• Heiða (9/5): Þægilegt hótel - Morgunmaturinn góður, rúmið frábært, sturtan góð, starfsfólkið frábært og allt mjög hreint. Staðsetning góð og stutt í allar áttir og neðanjarðarlest bara nokkrum skrefum frá hótelinu .Gott að sitja á svölunum a 5 hæð. Það var auglýst að væri bar og veitingastaður á staðnum en það var bara opið til kl 16 á daginn. Einn úr hópnum var a 1 hæð og þar var gríðarlegur hávaði frá götunni. Ókostur að hafa rúmið upp við vegginn svo ekki var hægt að komast í það frá báðum hliðum.

• Bruna (9/5): Excelente e confortável! - O quarto muito bonito e confortável, tudo novo e muito limpo e cheiroso. Serviço de quarto muito bom, todos os funcionários muito simpaticos e atenciosos. Achei a localização muito boa, tem tudo perto. Café da manhã foi a unica coisa que não gostei, pela qualidade do hotel e valor poderia ser melhor, com mais opções e com melhor qualidade do ingredientes.

• Mariann (10/5): Szívből ajánlom. - Extravagáns, különleges dizájn. Makulátlanul tiszta. Premium minőségű matrac, hihetetlenül pihentető volt az alvás itt. Tökéletes lokáció, könnyű eljutni a városba vagy a reptérre. A recepciós fiú nagyon kedves, segítőkész volt.

• Yvonne (9/5): Excellent stay in the hotel, breakfast was good, staff were very helpful and polite. - Hotel was quirky, very bright comfortable room. Everything you needed was there apart from an iron. Staff were very friendly and helpful. You couldnt fault them. After 3pm there was no food available in the hotel but you could go across the road to their other hotel. The walk into the centre of the city I felt uncomfortable lots of people hanging around.

• shaunad548 (2/5): If you like to argue and sweat, come here! - The air conditioning in our room wouldn't stay on because we were told the entire floor has one unit so if one person thinks it's too cold the other rooms have to suffer. We also had no issue in our new room with the air, which tells me there was a problem not being able to get to the temp we needed. We are from Canada and are not used to the heat, the other rooms should have been offered blankets or other ways to keep warm as opposed to putting my wife who is sensitive to heat in danger. We were then moved to a wheelchair accessible room. The bathroom was so dangerous we had to put towels all over the floor so we wouldn't slip after someone had a shower. Overall between the back and forth with the staff and room changes and unsafe rooms our week stay was horrible to say the least.

• Buse (6/5): Overpriced for the location - The hotel itself was fine: the room was small but clean, and the staff were friendly. The location felt quite unsafe—we didn’t feel comfortable walking around at night, and we could hear multiple police sirens every evening 😅. Considering the relatively high price compared to other options, we had expected a better area. Unfortunately, it ended up feeling overpriced for what the location offered.

• Guadaira (10/5): Hotel boutique que merece la pena - La habitación premium es fabulosa, un lujo estético. Un espacio muy agradable con una terracita con vistas. El personal nos trató súper bien. Se preocupan en todo momento de que estés a gusto y de si necesitas algo, como por ejemplo dejar las maletas antes o después del check. El hotel está cerca del centro y el paseo es agradable. Todo genial

• Amelie-Louise (6/5): Hotel lebt vom tollen Empfangspersonal - Das Personal am Empfang ist sehr freundlich, kompetent und handelt schnell, es wird für jedes Problem eine Lösung gefunden. Der Zimmerservice via Telefon war sehr gut. Klasse war dass man Wasser kostenlos nachordern konnte. Das frische Obst und das warme Gemüse sowie die kleinen Kuchen waren sehr lecker beim Frühstücksbuffet. Es wurde sehr schnell nachgelegt. Das Zimmer war sauber. Toll war, dass man mit der Tram 28 direkt bis vor die Tür fahren konnte. Unser Zimmer lag zur sehr stark frequentierten Straße und es gab ständig laute Geräusche durch die Straßenbahn, die quasi direkt auf unser Zimmer zufuhr sowie die regelmäßigen Sirenen. Schallschutz war nicht gegeben. Der Kühlschrank war defekt. Wurde auf Nachfrage aber ausgetauscht. Wir konnten in ein kleineres, etwas ruhigeres Zimmer wechseln, aber auch dort war es nachts nicht ruhig. Gestört hat uns, dass die Schlafwäsche wiederholt in einen unserer Koffer gelegt wurde. Zudem musste der Abfluss im Waschbecken sowie mehrmals die elektrischen Vorhänge gangbar gemacht werden. Leider wurden die Handtücher gewechselt, obwohl sie am Haken hingen. Beim Frühstück war das Personal sehr unterschiedlich, dies wirkte sich sowohl auf die Kommunikation auf Englisch als auch das Rührei aus, das 3 Tage auf rohem, flüssigem Ei schwamm. Der Saft war leider kein 100% Saft.

• Alison (8/5): Convenient and stylish motel - Great location close to the metro. It was nice staying in a non touristy area after our first few nights on Rossio Square. Lots of great restaurants close by, and the staff were really great. Comfy beds, nice to have a fridge. The room was quite small for a three night stay. As a few others have mentioned, the bathroom is not soundproof and it's basically in front of the bed. The room itself was very quiet, and we didnt notice any street noises from where we were on the 6th floor. Some of the furnishings were starting to look a little worn.

Room was a decent size, shower was fantastic and the bed was very comfortable. The toilet was not very practical or private (even for a couple), and the location of the TV was 'interesting'.

• andrew (10/5): Lovely boutique hotel that felt more luxurious than the price suggests - room design is very unique, but still very functional. The bed was so comfortable and the water pressure provided the most amazing shower I ever had. Even though it was near a busy road, there was no road noise at all. The hotel is steps away from the underground metro which made it very easy to get where we wanted to go, but you can also use Bolt very easily.

• Sandra (9/5): Amazing hotel - Very good location. Great welcome and staff. Room very nice and the hotel overall is chic. Even the do not disturb sign was high spec. You press a button, it's not the usual piece of card that keeps falling off the handle 😃 Not that I didn't like but I think there should be extra pillows on the bed so you can lean properly against the headboard.

• Stéphanie (7/5): - Le personnel très gentil et serviable. L'hôtel très beau et propre, proche des transports pour se deplacer.. La chambre était parfaite et très propre aussi. Chambre côté rue donc très bruyante car pas bien insonorisée au niveau des fenêtres. Petit déjeuner très simple pour un hôtel 4 étoiles. Il fallait demander au personnel de réapprovisionner les corbeilles. Et aucuns aliments typique du pays.

• TERESA (8/5): Gradevole - La posizione visto che era sopra la Metro x cui stra comodo. Centro raggiungibile a piedi con piccola passeggiata. Comodità di avere potuto lasciare i bagagli pre check (in realtà era addirittura già pronta la stanza) e post check out. L angolo cortesia con macchina caffè con cialde bicchieri e frigorifero. I set di cortesia in bagno molto graditi e ottima profumazione. Non ultimo la piacevole e gradita accoglienza di Myke con la sua professionalità eleganza e simpatia insieme al suo sorriso ha reso tutto subito molto positivo. Non riuscivamo a gestire il climatizzatore (partiva l aria condizionata). Purtroppo nel bagno della stanza del 1' piano c era un odore cattivo che saliva dai sanitari. Il letto ovale seppur molto affascinante e comodo , non ha lo schienale e x guardare la TV o comunque leggere diventava poco confortevole. Per 2 GG però tutto gestibile.

• S9075EMninah (10/5): Lovely staff, very clean slept well! - Quirky decor which may not be to everyone’s taste however we thought it was cool! Great location the metro is literally outside the door. Comfy bed. Pillows super squishy lovely but needed two - this was no trouble for the team and they provided this with no complaints. The room was absolutely spotless. Lovely shower. TV slightly difficult to locate as it’s behind glass above the sink (in our room anyway). Mila’s is part of the hotel and if you stay here you cannot leave without trying the cheesecake. BEST EVER! Breakfast was relatively basic (beans were never hot) but it did the job - no complaints generally from us. Yesterday was International women’s day, the hotel (unsure if this was cleaning staff or front desk) had left a little note and gift which was such a lovely touch. Can hear quite a bit of traffic and from about 6am the tram but this didn’t impact our sleep we slept well all 3 nights! Would 100% stay here again if we stayed in Lisbon. Thankyou WC Beautique

• Shreena (10/5): Super friendly and accommodating - The staff were friendly and super accommodating. I booked my stay as I was running the Lisbon half marathon. I booked it a year ago, in hindsight I should have booked for two nights because I didn’t consider how long it would take to get back to the hotel to shower. It took two hours after completing the race. The staff were super accommodating and allowed me to check out late without making me feel like was inconveniencing them, which I was. Their hospitality really took a load off my mind so I was able to run the race without pressure. I will definitely be back! 🙏🏿 Nothing

• Rose (8/5): Great value for the location, would definitely stay here again - Great location, right next to the metro station and close to the city center. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was very clean. The bathroom was not a separate room. The shower, sink, and toilet were all separate and there was minimal privacy for if you needed to use the bathroom. The rooms are ideal for couples and people who do not mind that the set up is this way.

• sunseeker846 (10/5): Great hotel stay - Ive just had a 4 night stay at WC by The Boutique Hotel & loved it. The hotel is really unique and has a water motif throughout the hotel from the bathtub in the reception to the decoration throughout the rooms. The staff were super friendly & helpful and it felt like ghere was notibg they wouldnt do for a guest. My double deluxe room was cool, being on the outer edge of the hotel they had used the space to maximum effect and I love it. There was quite a bit of road noise on the evening but show me any city centre hotel that doesn't. It's a 15-20 min walk to Rossio Sqaure or the Intendente metro station is a 1 minute walk away and was super easy to use, clean and safe. The only slight issue I had was that the pillows were all very soft (much softer than I am used to) but the reception staff sorted out extra pillows for me. I would recommend & would definitely come back myself.

Huoneemme oli ensimmäisessä kerroksessa ja heräsimme joka aamu siihen, kun metro alkoi kulkemaan. Harmitti myös ettei huoneessamme ollut parveketta.

• Jasmin (7/5): Insgesamt ein solider Aufenthalt, den ich für einen kurzen Städtetrip empfehlen kann. - Das Hotel war insgesamt angenehm und gut gelegen, ideal um die Stadt zu erkunden. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit, und die Zimmer waren sauber und komfortabel. Ein kleiner Nachteil war, dass es in der Nacht etwas laut von der Strasse her sein konnte.
