- Roy (7/5): Near Nagoya castle and Cormorant Fishing - Hotel is beside the Nagara river and beside the spot for the cormorant fishing. You can watch the cormorant fishing activities from the river bank. Breakfast is very delicious. The number of parking lots at the primary parking area is very limited. The alternative parking lot is quite a distance away. You will need to carry the luggage up a flight of stairs. The pillow is very hard and uncomfortable.

- Lim (6/5): Not seeing the value for money staying in this hotel. Not recommended. - No special liking The amenities in the room are quite basic and run down. The shower room needed a real renovation.
- Yuki (8/5): Beautiful view from a room with a Japanese traditional tatami floor - The view from a room was really beautiful. You can see beautiful Nagara River and Mount Kinka. From the outside the hotel doesn’t look that attractive. But inside is very clean and staffs are very helpful.

For the price paid we expected more than a bento set.
- Otis (9/5): Excellent location to appreciate Gifu Castle and Nagara river. - The view is absolutely magnificent. We had a clear view of both the Gifu castle as well as the Nagara river. We spent majority of our time sitting in front of our window and enjoying the view. Not too many restaurants to our likings. But we still prefer quiet location to bustling nightlife surrounding.

- MASAKI (6/5): 盆休みに行きました - 夜御飯食べにフロントで教えて頂いた居酒屋はやはり盆休み、、。近くでやってたのはインド料理。。また、雨降りそうでしたが、レンタル傘なさそうだったので、傘無しで行きましたが、帰りは土砂降りの中、大変でした。 風呂は悪くはなく、帰りは近くの駐車場まで送って頂けたのは、雨強かったので、助かりました。玄関出たところで、たまたま良い運転手さんに会えたから良かったです。
- やまさん (8/5): 岐阜城等、観光スポットに行きやすい。 - 前もって改装中なので足場などがある関係で少し景観が悪いとの連絡を受けてましたが、宿泊のまさに前日に配管の故障で急に温泉が供給出来なくなった負の連絡が・・・何でも長良川温泉街のホテル全部が影響を受けてるとの事でしたが、温泉を楽しみしていたので唖然、呆然。 でももう新幹線等のチケットも取っていた為やむなく宿泊しました。温泉ではなかったですが大浴場もありお詫びのお土産も下さり、何と言っても朝食は絶品で小4の息子がご飯3杯お代わりした程でした。 全体的には落ち着けて満足しました。
