- HAZEM (8/5): - The espresso machine need to be renewed or replaced, so we could have real cup of espresso coffee next time ! Bed cover could be better.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Okay-ish - Classical large holiday hotel, including animation and some other activities. The complex is actually quite nicely decorated and laid out, but not well maintained and in need of renovation - more like 2.5 or 3 stars, not 4. Cleanliness is okay. Staff is friendly, food and beverages are somewhat varied, but of very average quality. Some stuff like cocktails, or even fresh orange juice, has to be paid for even with the all-inclusive plan (which only includes basics like artificial fruit juice)

Le personnel (à part quelques au resto et à la réception) sont très souriants, très serviables et très aimables. Le confort des chambres est très moyens. Le type de construction est très minimaliste. Séjour satisfaisant dans sa globalité.

Mal organisé pour le dîner du nouvel an . + de 30 mn a chercher notre table . Beau spectacle .feu d'artifice et soirée géniale Le dîner était excellent.

- Ronald (8/5): On the whole satisfied with hotel. - While the hotel was good in general the customers were not! The hotel had compulsory face mask wearing signs very few complied with this order and lack of social distancing was a concern. The hotel staff should have been stricter in enforcing this, actually there was no enforcement by hotel staff on any health issues. The hotel allowed indoor smoking which was annoying. Could have been better in providing a bigger selection of food but what was provided was good.

- Didier (6/5): Hotel agreable - Hotel agreable, familial. ...dans l ensemble correct, sauf un gros probleme concernant le bar, surtout lorsque vous reglez une formule all inclusive et que l'on vous sert des boissons alcoolisées, dont le contenu des bouteilles a ete coupé moitié alcool moitie eau.... (gin, vodka, cedratine et j en passe.....) une certaine arnaque.....dommage pour la credibilite de cet hotel....et le serieux des services apporté aux clients.

- Iyona (10/5): Une merveille - Nous y avons passés seulement quelques jours la semaine de la rentrée scolaire donc période calme. Nous avons été vraiment agréablement surpris de l'hôtel, de la qualité des services, de la nourriture et du personnel ! Le personnel était efficace et très agréable. Nous avons demandé à rajouter une nuit et nous avons arrangé ça rapidement à la réception ! Nous avons aussi participé aux animations et sachant que nous étions un couple de danseurs, nous avons eu une attention spéciale de leur part ! Nous avons logé dans la 8236, soit dans le nouveau bâtiment. La décoration est très recherché tt comme celle de la réception, nous en sommes amoureux. Le restaurant très beau aussi et la nourriture vraiment excellente ! Et ce que nous avons apprécié, étant en all inclusif, nous attendions à recevoir le typique coca pression coupé à l'eau, et bien nous avons été agréablement surpris de recevoir de vrai bouteille. Du jamais vu en all inclusif et là on se rend compte que pour une fois un hôtel à le souhait de traiter correctement ses clients. Un hôtel qui nous a permis de décompresser même en quelques jours et c'est pas qlq chose que nous rencontrons beaucoup ces dernières années en Tunisie. Nous y sommes venus en couple et nous regardons déjà les prix pour l'année prochaine à la même période pour y aller avec notre fille.

Second the restaurant staff is very rude, receptions stuff they missing skills off customer services and I reserved the room 3 months ego when i got there they gave me different room and the windows and the door separating room did not work ( did not ) close. Price is too high plus you have to give tips for all the services like (room service, gym, restaurant) so my advice don’t even bother to go there.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Worn out, needs TLC - It didn’t start off well, the man at the front gate when I arrived @6 pm was very rude and aggressive which started things out on an unfortunate note. I stayed 6 nights and the best thing about the hotel was the very sweet cleaning staff. Other than the cleaning staff everyone else was clearly unhappy -the management needs to work on staff morale - they are not happy and it reflects on the mood of the place. The grounds are neglected and the palm trees on the way to the beach are withering away nothing like the photos. In fact this place needs a lot of care it’s slowly falling apart - it’s definitely not a four star more like 2.75 or 3 maximum. Also it is not all inclusive you pay for towels, for the safe and if you want decent coffee you pay for that too. The entertainment is amateur and needs work. The best part of my stay was the beach -
- LAURA (8/5): Complexe correct - Nous avons un bon séjour dans l'ensemble. Propreté et service des chambres correcte. Petit bemol sur les échantillons de shampoing/douche, nous n'en avons eu que une fois sur 4 jours. Restaurant principal proposant beaucoup de plats divers et variés chaque jour. Equipe de nettoyage, de restauration et d'animations tres sympathiques, souriants et serviable. Déçu par l'équipe de la réception qui était un peu désagréable. 2 bars ouverts dans le complexe, seul un (celui de la reception) proposant de lalcool. 2 restaurants ouverts également, nous n'avons pas compris pourquoi les autres restaurants etaient fermés... la plage et la piscine etaient très agréable ! Bemol sur les serviettes qui sont payantes a hauteur de 2 dinars par jour ce qui je trouve pour un all inclusive est aberrant. Dans l'ensemble le complexe est tres correcte. Nous pourrions le recommander. Nous avons passés un très bon séjours.

- Verified traveler (4/5): - Chambre 1037 la climatisation ne marcher pas avec une température extérieur de 7 degré couverture sale j ai eux des boit-on le matin le chef réception vulgaire et non professionnel qui ne voulait pas me changer de chambre avec 30 % de remplissage en sachant que les clients expédia sont dans les chambres les moins confortables puisque expédia réclame un pourcentage énorme comparé au autres groupe un scandale et une honte et pendant mon séjour des travaux du matin au soir entre les odeurs de peinture et le bruit des travaux puisque il recevait le propriétaire en fin de mon séjour et la direction de promo vacances pour leurs montrer de belles chambres

Non manca nulla per un ottimo soggiorno. Complimenti a tutti per la cordialità. Un particolare grazie al towel artist che preparava ogni giorno una figura diversa.
- Jeremy (2/5): Malgré une situation de rêve, hôtel médiocre - Alors oui l'hôtel a une situation géographique de rêve, une plage paradisiaque dans un climat super mais : Premier jour je fais connaissance avec les 2 dames de l'accueil carrément désagréables. Ensuite j'observe un serveur cassant un verre sur l'allée a côté de la pataugeoire pour enfant, poussant le verre brisée dans l'herbe puis s'en allant laissant tout ca a côté des gosses. 2 jours plus tard le verre etait toujours la ... (4 étoiles ? Ca ?) Un autre jour au restaurant de la plage le monsieur en cravatte s'improvisant cuisinier au barbecue prend la viande a pleine main et m'explique qu'il a les mains propres, ensuite il croque une merguez devant moi et remet l'autre bout dans le plat pour client ( la je me suis dit le personnel hait sa clientèle) Encore une autre histoire ? Au self principal le type qui met les pizzas au four voit de clients prendre une pizza en entier, énervé il me dit que ces des animales. ( Pas animaux, des animales ) Sur la plage harcèlement quotidien des vendeurs ambulants, types qui prennent des photos etc ... On est sans cesse démarches pour acheter tout et n'importe quoi. Vraiment déplaisant. Nourriture du self vraiment médiocre voire infecte Concernant l'animation, si vous n'êtes pas une femme en maillot de bain... néant

- Verified traveler (6/5): Hôtel accueillant et avenant - Notre séjour a duré 2 semaine chez Meridiana. L’hôtel possède vraiment un cadre agréable. Il y a un coin snack, un restaurant avec buffet ,un bar et un coin thé chicha. Les activités proposès par l’hôtel sont très bien pensées et intéressantes. Le seul gros problèmes dans cette hôtel c’est Mustapha celui qui propose des activités comme le quad ou calèche et dromadaire. Faites très attention au racolage dès l’arrivée de l’hôtel pour les activités. Préfèrer plutôt aller voir au allentour vous trouverez moins chère et bien meilleur que celle proposer par les racoleurs. En effet nous ne sommes pas les seuls à nous plaindre de cette personne pendant notre séjour au moins 3 familles ce sont prise la tête avec ce monsieur qui nous proposent des activité hors de prix mais surtout qui ne correspondent pas à ce qu’il décris lors de l’inscription. Le tour en calèche proposer par ce monsieur est enfaite un tour dans s’est magasins qui lui vend des tapis hors de prix et du cuir hors de prix. Cest bien dommage de commencer le séjour avec un escroc et je trouve sa très dommage que l’hôtel gâche leur images. L’hôtel en soit est beau à voir, on mange bien et le personnel sont tous souriant. On ne s’ennuie pas dans cette hôtel. Nous avons tester le massage tout c’est bien passer mais rien d’extraordinaire. Le coiffeur ne sait pas très bien couper les cheveux mais bon il peut dépanner.
