All means of transportation are right next to you, very central, shopping malls, stores, restaurants, cafes, everything is available around. Everything I was looking for is in this hotel. It definitely deserves 5 stars. Thank you Zeugma Family. I will definitely come again. Nothing. Everything is perfect.

Mert (1/5): Bad - Nothing, everything is terrible As a three star experienced traveler, it was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in my life. When we entered our room it smelled of marijuana. No part of it had been cleaned. When we wanted to change the room we were given a smaller room.The new room we were given was dirty and the towels were covered in blood. We wanted to change the towels, but the new towels were dirty.

The hotel was not clean, which was a significant concern.The room smells like a cigarete. Additionally, the air conditioning in the reception area was not turned on, making the environment uncomfortable. The check-in process was extremely slow, taking 30 minutes due to the receptionist's lack of proficiency in English and overall inefficiency. This was a frustrating start to my stay. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.

I like bakirkoy alot. Some of The towels were dirty, the toilet was dirty, even a used toilet paper were wtill in the toilet basket, horrible cleaning!

Everything that is written on the site is not in reality. There is no safe. No soundproofing, you can hear everything in the room. The jacuzzi was dirty. The towel is not white, but already yellow in color. They did not put toilet paper. Damp, unpleasant smell and dirty in the toilet. I put a photo as proof.

Aleksei (9/5): Very well located hotel, rather good value for money - Clean room, good WiFi, welcoming staff, coffee and tea in the room, a good set of toiletries. The hotel is very close the Bakırköy station of the Marmamra train that can bring you to the very centre of İstanbul. There are also lots of shops, restaurants and even a shopping centre with Migros hypermarket. The soundproofing is not quite good. I could hear when my neighbours talk, plug something into a socket and even their phone vibration.
Bassam (4/5): Roos with leaking roofs - The experience is not at all satisfactory. The room's roof started leaking heavily, the leaking water came on the bed and belongings. The guy in charge did not pay attention to find alternative room for me, rather he was busy figuring out the reason of the leak. Room service is too late. All in all I don't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Anas (10/5): it was a pleasant stay - the location of this property is fabulous, it is on the heart of the area and you are in reach of the whole area in walking distance, it is almost next to 2 malls and few steps from Titanic port bakirkoy hotel, which is a good landmark for taxis as it is known hotel. this is not a luxury hotel, but it provides the value it promises. if you are not planning to spend the whole day at your room, and you basically need the room to sleep at night and spending most of your day outside, then this property is best fit for you, rooms and bathrooms are clean and comfortable, air-conditions are ok, tv, kettle, small refrigerator, closet, safety box, etc all available at the room.. staff are friendly and my stay here was safe and nice. i would rebook again once i am back to the same area.. p.s. there is a traditional tea place just out of the door which might be suitable to spend some time while enjoying the traditional tea.. none- everything was as per expectations.
