The room was a good size and the food was good, both dinner and breakfast. The staff were mostly friendly. The bar service was a little slow but they were helpful.

Ho apprezzato l'arredo e lo stile della camera e, in generale, dell'albergo, moderno e caldo allo stesso tempo. Anche l'affaccio sulle montagne e sul tramonto, davvero suggestivo. Bello anche il bar interno, dove prendere un aperitivo in attesa della cena. L'odore di cibo che si sente nella hall, forse è stato un caso, ma sono molto sensibile agli odori e mi ha disturbato.

A reggeli asztalnál jó lett volna egy kisebb szemetes ahová a cukorpapírt, teafiltert, sajtpapírt beletehettük volna, de egyébként a személyzet folyamatosan tisztán tartott mindent.

Ljubaznost i profesionalnost osoblja na recepciji, besprekorna čistoća soba i hotela, pažnja posvećena svakom detalju – sve je daleko više od čiste desetke. Posebno mesto u našem sećanju zauzeće mladi konobar iz Sarajeva koji nas je služio za večerom. Njegova nenametljivost, toplina, profesionalnost i iskrene preporuke učinile su da veče bude posebno iskustvo, a ne samo još jedan obrok. Retko se sreće takva posvećenost i takav odnos prema gostima. Hvala vam od srca na svemu. Osećali smo se poštovano, dobrodošlo i iskreno zbrinuto. Vratićemo se sigurno – i to na duže. Jer ko ne svrati ovde da vidi pećinu i uživa u ovoj divnoj okolini, zaista propušta nešto posebno. SVAKA ČAST i jedno veliko hvala🫶 Nema sta da se ne svidi.
Gabi Milski (10/5): Tolles Hotel mit super Service direkt bei der Grotte - Ein super freundlicher Empfang obwohl wir mit dem Fahrrad unterwegs waren und nach kräftigen Regenschauern nicht gerade adäquat aussahen. Abschließbarer Abstellbereich für Fahrräder. Großes modern eingerichtetes Zimmer, alles neu und sehr sauber. Das Abend- und Frühstücksbuffet ließen keine Wünsche offen. Der Eingang zur Grotte ist nur wenige Schritte entfernt.
Susanne (7/5): Für eine Nacht in Ordnung. - Die tolle Lage zu der Höhle. Das Essen a la carte war sehr lecker und das Frühstück sehr reichhaltig. Sehr bequeme Betten. Die Ausstattung ist komfortabel, aber in die Jahre gekommen. Die Duschabtrennung in der Badewanne ist zu schmal. Bei großen Personen wird der Fußboden sehr nass. Handtuchhalter und Toilettenrollenhalter lose, der Türrahmen der Zimmertür hing aus den Angeln, dadurch konnte die Tür nicht sicher verschlossen werden. Unsere Motorräder durften wir kostenlos aber auch sehr lieblos auf dem Bus-/Besucherparkplatz abstellen. Fazit - eher Bus- und Massentouristen tauglich. Dem Anspruch an ein 4 Sterne Hotel wird es nicht gerecht.

Лилия (10/5): - Разположен непосредствено до входа на пещерата, което е много удобно при планирано посещение. Много чисти, просторни и комфортни помещения. Отлична закуска. Платен паркинг до хотела. Отзивчиви, приветливи, мили и усмихнати служители. Препоръчвам!

Róbert (10/5): - Mindennel megvoltunk elégedve! Szép, természetközeli elhelyezkedés, közel a cseppkőbarlang, tiszta szálloda, kedves, segítőkész személyzet, bőséges választékú reggeli. Igazából nem a hotellal volt probléma! Csak annyi nem tetszett, hogy az üzletek, vendéglátós egységek amik a szálloda alatt helyezkedek, korán bezártak. Mi május elején voltunk, lehet még nincs idény, de mivel hosszabbak a nappalok, szép idő van, jobb lett volna hosszabb nyitvatartási.

Josh (9/5): Great hotel and staff - Great location, less than 30 second walk to Postojna Cave entrance. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Room was clean and spacious, and nicely decorated. Parking for Postojna Cave possible during stay.

n_massimo (10/5): Primo Maggio alle Grotte di Postumia - L'Hotel Jama si è rivelato la base ideale per visitare le Grotte di Postumia, dato che l'ingresso si trova a pochi passi dalla struttura. Molto comoda la disponibilità di un parcheggio proprio di fronte all'hotel (a pagamento). La stanza era ampia, pulita e ben arredata, offrendo un ottimo livello di comfort. Per quanto riguarda la ristorazione, sia la colazione che il pranzo sono stati abbondanti e soddisfacenti. Oltre alle grotte, l'hotel è in una posizione strategica per visitare il vicino Castello di Predjama. Segnalo la comodità della navetta che parte direttamente dal parcheggio dell'hotel e porta al castello (e viceversa) al costo di €2: un servizio molto pratico che evita lo stress del parcheggio al castello. In conclusione, una soluzione ideale e di buon livello per chi vuole ottimizzare i tempi e godersi l'area del parco di Postumia in totale comodità.

Alona (9/5): Непоганий готель поряд з печерою, щоб зупинитися на одну ніч - Номер був великим, з балконом та гарним видом. У номері чисто та зручне ліжко. Сніданок мав дуже великий вибір страв. Зручна парковка поряд з готелем, оплачується окремо. На балконі були меблі, але вони були трохи брудні, тож посидіти на балконі не вдалося. Вечеря була недешевою, але не надто смачною. Другий раз туди б не пішла.

Beat (9/5): Tolles Hotel an bester Lage für einen Höhlenbesuch - Sehr schön renoviertes Hotel an bester Lage, wenn man die aussergewöhnlichen Höhlen besichtigen möchte. Geschmackvolle Einrichtung. Frühstücks- und Abendbuffett sehr gut. Empfang an der Rezeption freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man konnte die Eintrittskarten für den Höhlenbesuch direkt buchen. Der Speisesaal wirkt etwas gross und kantinenartig.
