• ERIKA (10/5): 夜長旅の疲れをとって翌日に備えるためのステイには最適でした。 - 施設は非常に良かったです！フライトの都合で到着が22時を過ぎてしまったのですが、事前に22時を過ぎてしまうことをBooking.comのメッセージ経由でお伝えしたところすぐ返信いただき、快諾いただけました。オーナーの女性は英語はあまり分からないようでしたがとても丁寧で親切で、特に不安もなく、部屋も清潔で夜に睡眠をとるだけの利用には立地もよく最高の選択だったと思います。 宿側の責任じゃないかもですが、Booking.comに掲載されている地図の場所が実際の住所と異なるためご注意ください。必ず住所をコピーして地図アプリで事前に場所検索されることをオススメします。またゲストハウスのためか、建物のドアの前にtagliaferri luciaの大きな看板的なものはないため、入口は少し分かりにくいと思います。インターホンのところに番号が振っており、7番にtagliaferri luciaと書いてあるため、これが目印になるかと思います。

Apesar do banheiro ser privativo, fiquei em um quarto onde o banheiro era fora do quarto, mas não lado de dentro da acomodação, era do lado de fora, tinha que sair e pegar por uma área externa para ir ao banheiro. Não gostei de sair de um banho quente e ter que sair no frio para chegar no quarto, assim como não gostei de acordar e ter que pegar frio para ir ao banheiro. Não ficaria novamente neste quarto.

• David (7/5): Lugar para ficar poucos dias, sem muito conforto, mas limpinho. - Fica próximo a estação Roma Central que dá para pegar qual trem. O lugar é bem básico, para passar um ou dois dias, é limpo mas não tem muito conforto e o prédio é antigo. A senhora que é a anfitriã é bê simpática E explicou tudo direitinho. Um bom custo benefício, mas para quem busca mais conforto é melhor um hotel mais novo e mais próximo a estação Coliseu que fica no mais no centro. Não tem muito conforto. Dá para ficar poucos dias.

A pesar de las buenas intenciones de la propietaria, salir de la ducha, en ese metro y algo de distancia, se pasa frío. Además el baño es pequeño. Pero la ducha suficiente y el agua caliente atenuaba el frío al salir del baño a la habitación La cama necesitaría cambiar el colchón ya, o hacer las labores de cambio de posición.

Majitelka nemluví vůbec anglicky, domluva možná pouze přes automatický překladač. Pokoj čistý, vybavený opravdu jen pro přespání. Je velmi malý. Pokoj je vybavený ručníky, WC, sprcha. Pokud se ubytují dva lidé v pokoji číslo 1 se zavazadly, bude problém s místem. Tento pokoj je opravdu velmi malý. Snídani pravděpodobně vůbec nenabízí.

I was there late September, so nights were cool, but note that if you’re there in summer, there is a charge for A/C. The room is small, but all that I needed. The bathroom was very small.

Il faut se rappeler que c'est un endroit simple. Si on aime cela c'est l'endroit idéal. Très propre et l'espace est bien pensé. On se sent en sécurité. Pour ceux qui sont exigeants, la salle de bain est exégue, mais moi ça ne m'a pas dérangée. J'aurais mis un pointage de 10 parce que pour moi c'était parfait, mais J'ai préféré mettre 8 pour ne pas créer de fausses attentes pour ceux qui sont plus exigeants

Access to the bathroom was through an open-air shaft, which was not indicated to my knowledge. Not very comfortable, especially during the month of December. Catching a cold is easy in this way. A small carpet beside the bed would have also been necessary as the floor does not conserve heat. The central heating was not functioning. Use of AC was against an additional fee of EUR 5 per day of use, which I didn't need as the bed was warm enough.

Non so se tutte le stanze sono cosi

• Marlin (8/5): Run by sweet lady, very clean B&B close to train station - The location was great - quick walk to the train station in a neighborhood that felt safe. The B&B was what we expected - a little dated and basic but spotlessly clean. Our room was spacious with a large window overlooking the street. Bed comfortable. Wifi good. Kettle and mini fridge in room. The best part was the sweet lady who checked us in and was working there the next day. She knows a little English so we could communicate some. She always had a sweet smile and a sweet disposition. She made our stay enjoyable. : ) The towels and bath mat were a little ragged and rough.

• Baerbel (8/5): - Central Location next to the main Station. It was clean, sheets and towels immaculate. The owner was friendly and efficient, however she did speak only Italian. It was a bit outdated but for a night close to the station absolutely acceptable.
