Barbara (10/5): Blue Ash Home2 suites - Everyone was very courteous and welcoming Tv channels were minimal but we were busy exploring the area so it was not too much of a bother.
Johnson (8/5): - The property was in a clean and safe spot. The pool was kind of small, need to invest in extending the pool or maybe even a jacuzzi for adults.

However whatever air freshener they were using was very nauseating so I recommend they remove it. Staff could be more helpful. I booked through Booking and they wouldn’t print me a bill. Because they said it was through a third party. However when I went on booking they said that I had to get the receipt from the hotel. What the heck?

The staff is friendly, and the free breakfast was excellent. The only complaint was the sliding doors in the bathroom. Hard to open and close . Definitely will stay here again.

We tried running the dishwasher on the first night and it was super loud, so recommend running it while you’re out if you need to. The pool was really cold and super salty for some reason.

Pool area clean. All day free coffee was fresh. Room was clean and fully stocked. Went down to breakfast 40mins before it was over and they were out of main things and mix to make waffles. Couches in lobby were very worn. Wallpaper peeling in bathroom. Drain plug would not stay up in shower. Back door from pool card reader did not work.

When called the front desk we were told that we would get it the next day with the maid service. Room adequate. TV guide on 4-5 different channels was difficult. Refrigerator nice but no hot plate makes it impossible to cook anything. Long term stay, which is why we tried it, would not b as comfortable as other possible places. Maids were very good but gentleman running front desk did not impress me with his lack of initiative to solve problems.
183dany (6/5): Nice hotel experience marred by facility issues - Plus items - clean, well run, comfortable, great location, and affordable. Nice kitchenette with frig, microwave, plates, glasses, cups, and dishwasher. items that need attention - The room is billed as a "suite," but the divider was a sliding curtain between the bed and the rest of the unit. A "suite means" there is both light and sound isolation between living and sleeping areas. Hinges for toilet seat and cover were damaged and broke over the weekend. Using our MacGyver methods we cobbled it back together to work well enough so that we didn't have to change rooms in the middle of our visit. Our dates 05/9--5/12/25. Several tiles on bathroom wall had failed and fell off. Popped two of them back in place. Sliding bathroom door was a very heavy solid core monster and was tough to open/close. Bathroom fan had inadequate power to control / remove shower stream. No grab bar for entering or exiting shower, only one inside the shower cabinet. Low water pressure for bathroom and kitchen sink on second floor of 5 story building was a problem. Surprisingly, shower water pressure was fine. TV did not work. Hotel WiFi was a grossly inadequate 25 Mb/sec with spotty service. Good news is Blue Ash, OH, Verizon 5G was at 400 Mb/sec or better so hot spot from my phone saved the day. The "free breakfast" consisted of juice, coffee, (waffles, breads, cereals) and microwaved egg sandwiches. Think of it as "grab and go: food. Waffle bar was a plus.

sfrancisk00 (6/5): Clean, fresh and spacious but needs to keep things functional and improve the customer service. - We appreciate the room's spaciousness at this location, which had a cozy vibe since the living area did not have a bed. The front desk staff was hospitable during check-in, and the facilities appeared fresh and spotless. The secure entrance at the side of the building was not functioning, so we had to walk around the building in the cold and rain with our luggage and for the rest of the weekend. When I inquired at the front desk, they informed me that there were issues with the door and apologized for the inconvenience, but they did not attempt to resolve the problem. Breakfast offered many options, both hot and cold. Plus, I was happy to see that they fixed the fridge door that had fallen on me the previous year. The TV in our sitting area had a washed-out picture and was dark in the top half. When I reported this to the front desk, I was told someone would look at it, but the issue was never addressed. Additionally, no one was at the front desk after breakfast on our second day. On a positive note, the TV in the bedroom worked well, but the bed was uncomfortable. The bedding consisted of a very thin sheet, and there was a bed skirt placed between the sheet and the top quilt as a cover. We were both thrilled to be home after bad nights of sleep.

The guides didn’t work and the guy didn’t sync up with the actual channel that we were on. Both TVs were totally out of sync with each other. The sliding doors in our one bedroom suite impossible to open and close. They need to handle on them or something or change the door. It was really bothersome. We noticed the front desk staff had really long hours and it was really weird. We hope they get to sleep sometimes.

Kay (7/5): Would not stay there again but since it was only for one night we stayed. - Breakfast was better than the reviews First room was dirty but gave us a new room that was tolerable. Carpets and furniture need good cleaning. Could not sit on couch so dirty.

Verified traveler (6/5): - the full stay was okay, just some minor inconveniences. the room was clean overall but there was scuff marks and old food stains on the walls throughout the room, it wasn’t noticeable at first but it was seen more as you actually looked at things. the front desk said they didn’t know what syrup was and looked at me like i had three heads when i told them they needed more at the breakfast station because there was none. there was a traveling kids hockey team so breakfast items did go pretty quickly which was fine, just the reasoning behind the syrup being empty. other than that the beds were comfy, water pressure and temp were awesome for the shower, breakfast was delicious, the kitchenette was perfect, would definitely stay again if ever traveled near by. i will say i dont know if it was the manager but someone came out of the office behind the front desk and gave me attitude while telling me i needed to find house keeping for when i needed more towels not the front desk. so not sure if there’s a separate desk for that but we aren’t fans of strangers being in put room while we were gone so we just asked for them prior to us leaving for the day.

Mary Ann (6/5): - The staff was kind. The breakfast was god awful. The dishes in our suite were dirty. They had only one large luggage cart - with a flat tire. The outdoor furniture cyshiobs need to be thrown away. It’s a very nice hotel that isn’t really being maintained well.

KCP992 (4/5): Too bad this is going downhill so fast - I've stayed here a couple of times a year for several years staying 4-6 days at a time. The room is OK, nice to have a fridge and kitchen. But everything else is really going downhill. Breakfast is a complete joke. Some breakfast sandwiches which have been under the heat lamp for hours. OJ is SunnyD (which is basically orange water with sugar). The TV service is nuts. 150 channels but no local channels. No guide. The guide that is onscreen does not match the actual channel. Want to surf 150 channels to find ESPN2 - not happening. Too bad this is my last stay here.
Crystal (1/5): Horrible resort that will cancel your reservation before you arrive - This location cancelled my reservation before I arrived, they stated they over sold, I had to scramble to find another resort. I would never recommend

Timothy (10/5): - Very friendly and clean. Breakfast needs a sign to let people know that unless you are making waffles or pancakes, there really is no need to stand in line. Move plates/silverware to the right of the waffle maker. I did not want waffles or pancakes. But had to wait in the line so that I could get utensils and a plate.
Elise (10/5): - Great stay during a busy holiday week. Room was clean and very spacious. Couldn’t hear any noise from neighbors at all. Stayed on the 4 floor that had an ice machine. Front desk was very nice and had an easy and quick check-in. Very reasonable incidental hold of $50/day. Didnt use the pool or gym but those were kept clean though. Multiple entry points to enter the hotel if you didn’t want to go thru the lobby. Oh loved that the sidewalk wrapped the hotel so you dont have to walk out in the “street”. Definitely staying again.

kirkwoodteri (8/5): Really nice place to stay! - Suite was well-appointed with thoughtful details. Kitchen, roll out dining table. It was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The only thing that wasn't so good waas the free breakfast. Granted, it was free but they made everything way too far in advance so breakfast sandwiches were dry and hard as were the breads, etc. The only thing you could make fresh was a waffle.
