BackPacker193195 (4/5): The worst bed ever - The only good thing about this hotel is the location. The front desk employees were very short with us…no greeting us or mentioning to us about breakfast times or time of checkout. The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in. The mattress was so hard that I could not get a good nights sleep due to the pains in my back. I believe the parking lot would have been more comfortable than that bed. The breakfast food was just okay nothing to praise about.

Sheryl (10/5): Fabulous! - Fabulous 1 night stay with family. We booked 4 suites and all rooms were clean and comfortable. Friendly staff, great breakfast options, relaxing ambiance by the fire pit, and many places to hang out in the lobby and outside. Definitely recommend.

Companion28695127188 (2/5): -1000/10 never again worst hotel experience I’ve ever had - First off no greeting no nothing (my boyfriend is a darker Mexican) unless it was the men at the front desk at night they are very kind and deserve raises the morning Front desk lady Ashley sucks at her job I asked if she could tell the cleaning ladies to not bang on the walls while cleaning very kindly and she says “I can try” I proceeed to tell her “ your supposed to say yes ma’am I can do that for you sorry for the inconvenience” she then proceeds to raise her voice at me and says “some people have jobs to do” and hangs up. Also acts like she doesn’t want to be there looks like she hates her life and has no customer service training if she does it’s embarrassing. Another front desk lady who looks like she never showers is also very rude always on the phone watching videos. I called the manager to let her know this is how the staff behaves and she didn’t apologize on their behalf or anything she just said we have jobs to get done before 3pm and said she would talk to Ashley again still no apology on hers or her workers behalf. The Cleaning people didn’t change our sheets left us with the same sheets due to laziness also would come in and bang on the walls and make so much noise in the rooms next to us while they cleaned mind you all before 8am. The room either has something broken or stained the dishes weren’t cleaned when we got here either I had to rewash all of them. Horrible stay horrible service horrible all around will be contacting corporate as well no one should experience racism or disrespectful service at a hotel. Do better home2 suites
STACEY (10/5): - We love Hilton properties! I wouldn’t choose anything else. Any time I choose a non-Hilton property I am disappointed. This Home2 was wonderful. We got there at 12:45am and desk clerk was waiting for us. He explained all the available amenities. Pulled up my rewards account without me having to make sure it was attached to this stay. Breakfast bar had numerous options and extended hours. Room was super clean, spacious, and comfortable. The bed & pillows are the best. Bathroom was stocked w quality soap and shampoo/conditioner. And plenty of towels and wash clothes. We did not have to request anything from housekeeping. Check out was quick and simple on the Hilton app. Thank you so much for a wonderful weekend.

Debra (8/5): Family trip to Missouri from Connecticut - The check in was average. Coffee bar was nice to see but, only some coffee was available and no decaf in room. The room was very clean and modern with a beautiful kitchen. Everything but a stove (dishes and silverware included). The breakfast was very good but lacked a person to refill the food. We had to ask the desk clerk to get someone. Our biggest complaint was the television. The channels on the tv were all wrong. For example, HGTV was not HGTV. It was some other station like Freeform or ESPN. A news station was difficult to find due to the mix up of channels. When you are in another location from your home, It's nice to hear news about that city (good or bad). I believe it was Dish Network. Awful.

Xavier (2/5): - Came in to check in and was told I can’t check in a 6 am. Even though my check in date was the previous day before I just arrived later than expected so I waited till 12pm. By which time I came back and they had lost my itinerary and had wait another hour for them to retrieve it again. After this my stay was wonderful.

Got an ada room and the shower seat broke sending my step dad to the from d and flooding the bathroom and kitchen. Only one employee who tried to help and called management who said they could t help until 8:45 the next day. HQ was also no help sending us Tim circles back to the local Management which already wasn’t not concerned for the health or well being of their guests. No other rooms made available only excuses. HQ had no emergency process but to call 911. Do NOT stay here or any Hilton location.
Ryan (10/5): - Friendly. Great staff. No luggage carts could be found. It seems other patrons leave them in their rooms so we had to carry all of our luggage out. Great hotel but a lot of homeless people in the surrounding parking lot. Be sure and take all of your belongings from your car.

Heather (4/5): Go someplace else - The building and amenities seem nice at a glance. The staff seem less than enthused to be at work, unkept, and unfriendly. The breakfast area was filthy and lacked options, slow to restock, and unkept. It took 2 trips to the front desk to ask for conditioner, stores were closed or I would have bought some. First staff said there was no conditioner and handed me keys to a room that was not ours, no clue why, I didn’t ask for keys. I bought bandaids while there and he gave me back too much cash, when I noticed and brought it back down to him, he didn’t seem to care. I asked a different staff for conditioner at that time and he went right to the back and got it. It was a weird stay for a Hilton affiliated hotel, poorly kept and overwhelmingly unfriendly. The building has potential and location was good- it’s the lack of concern with the basics such as kindness, decent beds, clean breakfast area with stocked items, etc.

Melissa (10/5): Home on the road - Always a great stay at the Home2siutes! We try to always stay at them when on the road. We always have lots of food and the large fridge, microwave, real plates and utensils are always nice. Our dog loves seeing all the other pets too.

Heather Courtney (6/5): - Our room was not cleaned very well prior to our stay. I found a dirty tissue in the bathroom corner, food left in the fridge. The girl that worked the front desk on Saturday was lazy and not helpful when my kids asked for towels because we didn’t have enough placed in our room for a family of 5. The guy working Friday night shift was kind. When my special needs child was up at 5am, we were down in the lobby so he didn’t wake up the entire 4th floor- this employee found some markers and coloring sheets. The cook that worked thjs weekend- black guy with a beard made the breakfast great and him and the night shift front desk guy both deserve a raise. Also, I heard from the family we were visiting that this area is not very great, but we didn’t have any problems at all at this hotel.
Laura (10/5): Pleasant stay would recommend - All of the staff were kind, helpful and accommodating. The room was clean. I love that there is a kitchenette complete with dishes, bowls, utensils, toaster, microwave, sink, dishwasher and adequate sized refrigerator and freezer. That is helpful when traveling with a family. Mattresses we firm. Linens were clean and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and had more than enough shampoo, conditioner, body wash and body lotion. Shower had good pressure and hot water. Lots of storage cabinets, drawers, closet space. The pool was clean, gym as well. I appreciated the touches of having coffee, tea and apples 24/7 in the lobby. There is a small market stocked with common use items and snacks. Breakfast offered a large variety and was fresh and tasty. The outdoor seating area is comfortable, has grills and a fire pit. There is also a walking path. A very short drive to many activities.

karen (10/5): - The staff let us get in the pool while we waited on them to get a room ready for us. They let us do an early check-in at noon because we had driven all night. It was very quiet and secluded behind the other hotels.
Verified traveler (8/5): - Everyone was polite and the room was clean. Things seemed a little older than other Home 2 suites i've been too. The microwave didnt work so that was an inconvenience for my family.
Michael (6/5): - The property was a little hard to find and there was only a small sign indicating drive needed to turn in on. Neither of the people working front desk indicated any desire to check us in. The room was generally clean except office desk chair which had something spilled on it which I was able to clean with wet rag but shouldn't have to. The shower door had rust and crud built up that needed to be clean. Something wrong with air conditioner. When compressor kicked on made a very loud noise. They did allow us to move to another room which was both quieter and cleaner. If that had been our first room this review would have been more positive.

They even have portable cook tops, which I definitely put to use! When we didn't need room service they would still at least knock and ask id there was anything we needed! Room had plently of room and accommodated my family of 4 perfectly. I will definitely recommend and will definitely stay here again!

The pool was a little small and a bit chilly. Disappointed that there was no hot tub. The gentleman at the front desk was kind and check in/out went smoothly.

candice (4/5): - I’m really bummed about this because I’ve always loved home2suits. I’ve stayed well over 15 various locations across the US. This one changed that for me. Started with the room not being ready after the check in time of 4pm. So, we had to find something to go do. After driving 5 hours, we were ready to relax and unwind. After a hour of waiting, we got that opportunity. It failed miserably as that was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. Sucks paying that kind of money in hopes it would be amazing like all the other home2suits. Definitely won’t be staying here again.
Tiffany (8/5): - Bathroom could have been more clean. This is the first hotel I have stayed at thay we didn’t have to ask for extra towels and pillows. There were plenty in the room!
Tracey (8/5): - This Home 2 was not as nice as others I’ve been to. Room needed a spring cleaning… dog hair around the baseboards etc. Ants came out of heat/ air conditioner and were all over wall and end table. Went down to desk for assistance and no sprays available as he did not have key for “shed.”. He gave me a bottle of alcohol spray for me to take care of it. Offered to move rooms but it was after 10 at night and son was already asleep in other room. Staff not real friendly. Woman was ready to leave for day when I checked in. I am used to warm welcomes and pleasant greetings by Home 2 staff. Kid behind breakfast bar never looked up from phone at counter. Love: room layout and kitchenette stuff. breakfast was delish!!! loved the welcome greeting on TV screen… nice touch.

Leotie (8/5): Comfortable room - Acceptable place to stay for the weekend. The room had plenty of lamps and charging outlets, and the kitchen area was very convenient and well appointed. Common areas and breakfast were OK but nothing to write home about. If I go back to this area I’d consider staying there again.

Karen (10/5): - I like to stay at Home2Suites always because they approach being sustainable by having dishes and silverware, mugs, and glasses. Breakfast included is good, room was clean and spacious, and we were welcomed with a personalized screen. Overall, it was a good experience.

Katelyn (10/5): Great - I stayed in a double queen with pull out couch with my kids. Plenty of space! Only downside was the pillows were rather flat but otherwise everything was great! Kids loved the pool and it was clean!

Our bathroom door did not lock and the bathroom wasn't super clean, but the kitchenette was a nice feature and it had a dishwasher and dishes we could use. Indoor pool was nice but not heated. Overall, a pretty nice place, especially if you have kids and/or pets.

Jessica (4/5): Car break in overnight. - Someone broke into my car overnight. No matter how nice the room might be, poor security of the parking lot is unacceptable. Security cameras make no difference. Wouldn’t recommend from a safety and security perspective alone. When advising the hotel staff, they said there’s nothing they can do outside of acknowledge the incident.

Margaret (10/5): Exceptional - We love this hotel! The facility is exceptional, well maintained and clean, comfortable beds,friendly, helpful, responsive staff and we loved the room itself. Dishwasher, nice sized refrigerator and microwave! We will definitely make this hotel our go to in the Springfield, MO area. Nothing, it was great!
jenniferbF4244VO (4/5): Uncomfortable bed - The bed is awful. No padding. Asked about switching rooms and was told they are not due to get new mattresses for about 3 more years. Pull out couch was a step above the bed😕 Could not wait to switch hotels to be able to get some sleep. Room was clean
