- Matuszewski (8/5): - Doskonała lokalizacja obiektu. Pokój standardowy, czysty, wspaniały widok na Wezuwiusza. Wejście do hotelu koszmarne nie mające nic wspólnego ze standardami europejskimi. Płatna winda do której strach było wejść. Okolica szczególnie wieczorami nie zbyt bezpieczna. Opcja że śniadaniem to jakaś farsa. Należy wejść w link w którym są pokazane miejsca gdzie rzekomo można zjeść ŚNIADANIE kawa plus słodka bułka ociekająca tłuszczem i lukrem. Dla zdrowych ludzi OK, a co jak ktoś ma problemy z cukrzycą, ta opcja nie jest brana pod uwagę, a informacji na stronie booking oraz hotelu nie ma. Zamiast wykupywać opcje że śniadaniem lepiej wykupić bez, a za te pieniądze zorganizować śniadanie we własnym zakresie. Sorry jak dla mnie wielki minus.

El desayuno incluido implicaba ir a algunos de la zona donde, al menos nosotros, recibimos un trato poco amable y constaba sólo de un cafe y un croissant o simil, sin posibilidas de elegir otra cosa.

(8/5): Posizione Tattica per muoversi ad un prezzo concorrenziale - Posizione tattica per muoversi: sotto casa partono le due principali linee della metro e anche il bus da e per l’aeroporto. Colazione all’italiana servita in bar convenzionati (cappuccino e brioche); in struttura è comunque disponibile una macchina del caffè. Le camere sono semplici, pulite e della giusta grandezza. Sicuramente non è un posto silenzioso, visto che si trova proprio davanti alla stazione centrale. Il personale è disponibilissimo. Per una visita a Napoli lo consiglierei a chi sta in giro tutto il giorno e ha bisogno di un punto d’appoggio pratico al giusto prezzo. Per il nostro modo di vivere le città, lo riprenoterei sicuramente. Ascensore per salire al 3 piano quasi mai utilizzable perche fermo a qualche piano superiore. Oltre a questo bisogna munirsi di monete da 20 centesimi per utilizzarlo.

- Alina (4/5): I would not book this again, knowing what I know now. - It was convenient for my situation, traveling for work and needing to move within the city center. The staff was responsive and considerate once I needed something from them, and tried to accommodate my requests. The entrance is horrible! You cannot find it! I had to walk around for 40minutes with my suitcases and bags, at 10pm at night and I was spinning in circles because there is no sign! I finally found it with the help of some local guys at the bar downstairs. There was no working elevator, and by the way you have to pay to use that elevator within certain times! I had to drag my luggage several flights of stairs. It was a horrible check-in experience!

La ventana también está rota y no se puede cerrar del todo con lo que el ruido es muy molesto de dia y también de noche. Hay mucho movimiento de gente y también de coches ,ensordecedor. No volvería nunca, ni aunque fuera gratis.

La struttura nel complesso è un buon compromesso qualità/prezzo. Consiglio vivamente la sostituzione del materasso in quanto non sufficiente alto tanto che si sentono le molle e la sostituzione degli infissi con altri antirumore. Purtroppo si è molto vicino alla stazione con un traffico intenso fin dalle prime luci dell' alba . Il portone lascia a desiderare.

- MONIKA (8/5): Good ,clean basic accommodation as base for exploring Naples - Nice and clean, perfect location with trains and metro at the doorstep. Very good communication with Francesco who answered questions promptly. Please invest in a new mattress. Area is typical for this part of Naples and some people might find it not very appealing but we didn't feel unsafe. Most people mind their own business. Pedestrian crossings and general traffic navigation is something that needs to be used to, but what an adrenaline shot!! Just try to stay alive 😂
