- Ali (10/5): I will definitely return if I am in the area again - Everything was perfect, the room had everything I needed for a one night business stay. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and breakfast was made to order, cooked exceptionally quickly and delicious! Peaceful surroundings, very clean, the staff were really welcoming and friendly The shower head holder had a slight crack so I couldn't quite keep the shower head where I wanted it, but I still had a lovely shower. Just needs a bit of TLC
- claire (9/5): - Very friendly host, excellent breakfast , large comfortable room, good parking
- Bryn (10/5): -
- Caroline (8/5): Good overnight stay, excellent breakfast. - Excellent breakfast, which exceeded expectations.
Free parking, comfortable overnight stay. Conveniently located to the event we were attending (not many places to stay in the area) Loo had a slightly strange flush. Heard noise from the road.
- Adam (10/5): Great overall experience - Fantastic stay for three nights
Staff owner very attentive and hotel is spotless. Good parking even for my 5m long van. Will definitely use the hotel if working in the area again
- Mark (10/5): Fantastic stay - Lovely and clean and very friendly, and the breakfast was fantastic
- Jayne (10/5): An extremely well run establishment, with great hosts who take care of you. - The room was clean, airy & comfortable, the furnishings were lovely. Every detail had been taken care of, even a shower cap was provided. Warm fluffy towels, and a heated floor in the bathroom were fantastic. The courtyard was a lovely area to catch a little sun and enjoy the coffee provided in the room. Breakfast was delicious, with fruit and yoghurt, cereals, a full english breakfast, orange juice, coffee/Tea and toast and conserves. I will definitely return for future trips to the area as I couldn't fault anything. There was even ample parking when there were extra guests. Nothing
- Francoise (9/5): - Comfortable room in a convenient place for our trip. Beautiful building of character and free parking available.
Very enjoyable breakfast and an attentive hostess. Traffic was surprisingly busy near Bridge Farm in the morning.
We also found reception for the WiFi tricky but we understand this wasn't specific to Bridge Farm but more to the location.

Lovely fresh breakfast was provided. - The Manager was available when required and I was greeted in a friendly manner; she was genuinely interested in me and was appreciative of the custom. - Hale (9/5): A beautiful hotel, in a stunning location - The hotel was beautiful! The room was a fair size, with the bathroom being relatively large. The bed was really comfy and I didn't want to leave! It was very chilly in the morning, but once the heating came on, it became warm quickly. Breakfast was delicious, they are very accommodating to any dietary requirements (of course in advance), but we're very understanding to my partner's fussiness.
I will absolutely be returning! You could unfortunately hear people having conversations in the next room. The shower mat also covered the drain plug, so every few minutes you would have to bend over and pull it up to stop the shower from flooding.
- Richard (10/5): -

- alderson (9/5): A wonderful stay - Bridge Farm Hotel combines a feel of being in a wonderful family home with a hotel stay. As hosts, they were wonderful, the room was cosy, clean and a super comfy bed. Breakfast was scrummy and good quality š. As our friends live nearby, we are already planning to stay again when we visit for an overnight stay š It's not easy to find a complaint, but the only thing I would say is that the water pressure in the shower could be better, it's like a hot spray rather than shower. On saying that, I was still able to wash my hair etc. so it still served purpose.
- Mel (8/5): - Breakfast very good. Room quite small and alittle old fashioned.
- Brad (10/5): A lovely hotel with a homely feel - It had a homely feel to it and lovely comfy bed and a delicious freshly cooked breakfast Nothing
- Sloan (10/5): -
- Susan (8/5): Enjoyable! - Very friendly and clean. Lovely breakfast. Just a little noisy⦠road traffic
- Lionel (10/5): -
- Tina (8/5): -
- Linda (6/5): Our overnight stay - Lovely building, ideal location for our trip. Spotlessly clean. Wonderful breakfast š Lovely hosts Bed is extremely soft for us, but ok with lovely linen.
The sink for the bathroom was massive, and it was situated in the bedroom as the shower room only had room for a shower and toilet. A much smaller sink unit might be better. Room 4 is situated next to a busy road junction, and traffic noise is very noticeable.
- David (9/5): -
- Naomi (8/5): - The owners were lovely and polite very helpful, Breakfast was excellent š very attentive great choice and fabulous quality food. The bed was the strangest experience it tipped you out both my husband and I struggled to stay on the bed and didn't dare risk moving as you'd fall out.
- Ray (10/5): Great for an overnight stay for work if you want to avoid the chains - Lovely clean and welcoming place and the host was polite, attentive and very helpful
Breakfast was great - nice food and nothing was too much trouble- would recommed Nothing that the host could control- a walk to get to local shops etc. but equally was a nice walk!
- Jayne (10/5): Excellent and value for money - Everything. Beautiful little hotel. Really cosy wish we could have stayed longer thanks so much to the hosts Nothing to dislike
- Neil (10/5): Pretty and welcoming hotel, with regular buses into Leeds opposite - much better value amd experience than city-centre h - Homely and comfortable

- Clare (10/5): - Perfect stay, lovely owner, great value
- Michael (10/5): Fantastic Hotel - A fantastic hotel, we stayed 2 nights, the room was spotless the bed was really comfy we had plenty of space and a lovely shower. The choice at breakfast is brilliant and the full English breakfast is delicious. The staff were really helpful and friendly too.
- Paul (10/5): -
- Clare (7/5): - Beautiful place and great location, clean and friendly with beautiful decoration and an amazing breakfast service The water pressure was super poor in the showers in both rooms, a tiny trickle of water and super cold, only thing that let it down
- Helen (9/5): - Fabulous breakfast, lovely room Shower wasn't very powerful
- Claire (10/5): lovely place to stay, warm welcome, clean and comfy, great breakfast - Beautiful place. room lovely, clean and comfy. breakfast super tasty. nothing

I was later than my initial booking time which was no problem at all.
The staff were so friendly and helpful, as a solo traveller they put me instantly at ease.
The entire place was absolutely spotless.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Historic hotel - Very quaint, older hotel in Swillington, Leeds. Bed is comfortable, and everything is clean. Breakfast was excellent. I think the only downside is that there arenāt a lot of restaurants within walking distance.
