• kdvo2025 (2/5): Terrible - Its a terrible hotel dont come here. The rooms are not clean and the persons at the entry are not kindly. If you come to bursa dont come to this hotel. They said first 250 euro for 4 days and at the third day we must go out the hotel. Its terrible and we are now in an another hotel
• 792hanand (2/5): Terrible and dreadful - Terrible experience , receptionists did not speak English and the room lacked very basic amenities: - No proper internet - No kettle - Only one electric socket in the room, had to choose between charging my phone or tablet or watch. - Excessive heat from heater , no adjustment - Bad bathroom plumbing - Safe wasn’t working - Housekeeping not on daily basis - Cold water in reception boiler, had to buy my own boiler to have hot drinks When I requested to check out the following day or even cancel my reservation with charge, my request was rejected and the hotel refrained from answering the booking agent. Very unprofessional and unwelcoming. I made hustle with no avail. They clearly informed me that no refund whatsoever.

• 695chantalr (8/5): Convenient and not expensive - We liked staying at Waha hotel because it is conveniently located for all touristic spots and quite accessible by public transportation (buses nearby, subway station at the other end of the bazaar). Breakfast was rather basic but good, and we took it on the terrace with a nice view over the city.

Even stuck our money in ATM, they just put down everything to help us. They really saved my day and the trip in Turkey. I will remember you guys forever. • Atilla (8/5): Genelde iyi.. - Merhaba otel genelde iyiydi, Ancak fiyata göre çok daha iyi olması gerekirdi. Odada trafo sesi gibi bir ses vardı ne olduğunu çözemedik.oda içinde ses vardı ama otelin içinden gelen bir trafo sesi gibi bişey vardı.
• betsey67 (8/5): extremely conviently located - This is an inexpensive hotel located almost directly across the street from the grand mosque. The tram stop is right outside as is a taxi stand. Unfortunately, so is a parking lot where the boys who operate it shout loudly at their customers to tell them where to park. The staff here are most obliging, the breakfast is the usual Turkish hotel breakfast served on the top floor with a great view. We got some rancid butter (in those little packs) but the bread, eggs, etc were fine and I saw someone get a grilled cheese sandwich. Beds were comfy with light weight duvets that I found plenty warm. Here in Spring.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Super Hotel direkt an der grossen moschee - Kleines Hotel mit hilfsbereiten Mitarbeitern. Wir hatten ein Dreibettzimmer also ein Doppel- und ein einzelbett. Ist sehr nah an der grossen Moschee und anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Parkmöglichkeit direkt vor dem hotel gibts keine die Mitarbeiter Parken das Auto zwar auf der Strasse wo es normalerweise was kostet wird aber vom Hotel überkommen. Frühstück gabs im 4.Og auf der terasse mit blick von oben auf die Stadt. Einziges Manko die zimmer sind nicht so schallisoliert nachts kann man die direkten zimmernachbarn hören wenn lauter sind

• ayaa1977 (8/5): Great Staff and Location But Needs Renovation - I will start by stating the positives. The location is very centeral near the Grand Mosque and bazaar. The room was of a good size and clean, and the breakfast was basic but good. The view from the terrace during breakfast is superb. The staff are exceptionally friendly and very helpful. The price is good for its centeral location. As for what I did not like, the furniture can use an update and the blankets are very light and not warming, although th biggest problem has tie be all-night noise from the Street.

Türk yok. sadece yeri konumu güzel. diğer türlü hiç bir şekilde artısı yok.

Genel itibari ile eski bir otel. Kahvaltı yerine sahur tercih eden için sahur açık büfe kahvaltı mevcuttu. Haftasonu türbe ve camileri gezmek için uygun bir konaklama olabilir.
• Sean (10/5): Great hotel in central location - This hotel was great. The rooms are well appointed, the breakfast was decent and offered fantastic views, and the location was central. One minor gripe is that the night staff were not as friendly as the day time staff. I lost a key card and it wasnt handled very professionally.

• Terence (10/5): An Oasis in Bursa - I found this hotel, right in the centre of Bursa, to be excellent. The room was fine, the breakfast tasty but more importantly the welcome by the staff was warm and interested. It may have helped that I spoke some Turkish, but I found the greeting by the staff when I went out for the day, and when I returned, was very sincere. In so many hotels the staff don’t make an effort to make the guest feel at home: but in the Waha (the name does mean Oasis after all) this was not the case. The hotel is close to the main drag, so keeping the double glazed windows closed at night might be necessary in some rooms, but for me this was not a great concern. I would definitely stay there next time I am in Bursa.
