• aldabet (4/5): - الخيمة نضيفة وارتحنا فيها وعشان كان معنا اولاد ما اثر علينا بالعكس ارتاحو بالخيمة وزيادة واجواء السهرة كانت بتجنن احنا ادايقنا من موضوع العشا كتير بالتعامل جدا سيء من احد الموظفين. الاكل نضيف والزرب ولا غلطة، لكن انا اولادي اطفال اثنين واعمارهم 4 سنين و 3 سنين، اخدو على الفرد 20 دينار حتى على الاطفال . اولادي ما بوكلو لحمة ولا جاج على مزاجهم، لما كنت اعبي حطيت بس رز ادايقت من الموظف اللي كان على جاط الرز بس قلتله حطلي معلقتين قعد ينافخ بوجهي وزت الثانية على الصحن وقلب وجهو الموقف كثير زعلني ، يعني عدم المؤاخذة دافعة 40 دينار على طفلين وحطيت بس رز ولما قلت حطلي معلقتين مش وحدة حملتني جميلة ليش؟ مستحيل ارجع احجز عندهم بسبب هالموقف عدا عن هيك لما فتنا على العشا كل واحد كان معه بطاقة، احنا عشان مبيت ما بنوخد بطاقة بس وري مفتاح غرفتك وما حدا حكى قدامنا والاشي كان مش مريح صراحة.

• Almuth (10/5): - Das Hasan Zawaideh Camp ist ein stilvoll eingerichtetes Camp, welches uns von der warmen Gastfreundschaft des Gastgebers über das reichhaltige und leckere Essen bishin zur orientalischen Abendunterhaltung und der unkomplizierten Vermittlung zu Aktivitäten in Wadi Rum bestens umsorgt hat. Besonders praktisch ist, dass man das Camp selbst mit dem Auto erreichen kann und so keine zusätzlichen Pick-up Kosten entstehen. Vielen Dank für diesen schönen Aufenthalt!

• Nataliia (10/5): - A very beautiful camp that we found through recommendations across social media, and it definitely lives up to its great reviews. The dinner was delicious, especially their traditional dish. The shisha and tea were also very enjoyable. We really liked our stay – the room was beautiful, and we stayed in a dome, which made the experience even more special. The views are stunning, and they also offer jeep and camel tours, which we highly recommend trying. Overall, a wonderful experience – highly recommended!

• Tile (10/5): - Wir waren fast alleine dort und haben ein kostenloses Upgrade auf eines der "Martian"-Bubbles bekommen! Diese sind sehr komfortabel und großzügig! Abends gab es ein großes Buffet und wir hatten ein sehr reichhaltiges Frühstück. Wir nutzten die Unterkunft als Ausgangspunkt für eine Ballonfahrt. Die Lage ist perfekt an der Straße. Wer möchte, kann dort auch Touren ins Wadi Rum buchen.
• Filip (7/5): Unique stay, questionable staff decisions. - It is really hard to point out anything in particular because this is such a unique experience for itself. Everything is as shown in the pictures and we really enjoyed the magic of the wadi rum desert. We took two tours with them. One was a camel ride, which was just OK, since the guide wasn’t talking to us at all or gave us any information or tips, and in our group, there were people who never rode a camel before. The other tour was a jeep safari tour of 4 hours, and we paid for a private one just to find out when we came to the car that two additional strangers were also waiting for the same tour with the car we paid. No one asked us if we would consider this or did we get any deduction to the payment we made. Which made this kind of like…disrespectful and a little bit scammy?

• Jake (7/5): Amazing location but not a perfect stay. - Amazing location and they have buffet service which is decent. Our 4WD guide was very friendly and made the tour amazing. Not sure if it was due to the recent floods but there were a ton of mosquitoes in our room. I killed a minimum of 30 each night I stayed. And still woke up to being bitten or one flying in my ear. I’ve stayed in Borneo and mosquitoes there weren’t on this level. Normally that’s not an issue but you don’t really expect them being in a desert and there’s nothing provided to help with them. The staff were nice but didn’t really do much else. I would’ve explained this situation if a staff member asked about my stay but no one did. Could be a language barrier though.

There’s plenty of on-site entertainment, and - I was lucky to stay in one of the last bubbles, with no buildings in front - great privacy and views. The dinner was perfect, though a bit crowded since many guests were scheduled at the same time. The jeep tour was fantastic. Highly recommended.

• André (10/5): - I had a fantastic stay at this camp. It was very clean, well-organized, and extremely comfortable. The pod/tent was especially cozy and had all the amenities I needed, making the experience even more enjoyable. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything. One of the highlights was the evening gathering around the campfire it was truly amazing, with great music and a wonderful atmosphere. Everything felt authentic and memorable. The only downside is that I only stayed for one night I really wish I had stayed longer! Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and unique experience The breakfast needs more variety.
• Marieke (9/5): - Prachtig uitzicht vanuit je kamer. Heerlijk rustig. Goed geslapen. In het geval dat het eens regent zoals wij ervaarden, is er wel sprake van nattigheid in de tent. Dit werd echter wel snel en effectief aangepast door de medewerkers. De eetzaal wordt ook gebruikt door andere camps in de woestijn. Hert kan daardoor tijdens het diner wel druk en chaotisch zijn.

The staff were so friendly and helpful - they even decorated the room for my partners birthday! Shower pressure and hot water was great and the dinner and breakfast was great! Onsite cafe was also very reasonably priced! There was local music before and after dinner with plenty of tea which was a lovely touch! Nothing! it was perfect!

Zniszczone fotele przed namiotami na których nie dało się siedzieć , słabo zorganizowana wycieczka z oglądaniem gwiazd . Zawieźli nas na pustynię i kazali usiąść na piachu i oglądać gwizdy , dopiero jak zrobiłam awanturę to zebrali gałęzie i rozpalili ognisko .

• Hristo Z (8/5): A safe option in Wadi Rum, given the overwhelming amount of camps in the area - There are so many camps around Wadi Rum that it may be difficult to choose. After some research, we were led by opting for an affordable "Martian" tent which seem to be vastly overpriced compared to all other accommodation options in Wadi Rum. Hasan Zawaideh Camp has them at a good price. There weren't many people on our dates so we were given the corner-most tent, facing the desert, which created a real sense of seclusion and tranquility. Overall, the camp is well built, with many amenities and a large central area for evening activities. It is big compared to many other camps, which only feature a few tents - a plus to my mind. The dramatic cliff in the background is decorated with lights in the evening, which creates a really quaint atmosphere. We didn't have any bad experience per say, but Hasan Zawaideh Camp didn't quite live up to the outstanding hospitality we received on all our other stops in Jordan. Staff was quite focused on payments and they kept asking about additional activities which they sell at double the price you can get elsewhere. Quite unfortunate as well, although not necessarily their fault, but my reservation details somehow got leaked. I think the camp was hacked at some point so I received a very plausible payment request from Ukraine, which had all my details and this unfortunately led to my card provider blocking the card. The knock on effect was that the rental car company in Jordan didn't accept the new card and I had to hire a new car on the spot for double the price. Finally, Martian tents are nothing special in my mind. I was happy with Hasan Zawaideh Camp as we didn't pay a fortune for it, but don't spend thousands on one elsewhere as I can imagine it is mostly the same experience - the tent cools off rapidly at night so the aircon couldn't keep up with the temperature even at maximum heating. There was also a bit wear and tear. Hanging chairs for example were flimsy and one was unusable because of that.
• Juan (10/5): - Second time going to wadi rum, the service, food and prices were all good and fair. It's at the edge of wadi rum so you can arrive with a car on your own. The view is good, but it's true other hotels are deeper into wadi rum. So it's practicality is a trade off

Estaba todo muy limpio, bien cuidado y preparado para que la estancia fuera cómoda en pleno desierto. El personal fue muy amable y atento en todo momento. Incluso les avisamos de que llegaríamos antes de la hora prevista y, aun así, organizaron para que alguien fuera a recogernos sin ningún problema. Ese tipo de detalles marcan la diferencia. También hicimos una excursión con ellos y fue una experiencia preciosa. El guía fue muy amable y atento a nuestras peticiones. Disfrutamos muchísimo de la actividad y del entorno. Sin duda, una experiencia que recomendamos totalmente si visitas Wadi Rum. Nos llevamos un recuerdo precioso.

• Evgenia (10/5): Хорошее место для знакомства с ВадиРам - Кэмп довольно большой, находится рядом с дорогой, я легко доехала до него на арендной машине. Вечером было много людей, которые приехали в пустыню на тур и ужин, но после большинство уехало и стало тихо. Разнообразный ужин. Много салатов, закусок. Особенно мне понравился рис и курица, сделаны очень просто, но сами продукты очень вкусные, приготовлены хорошо. Музыка, вечером бедуинский кофе, чай. В номере было тепло, хорошо работал душ, кондиционер. Мне организовали тур после завтрака по пустыне за адекватные деньги. Посмотрела основные точки, водитель сделал мне отличные фотографии. Лагерь работает с большими группами, но при этом сервис был отличный, рада что выбрала именно его. - плохой кофе на завтрак

• Siddhartha (10/5): Excellent stay - Excellent location, close to the main highway, hence you can directly park at the camp. This is ideal if you arrive on your won vehicle and saves you time. The bubble tent that we stayed is good size, clean and comfortable. The location is very nice and views are good. The evening dinner and next morning breakfast was fine. You can also book jeep tours with them for a reasonable price. We did 3 hour tour and it was fantastic. Staffs are helpful. Thank you.

La vetrata della tenda marthian doveva essere pulita e le luci di notte davanti la tenda spente per poter vedere la "notte" del deserto. Praticamente pagare il doppio per non vedere nulla non vale la pena!

• Leandro (4/5): Ci sono molti campi in zona questo lo eviterei - La gita con i cammelli e il post cena beduino Dicono che è tutto incluso e poi fanno pagare le bibite a cena (anche l’acqua), la camera era sporca, doccia che era a dir poco indecente. Il buffet della colazione erano avanzi della cena più una frittata che veniva fatta su una padella nera (di zozzo)

• zhang (10/5): - 营地地理位置非常方便，位于入口处，不用开车太久就能抵达，我们入主的当天给到了视野最好的火星帐篷，营地直接可以开车进入并且可以停车。到达所有景点都非常方便，门口就是火车表演，步行都能到达。最令人惊喜的是，营地所有的活动安排都很好，并且服务人员非常的热情，我们在玩沙地摩托时摔伤了腿，营地负责把我们送去检查，并且医生在查看我们没有严重的伤情时，连检查费用都没有收我们，并表达我们是约旦的客人，希望我们平安，让我们整个旅行都充满了各种惊喜和感动 屋内蚊子有点多，希望以后可以配备电子驱蚊液

• Mayure (3/5): Not a good stay - The jeep trips were really good and enjoyable. When I arrived, there were no towels in my room. I asked the staff, and they said they would bring some. After 15 minutes, I wrote on WhatsApp and was told it would only take a couple of minutes. After almost 50 minutes, I had to go to a staff member myself because I was very upset, and only then did I receive the towels. I have never experienced something like this before. When I went to use the toilet, there were visible pee marks on the toilet seat. I knew it would take a long time before someone came to clean it, so I cleaned it myself using disinfectant wipes. The air conditioner was leaking water, but to be fair, this was fixed. The food was not very good. Overall, I regret staying at this camp. It is definitely not a 5-star camp. I would rate it as a 3-star camp at most. I have travelled a lot, and this is the first time I have ever regretted choosing a hotel. I selected this camp because of the good reviews, but my experience was very different. If you value good service, warmth, and cleanliness, I would recommend choosing another place. Some of the staff were very nice, but others were quite cold. In hospitality, all staff should be service-minded. Something felt off about this place.

• Taliya (9/5): Sehr schön - Sehr ruhig und erholsam. Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich, hilfsbereit und gingen auf Wünsche super ein. Das Abendessen war ein absolutes Highlight! Auch die angebotene Tour war sehr schön. Die Sauberkeit könnte besser sein. Beispielsweise Dusche, Waschbecken und Fenster vom Zelt.
• Andrei (10/5): Все было классно - Хорошее расположение, близко к асфальтовой дороге - можно заехать на любой машине, отличный вид как днем так и ночью, в шатре была горячая вода и кондиционер, персонал очень приветливый - у нас был включен только завтрак а нам подарили обед и ужин 😊 так же легко организовать активности прямо на ресепшене, вкусная еда

• Eva (8/5): - Lokalita blízko hlavní silnice, parkování přímo před campem, krásný výhled V den našeho ubytování přijel autobus plný lidí, restaurace byla přelidněná, odjeli jsme raději na večeři do blízké vesnice. Na recepci nebyli úplně nejmilejší.

• Suffyan (7/5): - The camp were helpful in picking and dropping me off at the visitor centre. The location and views outside the Martian Tent were amazing. The breakfast and dinner were also good. For the Martian Tent, you're essentially paying for the aesthetics, and despite this, the room was still a tad bit dirty and unpolished. It was also incredibly difficult to find food at around midday. Was dead hungry up until dinner.
• Tomasz (10/5): Nie wyobrażam sobie wyprawy do Jordanii bez wizyty w Hasan Zawaidech Camp. - Dogodny dojazd pod sam ośrodek własnym samochodem. Przepiękna lokalizacja, bardzo przyjemny ośrodek, czyściutko, cieplutko, Wi-Fi bez zastrzeżeń. Świetna organizacja. Życzliwy personel. Cały wyjazd na pustynię i posiłek w czasie wyprawy niezwykle udane. Przemili i zabawni kierowcy. Kolacja w ośrodku z pokazem - nic dodać nic ująć. Przesmacznie, ogromny wybór dań. Śniadanie j.w. Ogólnie - REWELACJA!

• Cristian (10/5): Good place to stay and experience the desert area - Very good place to stay in the desert area. Great lunch & breakfast, good variety of things. Good prices for the tours in the desert.
• Darya (9/5): Great camp with reasonable price - "We absolutely loved our stay at this camp. First of all, it’s easily accessible by your own car, which was very convenient for us, although it’s right on the border of the Wadi Rum protected area. There are a few other camps nearby, but they are small, very quiet, and completely unobtrusive. We stayed in the Marcian Camp at the very back, so our view was an open desert field - and we absolutely loved it. Even though we arrived during the winter, it was extremely warm in our room, though we were very lucky with the weather as well. Breakfasts and dinners were exceptional: delicious, satisfying, and very reasonably priced. The staff also arranged excursions tailored to our schedule, making our experience even more memorable. Unfortunately, specifically during our stay there was no even slightly warm water in the shower.
