• Louis (8/5): I like staying at the Homewood Suites. The facility is very close to everything - The facility was very nice, clean, and the people were very friendly. This is the 2nd time that I have stayed here with my family. There is a hot tub but we did not go in. It was not very inviting. The last time we stayed the hot tub was not working do to maintenance.

• Alyssa (1/5): Wont stay there again. - The Location and Breakfast Bathroom sink automatically clog & shower drain had to be held up with wine opener in order for the tub not to be backed up with water. Dog hair EVERYWHERE in the carpets. Owning 4 fur babies myself - that was UNACCEPTABLE. Either understaffed cleaning service wise or staff just doesn’t care and makes rooms look good.

Breakfast pleased one of us. Room was at first missing 2nd kitchen chair (staff found one and brought it pretty quickly). Noisy refrigerator all night. Breakfast unappealing to 2nd traveler.

• Rinat (9/5): Great place to stay while visiting the town. - Room was big and had lots of space. Location and parking were great too. Good breakfast. The mattress is very very soft - I'd recommend changing it. It felt as we were sleeping on a water bed. Other than that, the hotel is great and I'd love to come back!

• eileen (4/5): It definitely could have been better for the price. - Clean room. The parking was packed. Had to wait till someone moved their car. When asked the front desk. They told me to park across from hotel in the mall parking. The shower had no water pressure. I spent a good five to eight minutes trying to get the shampoo out my hair. Towel had stains.

• Kelly (10/5): Very nice - My husband and I stay here at least 3 times a year. Very nice staff and warming. The breakfast is a bit bland, but still good.
• Lynda (8/5): A comfortable stay - The breakfast was good I found everything good. Only things that I questioned were I was one adult and two children with a pull out sofa in. There were no sheets and blankets for the pull out. I had to go get them myself. And the body lotion container was empty. Otherwise I had a great day with my granddaughters.

Staff was very friendly During our stay there was an issue with an alarm that went off through the entire night, stopped briefly, then resumed early the next morning. The kids and I had no sleep due to the very loud fire alarm. The front desk took our room number and assured there would be some type of offer from the hotel for the inconvenience but we never heard from them or were offered anything for the sleepless night and morning. It was disappointing.

• Kim (10/5): Great location, great price and great accommodations!! - Very nice hotel in a great area - close to shopping and food! Staff was amazing throughout the stay! Rooms and especially the bathroom was very spacious! The mini kitchen was nicely stocked with items needed to reheat and serve meals. No complaints whatsoever! The staff and rooms were both great! Would highly recommend!

• Sarah (9/5): - The staff was polite, prompt to assist, and made sure we were comfortable from the beginning. The breakfast was one of the most diverse displays I have seen at a hotel. Everything was well managed, organized and tasted amazing. Kudos to the staff who prepares the breakfast daily. The elevator was a bit quirky. You had to push door open on your floor or you would ride to other floors continously. Wasn't a problem once we knew, but a bit stressful. The indoor pool closing at 8pm on a Saturday was a bit strange.

The welcome on the television with my name was awesome. The only small frown is the quality of the bed.Just a bit disappointed with this type of bed at a Hilton hotel. Other than that our stay was very good..We wish it was for longer.We will be coming back and definitely would recommend this hotel. Wasn't happy with the bed.too soft and it felt springy .Didn't like that check out was at 10am.didn't like having to rush after waking up.So didn't enjoy morning coffee and couldn't enjoy the breakfast. By the time we got up and packed to go we had to bring our luggage down to breakfast before it was done.

They told me that unfortunately since I didn’t report it in the moment that they couldn’t do anything about it. It was the worst getaway I have had, considering I take these getaways to relax. I told them I would not be staying with them again.

It would be nice if the outside seating in the center did have an actual covered part from the rain so you could still sit outside. We went to grill and all the seats outside were wet.

• Lisa (9/5): I would easily recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area. - It was just off the highway, making it convenient. The hotel was lovely and the staff helpful handling a mix up with my reservation. Ideally, would have preferred it to be closer to UConn, (came for graduation).
