I will never stay at a Hilton again. I was also charged $50 for the $25 parking, This is going on trip advisor as well.

- R1890DCrandyb (10/5): Great Place to Stay - Great hotel in a great location. Rooms were clean and comfy. Everyone on staff was friendly and accommodating. We did not have a car and even the valets were amazing :) !!! There is a beautiful rooftop pool with plenty of seating and a cute balcony across the front. At the end of our long days, we would purchase a drink at the lobby bar and go sit outside and relax. Close to everything, wonderful service and spotless. If we ever get a chance to come back to San Antonio, we will definitely stay here again.

From the time we arrived to the time we left he always had a great attitude and helpful, friendly service that put me at ease. It says so much about a person when they can be so tired and still have a smile on their face. We had to leave very early each morning and the care he showed about having the car ready was the best. - Dream62525324813 (10/5): How Dylan treated us - I am a liberal, transgender, proud mother of 1 American blonde girl. Dylan did his best to make our trip effort-free. I ran my first marathon, yes as a proud liberal transgender mother, and was exhausted after. Upon returning to the hotel, Dylan went out of his way to help me unload luggage, give well-informed directions for the local area, and even made my American blonde girl smile with his witty humor after a long day in the sun. Would absolutely recommend working with Dylan to anybody. He made every one of us feel like family.

The room was clean and comfortable...the valet staff was friendly and helpful, to and from the hotel. The Riverwalk was within 100 yards of the hotel and enjoyed dinners there. Next door is a wonderful, quiet Bourbon Whiskey bar with great music to relax and enjoy a drink.

- Jesse (4/5): Just because it is a Hilton doesn’t mean it’s four stars. No attention to detail and poor management - It was close to riverwalk. Homelessness all around. No attention to detail. Stayed in two rooms, one didn’t have the full complementary coffee items. The other didn’t have a trash can. The gym equipment was not taken care of. Parking was ridiculous priced ($47 a night). The valet especially at night shift was rude and still expected tip. The front desk doesn’t acknowledge customers. Washing machine was broke one day. Service in the room is every other day but they only did the bed and nothing else.

It was a 3 minute walk from our hotel room to the Alamo. Our room was clean, comfortable, with 2 nice beds, and clean and spacious bathroom, and it was quiet. The breakfast and our dinner at the onsite cafe was everything we wanted. The hotel staff and cafe staff were quite helpful and friendly. The only thing I had a small problem with was connecting to the free Wi-Fi with my personal laptop. But, Angel, one of the desk clerks helped am understand that it was my laptop "didn't like" the Wi-Fi. I simply used my cell phone as a hotspot, and it worked as needed for my personal use. So it really wasn't much of a problem after all!

- ROBERT (8/5): OK ... thanks for Jonathon - Jonathon: He was the most welcoming person possible, he helped with a few minor questions but then he and I became a bit animatedd over my need for a liquor store. He pointed me in the right direction but the next morning when we checked out he asked, " And where's mine." He was always attentive, informative and has a charm...a bit of humor that made him a major part of our memory of being at your property. Give him a boost ... at least a special thank you ... he is special.

Pagamos por el parking en el hotel, al final fue la mejor y más económica opción por estacionamiento de 24 hrs. Solo estuvimos 1 noche por que Ãbamos de camino a México. Entonces querÃamos algo seguro por la cosas que llevábamos en la camioneta y que al dÃa siguiente saldrÃamos en la madrugada.

- Bhat (1/5): Very dissapointing - Location close to conference venue I rarely leave hotel reviews, but this stay warrants one. Over a five-night stay, there were repeated service failures — housekeeping and maintenance requests were ignored despite multiple follow-ups. The most unacceptable incident occurred on the final day, when someone attempted to enter my room after just one knock, claiming they thought I had checked out, even though my checkout was the next morning. This was extremely disturbing and raised serious safety and privacy concerns. Combined with a cramped room, missing basic amenities, and an iron that damaged my clothing due to residue, this experience was far below Hilton standards. Complaints raised directly were never addressed. I would not recommend this property.
