Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.
A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Arrivals after 19:30 must complete a registration form and pay the full amount at least 48 hours before arrival. There is an extra fee of EUR 50.
The keys can then be collected from a key box at the office at any time after 19:30.
Guests are requested to leave the apartment in the same conditions that they find it or charges will be applied. Optional cleaning is available for an extra cost.
For all bookings between 28/10/2023 and 22/03/2024, the full payment and online registration must be completed at least 48 hours before your arrival. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee the delivery of the keys.
Key collection is available at the front desk in the Universal Holiday Centre offices in Salou until 17h00. After that time, you can collect the keys from an automated locker located at the office entrance.
