Erica (8/5): - That it was close to Truist Park When we arrived at 2:45 the front desk lady didn't let us check in, but a couple came in 5 minutes later she friendly and allowed them a room. Got to the room finally an had to use my own Netflix to watch TV. We come in to town at least 6 times a year during baseball season and always stay with you guys. TV has never been like that. The front desk lady has been rude before. No dont remember her name CHECKED IN APRIL 10 AT 3PM.(cause I couldn't get in before 3). Paying to park my car where I have already paid to lay my head is a bit much to. It always takes weeks before I get my $40 hold. I've decided this will probably be my last timestaying with you guys.

My grandkids stay there two nights I would just have to say that chlorine is way too high for smell and ruined a several pair of our clothes. Was all great!!

miami1016 (6/5): Fell short of Hampton experience - Fell short of Hampton experience. Blinds were broken, small stain on linen (I didn't notice until the morning light). Poor AC output. Maybe I just had a bad room. It needed some overall attention. Shower was nice. Extra charge for parking (did not expect this). Breakfast was typical for Hampton but hostess had a tip jar out, and was working for tips. One night stay, passing through. Hampton is our go-to when traveling, but we would honestly pass on this one. -miami125
647rebekahf (4/5): Be careful with pets! - Leaving this as a 2 star review, but truthfully it should be no stars. The communication after what happened at this hotel was minimal and dismissive at best. Let me start by saying my cats have traveled all over the U.S. and have stayed at many hotels from the west to east coast. They’re show cats, so their treatment and care when we travel is taken very seriously. We go to the hotel and we go to the show, that’s it. This particular room did have a strong odor of cleaning products when we got there, and I also woke up with a horrible sore throat by the second day of being there. After my current Maine Coon and I traveled to a show a couple weekends ago, he ended up with a terrible chemical burn on his nose after staying in this hotel. Getting information from the hotel about products they used was like pulling teeth, which is frustrating when you’re actively trying to figure out how to stop a reaction to a chemical. As someone who works in the field of veterinary medicine, it’s known that even failure to clean a product off a surface adequately can cause something like this, and cats are much more susceptible than dogs. My cat was seen by three separate veterinarians that all agreed this was a reaction to a chemical and if a quat based product is used, it can cause burns and ulcers on cats. We were told that the hotel uses ecolab and a quat based product is used. The hotel claims pets have been fine in the past, and of course if it was dogs primarily that makes sense since they don’t have similar reactions to that product. The hotel told us cats staying there have been fine, but honestly, I doubt the average cat owner would know what this was if they had the same thing. When you travel with cats often and you work in vet med, you become very aware of the things around you for the sake of your animals. My cat is coming close to the end of his show season and every show counts when you’re competing with thousands of cats internationally. The investment into him is well over $25,000 at this point, and it’s frustrating to have a single stay jeopardize all of that right at the end. The show has done their part, and all things used (as expected) were pet safe, but I cannot say the same for Hampton. sah0924 (2/5): Bugs Galore! - We checked into our room late. We noticed three ladybugs on the ceiling and wall of our room. We called the front desk and reported it. A maintenance man came and sprayed but throughout the rest of the evening we found nine more. If it were earlier in the evening we would have asked for a room change. In the morning I opened the window shade and discovered hundreds of small ants on the bottom of the shade and air conditioner. They began to scatter and crawled all over the walls. We checked out immediately and prayed we wouldn’t be bringing the little critters with us. I went to the front desk and told them what happened. I was told “oh yeah, they come through the air conditioner!” THEN FIX IT!

Hotel was VERY clean and right off the interstate. Would definitely stay here again. $5.00 parking fee which wasn't communicated in listing or at checkin.

olson (10/5): - It was clean and modern. Not a run down hotel. The bed was comfortable but the the only thing I didn't like were the pillows. None were firm.

ElvisDawg (10/5): Perfect weekend getaway hotel - One of the best hotels in Marietta. It's close to Truist Park and The Battery but also a short ride to the square. My wife and I were there for a weekend to attend a wedding. Within 30 minutes of checking in, Alexis text me asking how things were. Great customer service. Breakfast was solid with multiple choices for young and old.
