Kelly (8/5): Convenient location - The hotel is right near the exit ramp. It's also located in area with plenty of shops and restaurants. The hotel is also pet friendly. The breakfast was very good. Plenty of people were at the hotel due to loosing electricity due to a snow and ice storm. Several people had their pets which is not a problem being that it is a pet friendly. The issue is that people allowed their dogs to pee and poop by some of the entry and exit doors without cleaning it up afterwards. I would like to think this was only being done due to the ice in the parking lot and on the sidewalks. Management was notified.

Christine Grace (10/5): - I liked that the washer and dryer were in the gym area so I can workout while I wait for clothes. The machines looked new and clean. Breakfast was good, breakfast staff very attentive. My only complaint is that the first room we were assigned reeked of cigarettes. We took two steps in and walked right back down stairs. The only option was either wait for maintenance to use an ozone air cleaner or get a room with a queen (my original reservation was for a king). We just got off the red eye, so we just took the queen. And was told the king room was cheaper than the queen room that was given. I was too tired to argue. But overall a good hotel, I would return. Location was central to a lot of stores, but not walkable.

P3480RXsandraf (4/5): Horrible check out experience and horrible customer service - We checked into the hotel on Thursday July 31st and out on August 3rd, 2025. Everything was relatively ok until Sunday. We got a knock on our door at 10:30 reminding us checkout was at 11. We told them I had paid ahead of time for late checkout (2:00 pm) and they left. Then the girl at the front desk knocked at 11:30 and told us we needed to check out. I told her I paid for late checkout and she said they don't do that. I asked if she wanted to see my reservation and she said they don't do that and said we had until noon. Another knock 10 mins later saying we needed to check out. Then that front desk girl calls me and says there was a misunderstanding... she had emailed her manager and they said yes I had a late check out and I was good until 2:00. She apparently still never looked at my reservation as it was clearly on there. Then when I looked at my bill she had added the late check out charge to my account. Again the charge was already on my account. She later credited my account but for her to charge me when I told her I paid and she just didn't look at the account first. I booked through Hilton Honors so it wasn't another site where she may not have had access to my account. If she wasn't so RUDE to us it may have been a different experience but her attitude was totally uncalled for and the person that kept coming to our door needed to communicate with the desk or she needed to communicate with them.

So my kids were grumpy bc we couldn't shower or sleep comfortably.

Also the room had a foul odor that flared up my son’s allergies. The bathroom was small and not laid out well. I would never stay at this property again. It is not the same as the many other Home 2 Suites I have stayed.

Luckily we were hungry so we went out to eat.

There recently has been non-electric cars parked in the charging areas. There needs to be a sign that is clearly marked-for EV only, must be charging. I had planned on charging my car overnight and I was inconvienced by having to drive to a charging station that I had to pay for. There has been a non-electric car parked in the EV spots, at my last 2 visits. I come to Nashville q2 weeks to visit my sick mother. This issue needs to be addressed, thank you. non-electric cars parked in ev spots

I came in April, so the pool was closed. Would have been nice to have an inside pool or at least a jacuzzi. Complimentary breakfast is never the best. I ate it once, but the other 2 days of my stay we went elsewhere to dine. Overall: The size of the rooms are nice, location is great! BUT… The bed and pillows suck! Not enough amenities. Check in is at 3pm. Breakfast is not great.

Abidah (8/5): Decent stay for the value - Front desk staff at check-in was very polite. He explained breakfast time, check out time, recommended best parking location, and showed us where the elevator was. First time I've ever been given water bottles and chocolate at check-in, so that was definitely a plus! The cleanliness of the room (perhaps this is more of a maintenance concern) had room for improvement. There were noticeable areas with rust, especially around the shower door and sink. There was a strong smell of urine in the bathroom when we first walked in, so we had to keep the door shut at all times. There were also burn marks in the carpet. The thermostat was also not connected to the a/c-furnace.

FrancesFrances (10/5): - We had a couple of issues with our room, but Kendrick and Noah were on top of things right away and switched us to a new room immediately. We have stayed here about 4 or 5 times and this is the first time we have had any issue at all. We will continue to stay here, the service is great and all the employees are super nice and helpful. We always get a studio and they are very nice and plenty of room.
