• Irene (9/5): Buena relación calidad-precio. - La relación calidad-precio, el trato recibido,los detalles de bienvenida que habían dejado en la habitación y la ubicación tan céntrica y cómoda del alojamiento. Además, nos permitieron guardar las maletas (por un rato)?una vez dejada la habitación. Fue un detalle muy amable. Por señalar algo, el agua de la ducha costaba regularla y salía muy caliente.
• Xomr (8/5): Muy BIEN - Más que un hotel , parece una pensión la calidad - precio está bien ; dicho esto la limpieza muy bien , nos hacían las habitaciones todos los días , el ruido bien igual por qué la habitación daba al interior , el aire acondicionado funcionaba bien , las camas eran cómodas y las almohadas también ; La ubicación muy bien está cerca de la estación de metro y autobuses; muy bien conectado a todo , fuimos en autobús (el H ) a Trastevere , y andando al Coliseo… aunque se ve mucho indigente a los alrededores , llegábamos tarde al hotel y no tuvimos ningún accidente ni miedo de nada…. Hay mucha vigilancia a los alrededores…. Tengo que decir que el cuarto de baño era grande , pero mal organizado, el lavabo está muy pegado ala ducha y no puedes sentarte bien por qué no entras , no hay sitio para dejar los neceseres; el shampoo en botes mini ,( menos mal que llevábamos los nuestros ) el secador de pelo muy antiguo pero te apañas , la última noche no nos dejaron papel higiénico, me imagino que se les pasaría , menos mal que teníamos toallitas húmedas :) y el ascensor es mini solo entra una persona , usábamos las escaleras , no llevamos maleta grande nuestra maleta era de cabina así que una personas con una maleta pequeña bien ; nos dejaron galletas y infusiónes pero no llegamos a usarlas desayunábamos fuera…

• Roberta (8/5): Para quem procura um ótimo custo benefício o Hotel MAGIC entrega muito. - Para quem procura um ótimo custo benefício o Hotel MAGIC entrega muito. Fiquei hospedada num quarto triplo. O espaço do quarto é um pouco pequeno, mas as camas são confortáveis e o ambiente estava bem limpo. Sobre a localização fica ao lado da estação TERMINI de Roma, logo você consegue fácil acesso de transporte para vários lugares da Itália. Quarto pequeno.

• Patryk (9/5): Was comfortable and amazing location. - Clean and quiet property . Reception lady was amazing. Everything was smooth and quick. I would like to mention Lori- she was so helpful at the end. She took our bags and kept them safe. She even ask us if we wanna use the toilet before we leave for good. That was so kind. Many restaurants downstairs but was so quiet. Simple way from trains to property. One more mirror is necessary a specially if it’s room for 3. One small mirror in the bathroom it’s not enough.

• Andrea (7/5): Beware of this Hotel. - Room was enough. Bed comfortable. The attitude of the staff. The Indian gentleman of the evening is rude & hostile. He informed me only 24 hours BEFORE arriving that I couldn't check in at 11pm because they close counter at 10pm. This hotel is 1 block away from Termini Station, mid Rome! He suggested I sleep in the airport and arrive at 8:30 when they open. I was flabbergasted. No cancelation or reimbursement was accepted. BEWARE OF THIS HOTEL.

• Sema (8/5): - Çalışanlar çok ilgiliydi. Özellikle orada akşam 21.00’a kadar duran bir beyefendi var bize çok yardımcı oldu. Konum terminiye çok yakın. Bu inanılmaz konforluydu. Biz çoğu yere de yürüyerek gittik merkeze 20-25 dk kadar yürüme mesafeli, böylece her yeri keşfedebiliyorsunuz. 4 gece kaldığımız bir oteldi genel olarak çalışanların güleryüzü, konumu ve rahatlığını olumlu değerlendirebilirim. Temizlik çok daha iyi olabilir. Her gün odayı temizlediklerini gördük ama sadece çöp temizlenmiş ve yatağı düzeltmişler. Genel oda tozları vs görünüyordu. Bu çok daha geliştirilmeli. Banyosu inanılmaz küçük bir odaydı. Oda da genel olarak küçük, ayna banyo harici yoktu. 😶

• ÖZEN (9/5): Otel Magic ailesine teşekkür ederim.. - Konumu Termini İstasyonuna 1 dk mesafede, ulaşımı çok kolaydı. Çalışanlar çok sıcak kanlı ve yardım severdi. odamız tertemizdi. Kahve, çay ve bisküvi ikramları şahaneydi. Yatak ve yastıklar çok rahattı. Oda geceleri sessiz uyumak çok konforluydu. İnternet çok iyiydi. TV de netflix ve youtube vardı. Odamız aşırı küçüktü. 3 kadın arkadaş gittiğimiz için valizlerimizi açacak yerimiz bile yoktu. Banyo da çok ama çok küçüktü. Odada maalesef sadece banyoda ayna vardı hazırlanmak zor oldu. Ayrıca elektrik prizi de yetersizdi. En son banyoda telefonumuzu şarj etmek zorunda kaldık.

• Camila (5/5): It’s alright - just for sleep/rest - The bed was comfy, it was literally just a place to sleep and that’s it. So if that’s what people are looking for, this is your place. Staff were nice too. The location is a bit off, but the plus side is that it’s right next to the main station for trains and buses for airports as well as main attractions, and the station is also a market/shopping centre so you have places to buy anything you’d need such as food, pharmacy etc. The place was clean just they don’t change your bedsheets or at least hoover the room - there was a lot of dust, some ants here and there and I found a silverfish in my room. At least they change your towels and stock up on simple toiletries. There no breakfast but you do have to request for a kettle if you want to drink a coffee before you go out. The only thing is that, if you get up super early like before 6am, and you want to shower, there no hot water - we believe that it is cut off at some point during the night (the landlord/lady lives across the place). The hotel is basically flats within a flat in a building, so you have to ring the bell from the main entrance, go up 3 floors (mind you there a lift but it’s super small but understandable why, as it’s built within the stairs), and then the staff explains how to open/close the doors and hands you a set of keys for your room. Be aware, if you bring valuables, they are not responsible for whatever happens. When they clean your room, they do not lock it back after (even when you locked it before you have left for the day). So really anyone could have gone in and steal something from your room.

The location is perfect – very close to the metro stations and only about 25 minutes from the Colosseum, which made getting around the city really easy. The cleanliness was excellent. Every morning the staff came to clean and organize the room, bringing fresh towels and clean sheets, which I really appreciated. The room was always tidy and comfortable. The facilities also worked perfectly. The air conditioner and TV worked without any problems, there was always hot water, and the bathroom was extremely clean. Overall, a very comfortable stay with great service and a very convenient location. I would definitely recommend it.

There is a supermarket nearby and different cafés where you can eat and drink вкусно. You can walk to the Trevi Fountain, and the Colosseum is just one metro stop away — very convenient. The room had hot water and good heating. It was a bit humid, but the view from our window was quite nice. The towels were changed every day and the bed was made daily. It seemed to us that the floor was a bit dirty and wasn’t properly cleaned. The only things missing were cups for tea, glasses, and slippers, although there was a fridge

• Nur (1/5): Noisy, very dirty with bugs all over, cold room with no heater, cold shower, rude host. Hard skip! - Location being central and close to the metro I never write negative reviews, but this time I have to warn others, so their experience isn’t ruined like ours. First of all, it’s like the room wasn’t cleaned for years; there were house centipedes (bugs) all over the bathroom (see pictures). There were layers of dust and dirt on the walls, on the bed frame, and on the bathroom elements. The curtains and bed cover didn’t only have gross stains on them, but they also smelled really bad. I specifically asked the room service to ignore our room because I noticed they are just walking in the room with their outdoor shoes and only tidying up stuff, not actually cleaning. I bought hygiene material and cleaned the room myself. No regular blankets; they gave us some strange blankets without a blanket case, and they were dirty, so we had to avoid using them and we were freezing at night. We didn’t ask for new ones either because we knew it’d be the same. The heater element doesn’t work, it is ice cold, and their air conditioner doesn’t work either when you desperately try to increase the room temperature. The noise level is insane; the host yells just outside the rooms, and it feels like she is yelling next to your bed and like she’s walking inside your room. The walls are that thin - and why is there shouting outside of the guests’ rooms at 8 a.m., including on New Year’s Day, when people partied the day before, anyway? It was a nightmare staying here because we couldn’t sleep due to the noise, the ice-cold room, and what not, so our experience in Rome was ruined. No warm water sometimes so we had to take a cold shower twice - in the middle of winter - and when we kindly asked her about it, she was very rude: “It is working now, okay?” No apology, not even a kind answer. She basically shouted at us, rolled her eyes and aggressively sighed. The only nice person was the room service lady. The rooms weren’t cheap either; in fact, they were quite pricy, so we really regret having stayed there.

• DIMITRIOS (4/5): cold and no ac and slippers and a lot of dust under the bedroom but good location - it was good for one sleep and the location was good for our trip we didnt have heat in our room, the ac wasnt working at all, they had for heating only radiators in their site and when we went there they said that they didnt work and finally we had a little rust under the bed. And we didnt have slippers for the room

• Jiarong (4/5): Buena ubicación pero no hay agua caliente - La ubicación está muy bien ya que al lado tienes estacionamiento de tren, metro y bus. También hay un supermercado al lado. Siempre puedes contactar con las trabajadoras si necesitas algo. El agua caliente se estropeó y tuvimos que ducharnos con agua fría 3 días en pleno invierno. Vinieron finalmente a arreglarlo, pero igualmente el último día salía templada. Las trabajadoras intentan ayudar pero a veces su actitud es desafiante y desagradable. Desde la habitación se escucha todo, el ruido de las otras habitaciones y del pasillo.

• Tzeni (6/5): - Δυστυχώς η εμπειρία μου στο Hotel Magic στη Ρώμη ήταν απαράδεκτη. Το μπάνιο ήταν πολύ στενό και βρώμικο, ενώ η ντουζιέρα είχε σοβαρό πρόβλημα αποχέτευσης — το νερό δεν τραβούσε καθόλου και πλημμύριζε κάθε φορά που έκανες μπάνιο. Επιπλέον, δεν υπήρχε πάντα ζεστό νερό, με αποτέλεσμα να αναγκαστούμε να παραπονεθούμε ώστε να έρθει τεχνικός. Μείναμε 5 βράδια στο κατάλυμα και δεν άλλαξαν ποτέ τα σεντόνια, μόνο τις πετσέτες, κάτι που θεωρώ εντελώς αντιεπαγγελματικό. Το ασανσέρ είναι εξαιρετικά μικρό και στενό, χωράει μόνο ένα άτομο με μία αποσκευή, γεγονός που δημιουργεί συνεχή ταλαιπωρία. Επιπλέον, το check-in ήταν αυστηρά μέχρι τις 22:00, χωρίς να τονίζεται επαρκώς. Εμείς φτάσαμε στις 23:30 και δεν καταφέραμε να κάνουμε check-in, με αποτέλεσμα να κοιμηθούμε έξω το πρώτο βράδυ. Τέλος, να σημειωθεί ότι η «ξενοδόχος»/σπιτονοικοκυρά έμενε στον ίδιο όροφο, ακριβώς στο απέναντι διαμέρισμα, κάτι που μας έκανε εντύπωση πως δεν μας άνοιξε ίσα ίσα για να κοιμηθούμε . Το μόνο «μαγικό» σε αυτό το κατάλυμα είναι το όνομά του. Δεν το προτείνω σε καμία περίπτωση.
• Immacolata (9/5): - Hotel carino proprio vicino alla stazione Termini. Siamo riuscite a spostarci velocemente per visitare i monumenti più importanti della città. Nelle vicinanze dell'hotel, inoltre, ci sono ristoranti, farmacie e supermercati. Il soggiorno è stato molto soddisfacente e confortevole grazie alla disponibilità delle titolari.

• nino (4/5): - What I really liked and what made me decide to book this hotel in the first place is the location. Everything is very close and in this respect it is very comfortable. What I didn't like very much was that the room smelled of chemical aroma. There was also dust on the floor, i.e. there were puffs of dust in the corners. I was with a child and cleanliness was very important to me. Also, I did not find an electric kettle in the room, nor bottled water for drinking, the refrigerator also needed to be cleaned, and the most important thing was that the room was cold at night, because the heating was turned off at 11 o'clock and the towels were not changed every day. The tea smelled of chemicals and the last time I came and asked to keep my bags, they kept them somewhere in the laundry room, which I didn't like very much, and when I went to pick them up, the cleaner threw them out and they were scattered here and there. In short, I am very disappointed.
