Ryosuke (10/5): 宿泊費が著しく高いヴェネツィアでコストを抑えられる素晴らしい宿だと感じました。 - スタッフの方がとにかく優しい。諸事情で延泊が重なるなど様々リクエストすることになりましたが、すべて丁寧に対応してくださり本当に助かりました。立地はメストレの駅からも近く、レストランやスーパーも近辺にあるので利便性が大変高いです。客層も良く、部屋も基本静かなため不便することもなく約一週間も滞在できました。強いて言えば、たまに地上階でやっているパーティのセキュリティの人が無愛想で悪印象なくらい。セキュリティの人は基本そんなもんだとは思いますが…。（宿が悪いわけじゃないのですが）メストレエリアはどうやら治安が微妙なようです。私は特に何も感じなかったですが、来るときには注意したほうが良いかもしれません。正直良くなかった点と言ってもこのくらいですので、価格を考えるとこれ以上ない良い宿だと思います。

He didn't ask me what my preference for the bunk bed but when I asked to be moved to lower bed they said they can't do that since I already checked in.

Jessika (8/5): Good deal - The hostel matched my expectations in all levels. There was only one guy from the staff who did my check in who was a bit rude, but no big deal. The room was also as expected - good mattress, no curtains on the beds, shower was separated from the toileted, and no towels, only the sheets were provided. The breakfast was good with different options of bread, croissant, jams, coffee, juice, tomato, cucumber, eggs (boiled and scrambled), rice and cereals. It is very close to the train station and bus stop, so it was really easy to go both to city center and airport. Nothing bad to report. But because of its closeness to the train station, there is always weird people around, which made me feel a bit unsafe to walk during the evening.

Santiago (5/5): Regular. Things to be improved - The hotel has a really cool concept and atmosphere. There are several areas to relax, work, or socialize, which makes the space feel very dynamic and comfortable. The breakfast was good, the location is very convenient right next to the station, and having security at the entrance added an extra sense of safety. The vibe is youthful, respectful, and still fun at the same time. The light and charging outlet at my bed were not working, which was quite inconvenient. The sink design also looks stylish but is not very practical, since the inclination makes it difficult to place your personal items without them sliding off. Another issue is the shower area, which doesn’t provide enough space to change comfortably, so you basically have to walk out semi dressed in front of others. Finally, the beds without curtains offer very little privacy, something that would make a huge difference in a shared accommodation environment.

Pamela (5/5): - Good location and several common spaces that suit different guests’ needs Unfortunately, my experience was affected by how the hostel handled guests’ belongings. Food I had bought on the day of arrival, properly labelled and in good condition, was thrown away from the fridge, together with my container. I understand there were some signs, but on the day of arrival, guests are usually dealing with check-in, settling in and organizing their stay, so reading every notice around the hostel is not necessarily a priority. Discarding a guest’s belongings instead of setting them aside seemed unnecessary and avoidable. The response offered did not fully compensate for the situation. This experience was disappointing and could have been handled much better. Also, taxes and extra charges (city and breakfast) should be explained more clearly in advance, as this was not communicated beforehand and felt misleading.

Hanae (9/5): - ベネチアビエンナーレに訪れるために滞在しました。Venice Mestre駅からすぐなので、本島へのアクセスが非常に良かったです。チェックイン前に荷物も預けることができました。フロント目の前のロッカーに預ける形式で、スタッフの目に常に触れる場所なので安心でした。ただし自分で南京錠を用意してロックする形です。ドミトリー9人部屋を利用しましたが、洗面台・トイレ・シャワーは全て別々になっており、それぞれ3個・1個・2個と十分な数があったので他の人を待つことなくスムーズに使えました。滞在中の部屋内ロッカーはベッドの下にあり、こちらも自分で南京錠をつける必要があります。清掃もこまめに入ってくださっているようで、常に清潔な状態で利用することができました。シャワーも大きい固定型と小さな可動式シャワーヘッドがあり、快適に利用することができました。キッチンが比較的早い時間閉まってしまうこと。ケトルがなく、熱湯がほしい場合はスタッフの方が補充してくれるタンクから取る形なので、たまに利用できないことがありました。ベッド自体にカーテンはありませんが、顔部分は隠れる設計なので比較的ストレスなく過ごせました。また、二段ベッドの設計上、寝返りを打つと少し音と揺れが気になることがありました。

Lei (10/5): - It’s just as spacious as a hotel room, spotlessly clean and tidy. The bathroom is by far the nicest I’ve seen in any hostel. The hostel has a fantastic vibe, with an info desk, a bar, and a restaurant. There are different themed events every night, and I happened to stay on a Saturday night with a DJ party— the atmosphere was just like a club. Best of all, the sound insulation is excellent: the downstairs was buzzing like a nightclub, yet it was completely quiet upstairs. It’s a 2‑minute walk to the train station and a 3‑minute walk to the bus station. Don’t hesitate to book. This is truly one of the best hostels I’ve ever stayed in. Curtains would be ideal

Megin (5/5): - The security man at night was very aggressive, he ran at me with his hand in my face and scared me! The staff told me he would be by the doors at night, but he was by the elevator so it was unexpected. As a female traveler, having an aggressive man come running at you is scary!
Marvin (7/5): Prima verblijf voor avontuurlijke reizigers - Locatie was geweldig. Ca. 2 minuten lopen naar station. Geluidsoverlast gedurende de nacht als gevolg van feestjes op de begane grond. Deze hielden tot 3 uur 's nachts aan en waren zeer hoorbaar door mijn oortjes heen.
