XIAN SHENG (10/5): wonderful - My stay was absolutely wonderful. The front desk service was exceptionally attentive and welcoming, making check-in seamless. The room was incredibly comfortable, clean, and relaxing. Every aspect of the experience exceeded my expectations. I am completely satisfied and would give it a perfect 10/10. Such services is rare and like others, we appreciate the Respect. One day she help accommodate my Bosses and Seniors as we were looking for a Quiet place for Business Discussion. S1821EGrichardb (8/5): Four stars - Unpreposessing building reminded me a bit of Berlin brutalism of the 60s. Room very comfortable. Breakfast, startling amount of choice. Staff friendly, helpful and efficient. Garden houses some unhappy guinea pigs and birds in cages. Small point: Housekeeping for no reason took a T-shirt and pyjama bottom and tried to charge us about £12 for laundry. When I pointed out I had not asked them to take any items and a bit of an argument they eventually took the charge off the bill. Confusing. Otherwise 4*
24davidmartin (10/5): Comfortable - Stayed here for 3 nights on a business trip. Bed was really comfortable and the sheets had a high thread count. Hotel was crowded due to the local holiday week, so the breakfast hall was packed after 8.30am. The front desk helped me book a taxi to Baiyun airport, thanks for that.

ThomasConcina (10/5): Business trip in Nansha - Guangzhou. - I stayed at the Sheraton Guangzhou Nansha hotel during a business trip. Perfect location, comfortable beds, I slept very well. Excellent breakfast, pleasant atmosphere and the staff is very friendly and attentive. Very good value for money. I highly recommend it!

laodi (10/5): Will be back. - Stayed here during visit to shipyard on the island. While hotel seems to be middle of nowhere, it is opposite the river and park (good for morning jog), short walk to Wanda mall. Food is plenty if u know where to find them. Good bed and nice room.

Choupi_s2 (3/5): Rusty dusty empty - Nothing No one speaks any proper English. Entire stay, no one understood what we were asking for, so we just had to give up with frustration everytime. It was easily noticeable the staffs are not fully trained or having a good understanding what they are supposed to be doing. Plus bad communication between them. We had wrong food and wine served to our room, called to ask, they don't even understand what's going on. Food and drinks tasted horrible at over-charged price. Happy hour is for 2.5h: got there after 50min, food all gone and empty. Drinks or glasses gone. Asked for refill. Not happening. Loud Chinese families ate and drank all. Their kids riding roller skates in there. No one cares. Unbelievable. Breakfast buffet was another nightmare. Everyone shouting, watching videos on their device so loud letting their kids run about making a mess. Coffee machine out of service, people queing up crazy waiting, servers and manager just standing right next to it chatting. Disappointing and stressful meal times. Hard to believe this is Sheraton. Our bed smelled really funny like fish. Had itches all over my body all night. Hated it. Fabric sofa, carpet, curtain: dusty and smelly. Hated it. So many other little things I experienced more, but meaningless I guess. Just Don't go stay there. It was a total waste of money. Your hotel ruined our special day.

GZStan (8/5): Satisied stay with wonderful view - My mom and my aunts stayed on the Sunday night. Thanks Manager Huang and reception BoBo to arrange the higher floor unit with fantastic river view. The breakfast were wonderful and many choices. Nansha Sheraton is great!
Louise (10/5): Beautiful hotel for a weekend stay - The hotel is beautiful and right across from the park downtown. Wanda plaza is close and other attractions are not too far away by car. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I have had here in China and we also enjoyed the dinner buffet. It was very good. You will enjoy the food and the stay.

Onemoredayabroad (8/5): New, quiet and comfortable! - This hotel is approx 90 minutes from the airport in Guangzhou, but if you’re headed to Nansha, it’s worth the stay. The room was very comfortable and spacious. My rate included the breakfast buffet, and there was a broad range of cuisines. Overall, the breakfast each morning was very good! They even had local delicacies! Because the hotel is a distance from the city center, there were only a few employees with an understanding of English, but those who did went over the top to be accommodating. I would definitely stay at this hotel again if my business brought me to Nansha!

The hotel staff and management help us with general queries and even food requirements. Colleagues from Saudi Arabia and India were impressed. Special highlight to the executive member lounge staff Rachel Peng and Dora Wei and others.

PicnicMan1 (10/5): Above and Beyond, Caring Staff made this stay special. - Every person went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Sam, the the Front Office Manager, personally met us daily with a warm greeting and was extremely willing to accommodate our needs. Eleven, the Food & Beverage Manager, and she not only was friendly, but went out to greet us at each meal and made sure we were well taken care of not only by her, but the entire restaurant staff. The food in the restaurants was excellent, the rooms were very comfortable, and for a China hotel, the staff spoke and understood English. As a seasoned traveler, it was a pleasure to meet this staff and make new friends with them, and we will be sure to return here for all our future trips to China. About a 45-60 minute ride to the Canton Fair, so not as convenient as other hotels, but much more accommodating and worth the additional transit time.
laurenthomas79 (8/5): Quiet location, nice and new - New hotel, very nice and clean. Location is a bit residential and not near a lot of restaurants. There is a local mall with Chinese restaurants. Not a good location if you are going to Canton Fair, but central to the factories we needed to visit in Dongguan and Guangzhou.
Kevin (10/5): - Area is undergoing rapid development so construction everywhere. Surprisingly there is a lack of taxis in this area. Rides are provided by private operators and are expensive for China. More adventurous could get the DiDi app. Overall the hotel was impeccable.
Derikasan (6/5): In a quiet area - Located in a quiet area in Nansha, not much around to see or look at in this area. You would need to take a taxi to get places. Hotel is nice and spacious. Receptionists are a bit slow and problem communication. Breakfast buffet was just ok, very basic, nothing special and not worth spending an extra 198 RMB for it.
Cheok Kuan (10/5): Pleasant stay with good service - The hotel resided in a newly developed area. The property by itself is good and keeps the international chain standard. We stayed there for two nights and the hotel is nicely decorated. Ample underground parking area free for guests. The staffs are very welcoming and friendly. They provide all information that we need for our stay. They mentioned that within 10 minutes walk from the hotel, there is a direct bus service running to the central part of Tianhe, though we did not use it as we drove. There is a shopping mall nearby but the local brands there are low to middle class despite it is busy. There are lots of restaurants there but we rather prefer to eat in the hotel. There is also a small town about five km away which is more lively. Happy to stay there for the hotel service quality and food as we are on vacation and drive around ourselves.
RoyStormer (10/5): Great Hotel in a small city - This is the nicest hotel in the city of Nansha (technically a district, but its still a city). The lobby is really cool and they have a decent bar as well. The rooms are modern and much better then expected. They have Western toilets which is not always a given in China. \ I am a big fan of their breakfast buffet. Lots of options and very high quality. The price is good enough where we come here from time to time just because we can. If you find yourself in this part of China I would recommend staying here. It is also in a good location because it is close to Wanda (a mall with restaurants, theatre, and shops) and bar street where you can grab some drinks and get a burger.
LevyM-YNWA (10/5): Excellent hotel experience - First time to stay in this hotel for a weekend hangout with my wife and son and there is no regret. Brand new facilities and friendly staff. Very comfortable room at executive floor. Executive lounge is spacious and elegant and service by Lisa is excellent. Overall I would recommend this Sheraton hotel to my family and friends. I will come back to stay in future for sure.

The staff working here is great Especially the lounge girls. The service you get from them is fantastic. I will especially name Kia and Lisa. They make you feel real comfortable and take care of everything you need help with. Great place.

John (8/5): New Hotel half Chinese half SPG - A new Hotel which doesn't feel like a Sheraton. You get a very Chinese welcome and service which is fine but not really expected. The Hotel opened around 8 months ago so the rooms are perfect and the gym had great equipment. The bar is a bit impersonal being in the lobby with a very high ceiling. Food good though. Staff struggling with English.
