• rod (9/5): very relaxing and enjoyable - I loved the sauna and Jacuzzi and the whole relaxing atmosphere down there it was fantastic it was so central to everything, including the main ski lift

• Madeleine Muir (8/5): Perfect small hotel with fantastic spa. - Excellent hotel right at the bottom of the piste. Very clean and tidy. Staff were wonderful and made us feel very welcome and looked after. Proximity to town too was great. Spa facilities were exceptional - very peaceful. It was a bit noisy both inside and from the bar next door. Although that stopped at 7pm and nothing affected sleeping. Ski locker was a tiny bit slim for both skis and a board. Was a bit of a wiggle to get it in.

• Michelle (9/5): - Clean, comfortable and the family room was spacious and practically set up with a sliding door separating it from the main bedroom. The spa area was also really nice. The restaurant wasn’t open at night time during our stay.

• Alexander (10/5): - Очень профессиональный персонал. От ресепшиониста до уборщиц. Всегда готовы помочь постояльцам и делают это на высшем уровне. Свежая мебель и сантехника за чистотой следят. Приятный запах дерева в номере. С точки зрения катания скатываешься вниз прямо до скилокера. С утра до подъемника нужно пройти 100 метров. Немного тесноватый номер, но это видно, когда бронируешь.
• Steve (7/5): Friendly, clean and location great. - Location to ski slopes perfect short walk to lifts and you can ski back into the hotel if plenty of snow cover. When booking (certainly in Ski season) be aware that the superior rooms (we had room 14) these are a lot more expensive, they do have a balcony but the apre’ bar joined to the hotel is so loud. Don’t think of having a siesta between four and seven in the evening, you can’t hear yourself think. Also the superior rooms are slightly smaller than a standard room personally it’s not worth the money in the summer I’m sure it would be absolutely marvellous that you could use the balcony. Apart from that staff are lovely breakfast a bit Sammy, but all round very good.

• Giuditta (9/5): Ci torneremo sicuramente, anche in inverno - Posizione centrale, camere accoglienti (letto molto comodo), colazione di qualità, staff molto gentile e disponibile, rapporto qualità/prezzo
• Jean luc (10/5): Super séjour - L acceuil, avec les explications au top en ce qui concerne les activités de la station , station dont c était notre premier séjour. Les chambres sont très confortables, spacieuses, joliment décorées. Nous avons eu un petit désagrément sur une des deux nuits passées, complètement indépendant de la direction de l hôtel. Pour pallier à cela , la direction nous a changé de chambre la nuit d après ce que nous avons fortement apprécié. Cela dénote du professionnalisme et du soin apporté à la clientèle de l hôtel. La partie petit déjeuner est très bien, bon copieux , varié avec en plus le sourire du personnel en charge de cette partie , mais le sourire est de mise de toutes façons sur l ensemble des intervenants de l hôtel . • Even (10/5): Dette er et meget bra hotell som vi gjerne booker igjen neste gang vi drar til Les Deux Alpes - uansett om vi er der vin - Et veldig hyggelig hotell, sentralt i Les Deux Alpes. Hotellet er like ved den sentrale gondolbanen til skibakkene, og selv om vi var der på sommeren, ser vi at det vil gå fint å stå på ski helt frem til hotellet om vinteren. De ansatte på hotellet er svært hyggelige og bidrar gjerne med tips og råd. Hotellet har en restaurant hvor det blir servert en deilig frokost. Det er også et uteområde med bar og svømmebasseng. Hotellrommet var praktisk og moderne. Hotellet var bedre enn forventet, så vi mislikte ikke noe ved hotellet.
• David (9/5): Un séjour agréable dans un hôtel confortable et bien situé, avec un personnel attentionné. - Un hôtel typique de la montagne, joliment rénové. Chambre confortable, équipements de qualité, et surtout un personnel vraiment sympathique, toujours prêt à conseiller et à faciliter le séjour. L’emplacement est idéal, aussi bien pour le ski que pour la rando, et à deux pas du centre et des restos. Petit-déjeuner de qualité. Je recommande sans hésiter à ceux qui veulent découvrir la région ! Le wifi est assez compliqué à utiliser : la connexion via un portail web, un mot de passe peu pratique et des déconnexions fréquentes rendent l’accès laborieux, surtout avec plusieurs appareils.

• Sean (1/5): Very noisy hotel - Receptionist was nice Noisy you go to sleep when the kitchen staff go to sleep after 10pm You wake up when they start work in morning 6am. Utter joke. Avoid this hotel it looks all nice and peaceful but one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in for noise. Honestly it’s like the kitchen staff are smacking pans around in your bedroom. The noise is unreal. Woke our child up so many times.

• Lotte (6/5): Komforten var udfordret - Vores samlede oplevelse var skuffende, da især komforten var udfordret: Internettet var i bedste fald ustabilt, på værelset var der meget ringe mulighed for udluftning og ingen air condition. Desuden larmede det som på en byggeplads fra kl 06 om morgenen, og om aftenen og til kl 04 om natten var der larm fra den nærliggende skaterbane.

• Verified traveler (8/5): - I loved the location as it's right beside the Jandri Express. Hotel room was large but the ensuite was behind a sliding door so unfortunately you can hear and smell everything that is coming from the toilet! The ensuite is large enough to have a bath however there is only a shower. The rooms are very modern but not practical as there is not enough hooks to hang up ski gear or put away your clothes. The radiator did not work and was on max the whole time so the room was very stuffy. Breakfast choices were ok and basic but I've had better. Dinner was fine dining and excellent, as were the waiting staff. The ski lockers are in a long hallway so it's a bit of a squeeze and only one bench available to sit down to put on your boots. This hotel is linked to the Umbrella Bar so I hope you enjoy loud music. Parking was free but if you don't get a space outside then there is a public car park right next door.
