakfast a little earlier because we had to leave early in the morning :) You can rent a scooter at the accommodation and there is also an option to do your laundry there :) Location is perfect, since you will be able to go to the north and south easily.
