Schönes Bad, tolle Dusche, durch die dicken Mauern schalldicht, sodass man sich gegenseitig nicht stört. Schöne Aussicht auf einen schönen Platz oder Kanal. Es gibt einen wunderschönen Innenhof, der auch ohne Konsumation zum Verweilen einlädt. Gutes frühstücksbuffet. Superfreundliches Personal. Es gibt nix.

- Patricia (10/5): Un weekend dépaysant, hors du temps dans une ville où il fait bon se perdre pour s émerveiller. - Le combo est bien situé dans un quartier calme, à l' arrêt waterbus fondamenta nove et à 10mn à pied du centre historique de Venise. Belle rénovation avec le charme de l' ancien (patios intérieurs, voutes, fresques, escalier de marbre, vues sur les canaux...) Chambres confortables, spacieuses, bien équipées et propres. Très bon petit déjeuner que l' on peut prendre en extérieur dans un patio. On peut s offrir un moment détente dans les fauteuils sous les arcades ou un apéritif à l ombre des orangers ... L ensemble du personnel est accueillant, aimable et souriant.

- Patxi (10/5): Me quedaría otra vez. - Excelente lugar para quedarte. Solo a 5 min. de los muelles del vaporetto que te trae del aeropuerto o de la ciudad. Restaurantes y supermercados también están a pocos minutos del hotel. Personal siempre atento y dispuesto a ayudar con todas las dudas que teníamos. Excelente precio calidad.

- Ognian (4/5): Zu laut in der Nacht, ärgerlich, würde nicht wieder buchen. Preis/Leistung schlecht. Personal teilweise wenig motivi - Lage, Design, Architektur, Flair Dröhnende Disko jeden (!) Abend im Frühstücksraum im Hotel. Extrem laut (Bässe) und unmöglich zum Schlafen im Zimmer. Es hallt in den Innenhöfen, weil die Fenster der Disko offen sind! Sogar bei geschlossenen Zimmerfenstern hört man die Musik, die man eigentlich nicht hören möchte. Gemeldet um 21:30. Erst ca. 1 Std danach wurde die Musik abgedreht. Wahrscheinlich haben sich auch andere Gäste beschwert. Disko oder Hotel? Überteuerte Zimmer, wo man wegen Lärm nicht schlafen kann!

- Mary (9/5): Pretty good place - Great location near the canal, with an interesting view. If you like old buildings, you will find this one fascinating. Great courtyard and coffee area. Loved the room. Good sized bathroom. Good breakfast. Had to wait a long time to get a table in the breabreakfast room. Some of the 'hot' breabreakfast products were a distinctly unhealthy luke warm and had clearly been sitting around a long time, neither hot or cold. Although a friendly staff member replaced the products when mentioned, it meant we had to wait a long time for fresh hot products.

- Iris (9/5): Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, wir würden nochmals buchen - Das Frühstück war qualitativ gut. Wenn man einige Tage im Hotel verbracht hat wäre etwas mehr Abwechslung schön gewesen. Die Lage war sehr gut und mit dem Vaporetto gut erreichbar. Die Anlage insgesamt ist toll mit vielen schönen Plätzen um sich aufzuhalten.

- Cornelis (8/5): Bijzondere en mooie plek. - Locatie is geweldig. Om de hoek van de waterbus naar Murano en Burano en 20 min. wandelen naar San Marconplein en het treinstation. De sfeer van oude klooster is bewaard gebleven en is heel fijn. Het ontbijt was basic en goed. Er is een gemeenschappelijke keuken maar die was niet heel schoon.

We booked the twin room and found it very spacious, comes with long desk and private bathroom. View from the room was amazing. Location is close enough to the central/tourist areas but away from all the noise. Also really close to the waterbus stop that connects you to the train station! Resturant and bar located downstairs for convenience. The included breakfast was good, had a variety of options. Utilized the laundry room and was plesantly surprised the washer came with detergent for €3! Will definitely be back on my next trip to Venice! Room amenities limited to a fridge, desk, and bathroom. Couldn't find a microwave that was accessible to guests.
- Ellie (5/5): Hostel more than hotel,poor breakfast, nice location. - The good parts of the stay are the position it was in. Next to a water taxi station directly from the airport. The bed it was comfortable the shower it was large and hot. Unfortunately I believe this to be a hostel rather than a hotel which it’s advertised to be. When we arrived I was instantly charged for two breakfasts apparently I’d booked two rooms for 4 people and only paid for two breakfasts both for me?? I’ll be taking that up with booking.com too anyway paid that but wasn’t told where breakfast was. The room was large but basic, no tea or coffee no tv. The most disappointing and basic part of the stay was the breakfast, it was minimal to say the least with very little choice and certainly not worth the 14 euros we were charged, so much so for two mornings we ate out. It was rated very good it isn’t. On top of that every single breakfast plate was chipped multiple times from a food hygiene standard alone that’s unacceptable but when you are paying over two hundred euros a night it’s deplorable! There were signs offering food deals however only available for visitors not the guests!

Le ménage fait quotidiennement et le côté vivant avec la présence de populations variées jeunes et moins jeunes et des espaces pour lire ou boire un.verre. Le restaurant est super Parfois la circulation sur le canal la nuit ou très tôt avec la musique à fond.

- Sally (10/5): This property exceeded my expectations. - This location is perfect, set in the quieter part of Venice though only a short walk away from the centre. The staff are so helpful and available 24 hrs. The room itself is excellent with utensils to cook and clean. Overall, a wonderful experience staying here.

Das Zimmer war super und das Frühstück auch absolut perfekt! Die Toiletten im Restaurant waren leider nicht sehr sauber (Nachmittags).

- Punaro (10/5): - El lugar es hermoso, era un monasterio. Hay mucho espacio, mesas y sillas en muchos lugares. La habitación impecable, moderna, muy cómoda. Tiene lavandería que es fantástico. Incluye el desayuno, bastante bueno y tiene su propio bar restaurante. Está muy cerca del gran canal. Sin duda lo recomiendo. Encontré una hormiga en la cama, pero sólo fue una.

L emplacement est tellement bien situé que nous pouvions nous reposer entre chaque visite. Certains membres du personnel pas trop agréable, pas tous. D'autres sont accueillants.
- lapecky (9/5): Przyjemnie, ale nie wykorzystałem potencjału zarówno pokoju jak i kompleksu - Śniadanie ok, wybór w porządku, ale kawa taka sobie. Duży pokój, właściwie niczym kawalerka - z własnym aneksem kuchennym, z biurkami - wydaje się dobry na zostanie na kilka dni / może tygodni z własnym wyżywieniem, ale na krótki dwudniowy pobyt to raczej nie wykorzystasz potencjału. Combo to bardziej kompleks hotelowo-hostelowo-eventowy - na parterze bar, restauracja, różne sale i masa ludzi przechadzająca się tam. Lokalizacja super - tuż przy F.te Nove, skąd mamy dużo lini (zwłaszcza jak masz w planie zwiedzić wyspy na północy - Burano, Murano, Torcello), do Gran Canale też bardzo blisko. Ciągły, zbyt głośny szum wentylacji. Kuchnia wymaga odświeżenia (lodówka miała popękane półki, blaty odbarwione i popękane). Następnym razem nie brałbym śniadania, bo może i było ok, ale nie warte było dopłaty - wykorzystałbym kuchnię.
