• Amanda (10/5): - Lovely spacious and light room with its own bathroom and shared kitchen. Fabulous location, wonderfully quiet and safe, comfy bed with lovely bedlinen, desk/dining table, lovely french windows opening onto a balcony. Highly responsive and helpful staff.
• Marc (10/5): - Beautiful room with excellent facilities. Very handy for the centre of Amsterdam and easy to get to from the airport. Trams every 4 minutes to the centre. Gerry Petra’s husband was great and told us a lot about the area and could not have been more helpful. The house is perfect to stay in in a quiet street right next to Vondelpark. We shall definitely come back and look forward to doing so very soon. An altogether wonderful experience.
• Michael (10/5): - Great place to stay in Amsterdam. Short walk to Trolley Station. The only negative feature is the Very steep stairs to reach your room on the second floor. It's pretty hard to carry heavy luggage up and down the stairs. Otherwise very nice room, and Petra is a very nice Host.
• KyoungSook (10/5): 멋지고 청결한 숙소에서 암스테르담에서 가장 친절한 호스트를 만나보세요. - 정말 아름답고 깨끗하고 훌륭한 숙소입니다. 매우 친절하고 멋진 주인이 반갑게 맞이해 주었어요. 암스테르담 전통의 색, 흰색과 파란색의 인테리어도 멋지구요 청결함은 정말 최고였어요. 외출하고 돌아오니 깔끔하게 정돈되어있었어요. 부엌에서 전자렌지도 사용했어요. 무엇보다도 가장 감동을 받은것은 멋진 주인분의 친절함입니다. 귀국 비행기 시간에 맞춰 가방을 맡아주셨습니다. 정말정말 감사합니다. 저는 또 방문하고 싶어요.

• MARTHA (10/5): - Very comfortable, shared kitchen area with another room. Private bath. Steep stairs up to the 2 rooms. There is one double and one with 2 twin beds. Very convenient, easy walk to museums - flat, but is at least a mile.
• Megan (10/5): Very charming, super clean 10/10 - The space was immaculate and so charming. It has a large private shower and beautiful light. The space was quiet at night. I would absolutely book this place again next time in Amsterdam. Proximity to the park was very nice. Worth mentioning that this is not a good selection for anyone with physical limitations as the stairs are very narrow, curving. and long. This was a 10/10 stay for me.

The one thing that should be made clear in the advertising is that the rooms are up 2 flights of steep stairs. For older people, or for those with mobility issues, this property would present difficulties. Currently no mention of this on the website.

The Nespresso coffee and variety of breakfast biscuits were lovely, and a private refrigerator handy. Comfy bed and bedding, fresh towels daily, and good ventilation made our stay in Amsterdam wonderful.

• Alison (10/5): Really is as lovely as it looks! - I spent about two days on-line trying to find somewhere to stay in Amsterdam as most places seemed to be charging a small fortune for rooms that had really bad reviews. This was definitely time well spent as the Vondelpark House B&B is quite simply one of the best places I've ever stopped in for a short break. The room was immaculate clean and wonderfully decorated, with the loveliest bathroom. I really liked the fact that there is a separate kitchen that guests have access to to be able to make their own coffees/teas, meals etc if they wish to. Petra was also the perfect host and made me feel very welcome. The house is in the most peaceful location just off the very top left corner of Vondelpark - so handy to just stroll through the Park to one of the cafes for breakfast on the way out each day and so lovely to wander back through on the way home. If you are going to Amsterdam at all - you really wont find anywhere as great as this and at such a reasonable rate.

Vondelpark House is in the perfect location outside the hustle and bustle of Centrum, next to Vondelpark with easy tram links to Centrum. The B&B was spotlessly clean and our host, Petra gave us a warm and informative welcome. The house is decorated beautifully. Very quiet at night and we had a great nights sleep. Overall, we have had a wonderful stay and will definitely recommend to anyone wanting a B&B experience in Amsterdam.

• Isabel (10/5): A wonderful stay! - We stayed in a large bright en-suite room with beautiful decor, which also had access to a lovely clean kitchen which allowed us to make freshly brewed coffee and tea. The B&B is in a quiet residential area of Amsterdam, with numerous restaurants and breakfast cafes within a few minutes' walk. Petra was the perfect hostess - very friendly, helpful and approachable. We will definitely return to this beautiful B&B when we visit Amsterdam in the future!

• Verified traveler (10/5): - 伝統的なオランダの家ですばらしい思い出に残る滞在ができました。 Vondelparkまで歩いて2～3分、トラムの駅にも、スーパーにも近いし、市内中心部にも歩いて行けて、とても便利。それなのに、静かなアムステルダムの住宅街に位置しています。 部屋は広く、共同のキッチンや専用のバスルームも清潔で使いやすいです。ホストのPetraさんはとても親切。英語の会話に慣れていない私達のためにゆっくりとわかりやすく話してくれました！3日目に頼んだ朝食はおいしく、食べきれないほどの量。お料理も上手なPetraさんに感謝！！またオランダに行く機会があったら泊まりたいです。

• Yu-Han (10/5): - The place is very beautiful and comfortable, the host takes care about every detail in the hotel, the design of the room, the flowers, and everything you need in the bathroom. The kitchen offers some simple equipment (cooking not available), and a variety of nice coffee and teabags free to your use. The host family is staying upstairs of the hotel room but it's separated so it feels very private. Overall the stay is great I will definitely recommend it to my friends.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich von der Gastgeberin Petra begrüßt, die uns in fließendem Englisch alles bis ins kleinste Detail erklärte. Das Zimmer mit Bad ist sehr geschmackvoll in typischem hölländischen Style eingerichtet. Ein großes Plus ist die Benutzung einer kleinen perfekt eingerichteten Küche gleich nebenan. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Amsterdamer Wohngegend ganz in der Nähe der Tram und fußläufig 10 Minuten von der Innenstadt entfernt. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder! Vielen Dank an unsere Gastgeberin Petra!
• Bryan (10/5): A great stay in a traditional Dutch home. - Very nicely decorated traditional Dutch rooms. Petra gave a warm welcome and checked I had everything that I needed. The kitchen had a fridge and microwave and crockery and cutlery if you wanted to cater for yourself.

• Verified traveler (10/5): 암스테르담 숙박후기 - 공항에서도 가까운편이고, 시내도 가까웠어요. 호텔찾느라 다 도착해서 해맸는데 하우스였어요 ㅎㅎ 그래서 간판이 없어서 헤매실수있는데 구글맵에 나와있는대로 오시면 골목안쪽에 집이에요 여기는 건물들이 다 계단이 가파르고 엘베가 없어서 짐 들고 움직일때 좀 힘들긴하지만 방안에는 사진하고 너무 똑같았고 인테리어나 분위기나 저는 너무 다 마음에 들었어요! 아주머니도 친절하시고, 전 청결에 엄청 신경쓰는편인데 침대도 화장실도 다 깨끗했어요! 수건에서 다우니냄새도 나서 더욱더 마음에 들었어요:) 히터식이라 조금 추우실수있는데 잘때는 추운지 몰랐구요. 저는 추위를 많이 타는편이라 방안에 그냥 있으면 좀 쌀쌀하다 느껴지실수있어요 그리고 저묵을때 날씨가 비오고 그래서 아마 더 추웠을지도... 온도 올려달라고 말씀드리면 해주시고, 수건도 더 달라고 말씀드리면 다 해주세요 ^^ 공용으로된 부엌엔 커피메이커도 있고 와플과자랑 티도 있어요. 씨리얼도 있어서 우유만 따로 사다가 드셔도되고 전 전반적으로 좋았어요!

• Paulo Henrique (10/5): Surpreendente! - Passamos 3 noites na acomodação e é realmente incrível o cuidado em tudo! Só sentimos falta de uma TV no quarto que ficamos, mas no segundo quarto tem. Quarto muito confortável em uma excelente suíte. Cozinha anexa de uso comum e bem equipada. A anfitriã também foi muito cordial e responsável, nos dando informações precisas mesmo com nossas dificuldades com idioma local, mas no inglês resolvemos.

• Rod (10/5): Beautiful B & B - Wonderful B & B experience in close proximity to the centre of Amsterdam. Petra, the owner, made us feel like it was our own home and she could not do enough to help. Entry stairwell is steep but the effort is well rewarded. Would highly recommend this place.

Breakfast was brought to our room, presented beautifully and absolutely delicious. A wide variety of restaurants nearby and tramstop to the city centre was within easy walking distance. So pleased we chose Vondelpark House to stay. Would highly recommend.
• Verified traveler (10/5): good choice in Amsterdam - The room is really pretty. The location is close to the airport and can walk to the city centre within 45 minutes. There is a kitchen for guests to make tea/coffee. Generally, the accommodation is super good. But the noise from the opposite bar in the night can be an issue.
