Sandra (6/5): Schöne Anlage mit Mängel - Die Anlage ist wunderschön, richtige Jungle Vibes Die Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen und extrem hellhörig. Man hört wenn oberhalb jemand duschen geht. Der „Hausstrand“ zu welchem man mit einem Shuttle gebracht wird- ist extrem hässlich und schmutzig!

Zhanbolat Aimanov (10/5): - Ох ребятушки, этот отель превзошел все наши ожидания. Как же мы благодарим судьбу что выбрали именно этот отель. Не успело наше такси припарковаться, как управляющий Эрик (его вьетнамское имя) лично встретил нас и помог с нашим багажом, угостил освежающими напитками, заселил, проводил в номер и подробно рассказал об отеле. В номере было все необходимое для комфортного пребывания. Бассейн с баром, вкусные и разнообразные завтраки каждый день, байки напрокат дешевле чем у других подобных сервисов, ну и самое главное окружающая зелень, отель просто в ней утопает!!! В общем, как говорил один известный человек - РЕКОМЕНДАСЬОН!! 10 из 10

shir (10/5): מקום מעולה מומלץ מאוד - מקום נהדר ויפהפה. מרחק הליכה מהדרך הראשית. ממוקם במרכז האי כך שנוח להגיע לאטרקציות בדרום ובצפון האי. קיבלנו חדר יפהפה עם נוף לבריכה, שקט ונעים. הצוות היה אדיב ועוזר בכל מה שצריך. היה עצוב לעזוב.

Michael (10/5): True value for money with a friendly smile - Being able to compare this property after moving to our next accommodation gives me great perspective. The room might have been a bit on the smaller side but the bed was huge and comfortable. After a slight hiccup the air conditioning did a great job. The food might not have been extensive but far more than adequate. The staff were lovely and so accommodating, giving suggestions and heartfelt friendliness. The property is slightly off the main road but walkable. They even have a buggy that can take you if so inclined. We rented a scooter from the property that was convenient and very reasonably priced. For the price this is actually a 11 out of 10.

Personalen gjorde oss en stor tjänst och fixade utrymme för att natta våra småbarn efter utcheckning och det otroligt uppskattat, vi är otroligt tacksamma! Städningen var ok, de kom varje dag men mest för att bädda och ge nya handdukar/tömma sopor. Golvet och ytorna i rummet förblev smutsiga under hela vistelsen.
silvana (10/5): Fijne tijd gehad en leuke mensen ontmoet!! - vriendelijk personeel een fijne locatie. De bedden liggen wel heel hard dus daar moet je van houden. Er is verder geen speeltuin of iets voor kinderen, ze kunnen wel lekker in het zwembad spelen. Het ontbijt kan beter. Er zijn pannenkoeken alleen ze zijn koud, misschien gewoon lekkerder als ze warm bereid en geserveerd worden. Verder een heel fijn verblijf!

Hagino (9/5): コスパ最高です！ - 予約時に地図をみたときはちょっと不安でしたが、幹線道路から歩いても直ぐですし、親切にカートで送って貰えるので、とても便利でした。プールがとても良かったです。 1泊目に水道管が壊れたとかで、水が出なくなりました。日本だとこういう場合は水道事業者が来るまで待たされ復旧にも時間が掛かります。大分不安になり、部屋を変えて欲しいと申しましたが、頑張って直すから、ということで、ホテルのメンテナンス担当者が修理したみたいです。復旧に2時間程度掛かかりました。泊まった棟は少々老朽化しているかもしれません。
Deyan (9/5): A little, cosy paradise in the centre of town! - We liked everything, particularly the beautiful crafted garden, the very helpful and knowledgeable manager, the good quality breakfast. Specially to mention the nearby very good restaurant - - The lemongrass, also recommended by the manager. We’ll definitely recommend to friends!
Ralf (9/5): Fantastisch verblijf gehad - Heerlijk rustig gelegen, en op loopafstand bij alle voorzieningen, zoals winkels en restaurants. Het schoonmaken had iets beter gekund, maar toen ik de hulpen daarop wees hebben ze het ook direct schoongemaakt.

Bhagwant (9/5): Fantastic resort, great location, amazing service - Excellent location, staff, and services. Even though the resort was surrounded by vegetation and natural elements, the staff did an incredible job to make sure there were no bugs inside the rooms and that the rooms were clean and safe. The resort is beautiful. They provide a glof cart service for free to transport you to beach/main road and back. The cicadas. If you are deadly scared of bugs, just a heads up, because they were loud and everywhere outside the room. But that is to be expected with being surrounded by nature and trees :)

Kelly (9/5): Central location, great restaurant on site, great value. - Excellent location, short walk to shops and restaurants. The buffet breakfast was lovely, the front desk staff (Daisy and Eric) were brilliant and communicated with us every step of the way, helping organise transport and activities. The pool is huge and well maintained and the pizzas at the onsite restaurant were amazing! First day we got there the air con wasn’t working. We were pretty tired after the flight but had to wait some hours until it was fixed. Credit to Eric and Daisy, they promised us it would be rectified same day and it was. Other than that, can’t fault the resort.

Makarova (9/5): - Тихий район, территория отеля очень живописная, вокруг зелень и ящерицы)))) за территорией очень следят, милый мужчина подстригает газон ножницами) номер чистый, просторный, уборка ежедневно, также каждый день меняют полотенца. Отель предоставляет полотенца для пляжа, что очень удобно. Имеется бесплатный шаттл до главной дороги и пляжа Лонгслив бич. На главной дороге есть остановка, можно сесть на автобус и доехать до достопримечательностей. Персонал доброжелательный, завтрак неплох, разнообразие каждый день. Очень понравился массаж. Стирка, на вещах появилась грязь и футболка полиняла, на ресепшене уточняйте, что белое и цветное стирать отдельно.

Flora (10/5): Great stay - Room was lovely - the manager was amazing. Any problems were immediately and professionally dealt with. I highly recommend this hotel to any tourists traveling to Phu Quoc.
MARINA (10/5): В конце пребывания мы оплатили трансфер до аэропорта (нас было 7 человек). Перед отъездом пошли на р - Отель соответствовал ожиданиям. Доставка на пляж на багги очень удобна и всегда доступна, но и дойти до пляжа не составляет труда. Очень приветливый персонал. Чистота и хорошие завтраки. В конце пребывания мы оплатили трансфер до аэропорта (нас было 7 человек). Перед отъездом пошли на ресепшен сказать ,что мы готовы. А нам говорят , вашей заявки -нет. Хорошо ,что унас сохранилась квитанция об оплате, а то непонятно ,как доказывать заказ и оплату. При предъявлении квитанции трансфер был найден. (поэтому не выбрасывайте вашу квитанцию об оплате какой либо услуги)Не снижаю оценку отелю за это недоразумение, так как все остальное было на высоком уровне.

Alexandrea (10/5): - The rooms were spotlessly clean, lovely outdoor area to sit and relax outside of our room, the bathroom was modern and spacious. The beds and pillows were very comfortable! Blackout curtains was a bonus! The pool was lovely, very big, clean and a nice temperature. Brekfast was plentiful and fresh. Golf buggy available yo take you to the main street and beach. Main street only 5 minutes walk and there are lots of resturant choices, pharmacies and mini marts. The staff were all very helpful and kind. Housekeeping was excellent and changes towels daily too. Great for families and couples alike. Nothing not to like.

Zoe (10/5): Peace & Tranquil - We loved our stay here, very welcoming after a few days of hustle and bustle in Ho Chi Minh City. Staff were amazing, our room was fresh, clean and easily accessed. Pool was a treat and Breaky was on point, heaps of variety. We had pizza for an early dinner and it was the best we’ve had while being away (or in Aus). Nothing.

Al C K Yap (8/5): A Hidden Gem worth staying at - Well situated property located off the main road of Duong To area. It was quiet and comfy. The staff and Diana (one of the front office staff) were very helpful and friendly. Stayed in Room 307. It was decent size, clean and had all the amenities such as free water, fridge, in-room safe, and balcony. Buffet breakfast came as part of the room. It was good enough to get one through the day. I enjoyed the swimming pool to cool off after a hot day of exploring the island. Will I return - yes indeed! Probably the mosquitos but that cannot be helped as the property is located in a small jungle area. It was not uncomfortable to affect my stay.

Для комфорта гостей, есть услуга багги, который отвозит до главной дороги и до пляжа и обратно. Но, сервис предоставляется только до 22.00. Завтрак разнообразный. Там же можно и пообедать, все вкусно. В бассейне купались в основном по вечерам, есть бар, лежаки. На любые запросы ресепшн реагировал быстро по WhatsApp. Дейзи - очень милая девушка 🥰 При каждом номере есть свои балкончики со столом и стульями, также вешалки для сушки белья, что очень удобно. Территория ухоженная, красивая. У нас был 3х местный номер. Номер небольшой для троих. Некуда было разместить чемоданы в открытом виде. Рядом идет какая-то стройка и, как-то во время обеда в ресторане попали на звуки дрели )

Appreciated the free on-demand buggy ride to and from the beach. Some of the tiles in the swimming pool have broken off, might cause a small cut on your feet if you are not careful.

Reynald (10/5): Hotel à recommander +++ - En N°1 le calme !!! Ensuite le jardin très bien entretenu . Nous avions une chambre montagne view ( elles sont les plus au calme mais "loin de l'entrée et quelques marches d'escalier ). On peut fumer sur la terrasse devant la chambre mais on peut aussi très facilement se laisser "enfermer dehors" puisque la terrasse est avant la porte.... Location par la réception d'un scooter en très bon état. Je conseille le petit restau Song N'guyen situé juste avant d'arriver sur la grande rue ...poisson au bbq et gambas grillées ou crispy super bonnes pour 3 fois rien. Chez Nadine rien ! Phu Quoc n'est pas inoubliable...plages sales comme le reste de l'île...sort du lot la star fish beach ...elles est propre et pas si bomdée que ça. Nous avons utiliser les services d'un petit bateau juste après Joy aventures.

Glen (8/5): - Great service, free shuttle bus service to close food outlets and spa's. Staff exceptional. They organised driver to take my wife and I to Vin Wonders and Hon Thom cable car. We received a free room upgrade. The room are large and kingsize bed and pillows very comfortable. Breakfast choices perfect. It was quite a hike to our accommodation up the hill.
Time Is (10/5): - Tranquility in a glass.. Very well decorated, with lovely gardens and pool area. Eric the manager was fantastic, as were all the other staff. Extra bonus for the lovely shuttle service driver who took us daily /more than once to the beach and main Street area.
Karhong (7/5): Good quiet small hotel off the main road - The staff are very friendly. A big thank you to all the staff. The breakfast was better than my expectation. Room and facilities is decent for the price. Swimming pool is big enough. Quiet location as it is off the main road (the down side is inconvenience) The buggy to take you to and fro to the main road response quite fast (short wait only). A very scary experience about scammer: On the night before I check-in, I received a whatsapp message from a personal from India (IDD code) with my full name, mobile number, check-in/check-out date, exact booking amount, to try to phish for my credit card information. Lucky I was alert enough to know it is a scam. Apparently the scammer has access to the booking.com data. Whether it was from booking.com or from the Nadine hotel, I don't know yet. I will file a data breach compliant with the data protection authority in Netherlands (booking.com HQ) and Vietname authority (Nadine hotel). The staff didn't know Revolut or YouTrip cards are cash card and we had some problem convincing them. The location is not convenience. Need a buggy to take you in and out to the main road. Buggy stops work at 10 pm. When we took a Grab car back, the small road to the hotel is only wide enough for one car. One has to reverse to the main road to let the opposite car passed. I will find another hotel in a more convenience next time. The wifi was bad - slow and dropped frequently.

virginie (10/5): - L'hôtel est super, tout confort, la piscine est bien entretenue. Le petit déjeuner est super : bonne qualité et grand choix. L'hôtel est très bien situé. Un chauffeur peut amener à la rue principale ou à la plage ( mais ça se fait aussi très bien à pied) Le personnel est serviable et gentil. Cela n'a rien a voir avec l'hôtel mais a un intérêt tout de même. L'hôtel est situé à proximité de la plage. J'avais choisi cet hôtel en partie pour ce critère. Cependant cette plage est horrible, remplie de déchets et de pollution diverses et variées.
