• Antonio (5/5): The value made it worth our while since we were there and gone in about 12 hours. - The location was great! lots of places within walking distance to eat dinner. Easy on and off to the property too. We only had coffee but it was delicious. There were a lot of pluses but the two items that detracted from the overall score were of high value to us. 1. The smell. The smell throughout the hotel was a little off, kind of stuffy a little bit, but the smell in the elevator was unpleasant so much so that it left a residual bad taste in the back of the throat. 2. My pet peeve is water pressure in the shower and it was terrible. The pressure was so low that I had to stand for many minutes under the shower head to rinse off the shampoo from my hair then again for the rest of my body. My wife also noticed that the small shampoo bottle had already been opened by a previous occupant but she just mentioned it kind of as a matter-of-fact.

• Dana (3/5): Great location…everything else is to be desired - I liked the location. It has everything you could want or need near by! Loved this part! The room was filthy. I found 2 dead cockroaches smashed into the carpet. Which tells me the carpet wasn’t vacuumed. There were hand prints on the wall that told me… whom ever had sex in that room and supported them selves against the wall had dirty hands and no one even cared to wipe the wall off. The bathroom had hair all over the floor. It was a filthy room. The lamp was broken. The chair was so dirty I wouldn’t sit on it EVER. Everything is so outdated. This hotel needs a makeover. The breakfast was sub par… everything was microwaved. The people at the front desk were hard to be found. Usually outside smoking. Would I stay here again? Noooo

• Jose I Avila (3/5): Yelling in the middle of the night - Very close to our venue of activity for the weekend. We were woken up in the middle of the night by our neighbors yelling and arguing extremely loud noise.
• Clover (3/5): Patronizing and disrespectful manager - Loved the location & amenities. I selected traveling with pets when I made this booking. Upon booking, received a notification from booking.com which said “we’ve notified the property that you’re bringing pets and they’re prepared for your arrival.” Perhaps you can understand why I assumed that they knew I was bringing pets, given that I told them I was bringing pets. I stayed at the property for three days, and they were wonderful. But once I had already checked out, and was in the parking lot loading up my car, the manager came out to lecture me for bringing pets without telling them. I… Did tell them though?? And it’s kind of not my fault if your employees aren’t doing their jobs? Maybe read the paperwork? It seemed like he just like the power trip of yelling at a young girl. Once I agreed to pay the fee, he continued to lecture me. I doubt he would’ve done that to a man or to my husband. Completely disrespectful, totally inappropriate, will never stay at a La Quinta again

Definitely not parking for trucker if you have a long trailer. You can’t park in LA fitness parking lot. Staff guided me wrong saying there’s trailer parking.

The indoor pool had a lot of unknown substances floating around in it. I felt unsafe and uncomfortable so my 4 night stay I left after night 1.

• Rhonda (4/5): the facility was just a little disappointing, but the staff were terrible - room and lobby were clean. room was little small and could tell was an older property. pool and gym were nice and clean staff was rude and not helpful at all. we arrived approximately 0200 were greeted at the door with "what do you want". told to come back after 0300 to be able to check in. when we returned approximately 0345 we were still made to wait to check in and then told we would be charged for the day before. only after asking about an early check in were we allowed to pay and get a room with the additional $30 early check in fee

Algo puntual, el ascensor no funcionaba así que nos tocó subir y bajar por las escaleras de incendios. Estábamos en la segunda planta (un solo piso) así que no fue el fin del mundo. La persona que nos atendió al llegar no fue especialmente amable. Nos dio la sensación que estaba molesta por nuestra reserva de último minuto entrada la noche y al decir mi nombre y apellidos, puso un gesto de disgusto.

We were given our room key to find out upon entering the room that there was an occupant already in the room. Our room was not the cleanest, as hair was seen in the tub and sink area. The rooms could use an updating. Tubs are stained, the carpet is dirty.

• williammL2973JT (8/5): Dallas Stay - Nice place to stay on the outskirt of the city. Great value for the price. The gym is bare minimum but does the trick. The walls are thin and can be difficult sleeping if there are noisy guests or loud traffic passing by.
