While we stayed there three days, we only came back to sleep, so we can not say much about the rest of the property. We prefer a firmer mattress, which this want. This is why we gave the visit 4 stars

- Verified traveler (8/5): Lele - The rooms are always great, issue with the living room tv, but staff addressed it ASAP which is always a plus at this hotel. I would say it could have been cleaned better, no trash bags for trash cans and I just felt it was not thoroughly cleaned as in past stays. I always bring my own Lysol and wipes so I didn’t address it. I love this location and the friendly staff so for our date nights I go back every time if we just want a relaxing evening, to sit on the patio enjoy some champagne and take a break from the week.

- Natasha (6/5): High hopes but highly disappointing.... - Stayed 4 days, 3 nights Cons: upon arrival, our dishwasher was full of dirty dishes- that were not ours! There was dust on the appliances and our iron leaked water all over our clothes. We were asked at check in if we wanted housekeeping daily and we said yes, just to come in daily for the basics (pull the trash, make the bed, provide fresh towels) which never happened and then on day 2 of housekeeping not showing up- the front desk staff told us that housekeeping only provided these services once per 7 days......ummmm gross and this is not what they told us at check-in either. The linens on the bed and the towels smelled foul our entire trip, which was also never addressed... the front desk staff tried to argue with us on night #2 about coming to clean out the dirty dishwasher and provide housekeeping and to say the least; we will not be returning. Upon check out, the dirty dishes WERE STILL in the dishwasher and our concerns/issues were never addressed throughout our trip..... Pros: the set up of the room was nice and having a full kitchen was nice.....thats about it.

Come to find out, they have motion sensors in the room & if you leave the room or don't nake any movements near the motion sensor, it shuts off. It is a horrible feature. Everything else was great.

- Marissa (8/5): - Beautiful hotel and rooms. The staff is nice and informative. There was a stain on the couch that I notified staff of, they offered to clean it but never did. During checkout I found a lot of trash underneath the couch consisting of toys, old razors and receipts and some of the dishes were dirty. The hotel expresses and displays high level of cleanliness and disinfecting for Covid purposes however there were clear signs that they don’t fully clean the rooms in between stays. Otherwise I’ve booked with them twice and would do the same just check your room and ask to be moved it needed they will hopefully do what they can to help or at least offer some assistance.

- kathy (6/5): Hot and Costly deposit - The only complaint was our rooms air never got under 74 and was 78 upon arrival... but we never thought they would do anything but move us and they were full so we never called. But my daughter was on my card when I booked and she actually paid for her room but they charged me for two room on card and also charged her. They say one will come off after they do the finally charge but $190.00 extra is a steep hold charge.

- Tiffany (10/5): Two Year Honeymoon - The staff at the hotel were so helpful and friendly. It was our first time in the St. Louis area. They were great. The room was clean, smelled great, and the décor was phenomenal. I can't wait to go back to St. Louis and I will stay at Residence Inn for sure. I didn't want to leave.

- Duane (6/5): Mixed Bag Experience - Mixed bag experience. Staff was very nice, relatively new hotel (furnishings, carpet all newer and attractive). But the bed was the least comfortable at any Marriott property I've stayed at in memory, the pool was tiny and barely heated (and shared with adjoining Fairfield, unsuitable for fitness swimming and constantly filled with loud children). No spa at all. The walls and floors are thin (loud arguments/fighting in the room above us were distracting and disturbing).
- Morgan (10/5): Best hotel yet! - The was probably by far the best hotel we have stayed at yet! The staff was absolutely wonderful and actually took time out of their day to see how we were doing and if we were enjoying our trip. They always made sure to talk to our kids and made them feel welcomed as well.
