• Mechthild (10/5): Prima Wahl für einen Aufenthalt direkt unter dem idyllischen Kloster Hornbach. - Sehr zentral gelegen, liebevoll ausgestattet. Etwas für Deko-Fans 🙃. Alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Sogar gekühlte Getränke - samt Pfälzer Wein - im Kühlschrank. Und die Vermieter herzlich und hilfsbereit. Einziges Plus wäre vielleicht. Eine weitere Toilette im Apartement. Bei 5 Personen ist ein Bad etwas wenig. Aber: machbar.
• Feron (10/5): - Mir hat das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis mehr als gut gefallen. Dass ich leider nur eine Nacht im Gästehaus Gebauer nötig hatte. Gewiss ist, bei meinem nächsten Arbeitseinsatz in der Region werde ich wieder versuchen eine Nacht verweilen zu dürfen.

• Rita (10/5): Krásne a čisté - Toto ubytovanie je skutočne výnimočné a to som dosť náročná 🙂.Krásny veľký apartmán zariadený v rustikálnom štýle,dokonalo farebne aj doplnkovo skombinovaný a pritom plne prakticky vybavený. Nájdete tam všetko čo potrebujete,aj naviac,čo ste prípadne zabudli.Po celý čas bol príjemne teplý,s dostatkom teplej vody a perfektne čistý a voňavý.Má aj peknú terasu s posedom, čo sme nevyužili, pretože sme vystihli škaredé počasie.Lokalita je pokojná a tichá.Majitelia sú príjemný, komunikácia bola promptná. Absolútne odporúčam a ak by som mala cestu sem, určite sa zastavím. Nieje nič čo by sa mi nepáčilo...

• Dave (10/5): - Sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Die Unterkuft war sehr sauber und die Lage ist Top. Die Zimmer das Bad und die Küche sind sehr gut ausgestattet. Es wurden sogar Getränke kalt gestellt. Die man fur einen sehr geringen Preis kaufen konnte. Es wurde wirklich an alles gedacht. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und werden wieder kommen. Weiter so. Lg aus dem Westerwald

• Neval (10/5): - Heel goed verzorgd Gasthuis waar je echt tot rust komt. Ze hadden spelletjes, douche benodigdheden, hele fijne bedden en in de keuken kon je zo je gang gaan, van alle gemakken voorzien. Jammer dat er geen wasmachine was en de tv het niet deed. Verder alles in orde.

• Tim (10/5): Superb accommodation and value for money, viele dank. - Having stayed in many similar facilties in my frequent trips from the UK to Austria/Slovenia/Croatia I can honestly state that Gasthause Gebauer was absolutely superb and easily the best value for money we have experienced. The kitchen/dining room was full of free extras with about 15 different types of tea and coffee on offer, biscuits and sweets and the fridge had wine, beer and soft drinks with an 'honesty box' for the same price you would pay in the supermarket. The large bathroom was similarly stocked with everything you could possibly need. I will definitely stay again and for longer to explore the nearby countryside and Saarbrucken knowing what a great place i would be coming back to each night/ absolutely nothing to dislike
• Carol (9/5): Great place to stay! - Quiet location with designated parking opposite. The hosts were very welcoming. The room was spotless and the little extras i.e. toiletries, chocolates, water and tea/coffee were a nice touch. There's not a lot open on a Monday in Hornbach but we managed to get a table at Klosters Hotel (the best meal we had all holiday) and there is a good supermarket close by that has a little coffee shop.
• Alison (10/5): Exceeded all our expectations - The apartment was very clean and beautifully decorated. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and there was a lovely balcony off the bedroom. The bathroom was extremely large and stocked with lots of products and towels with everything you could need. The owners even left drinks including wine and beer in the kitchen fridge for a very reasonable price. The location was quiet and peaceful and the property exceeded all our expectations. Would recommend in an instant. Nothing.

• Terence (10/5): Exceptional - Host spoke very good English and was very helpful. He booked us a table at a nearby restaurant, I think it was Capito Restaurant. The food and service were excellent, but probably best to avoid if you are on a tight budget. Easy to miss Haus Gebauer as you drive up the street, but the sign is more visible from the other direction. It is next to Haus Monika whose sign is very visible. Private parking is excellent. We enjoyed walking around the lovely town. The owner has taken a lot of care and attention. Would definitely recommend. All excellent!!

• Katharina (10/5): Amazing service and comfort for very little money - We booked just 30 minutes before arriving for a stopover from the Alps home to Belgium. The room was impeccable, clean, well appointed, including with a wellness shower. There were little touches to make the stay special, like some chocolate, tea, access to a fridge etc. The village itself could be overlooked, but is home to an ancient monastery, now incorporated into an expensive hotel. going up there (5 minutes from the guesthouse) upon leaving was well worth it. I forgot my electric toothbrush and the landlady tried to find me in the village and then texted me, so that I could still come back to recover the toothbrush; a service that I have never before experienced. Just amazing.

• Rob (10/5): Exceptional - This was the most perfect and clean accommodation we've ever seen. Not only that, attention has been given to every detail. There is even a cabinet in the corridor with tea, coffee (and a good one), cups, plates, cutlery and a jar with cookies and chocolates. The bed was very large and super comfortable. The outside terrace was great. Unfortunately we could only stay one night because of our travel plans but will definitely be back. The checkout time of 11:00 made that we didn't have to hurry. Absolutely nothing. Everything was great.
