• Fardy1968 (10/5): - Absolutely great accommodation. Close to the city center, public transportation, and restaurants. The room was clean, with a beautiful terrace and kitchenette. Breakfast was available in the morning (juice, coffee, pastries, and toast). The owner was great and very helpful when we had a problem with a lost document. If we go to Rome again, our choice is clear.

Anbindung in alle Richtungen super. Kleine Küche im Aufenthaltsraum um sich Kaffee, Tee zuzubereiten und ein schöner großer Tisch um mit anderen Gästen zusammenzufinden. • Degani (10/5): Nel caso di una nuova gita a Roma, La terrazza di Evelina sarà la nostra prima scelta. - La posizione è davvero strategica: a soli 15 minuti a piedi dalla stazione Termini e a 2 minuti dalla fermata della metro Manzoni, permette di muoversi con grande facilità. La stanza in cui abbiamo soggiornato era spaziosa, pulita e molto confortevole. La terrazza rappresenta un valore aggiunto, ideale per concedersi momenti di relax dopo lunghe giornate alla scoperta della città. Molto apprezzata anche la cucina, ben attrezzata, che consente di organizzare la colazione in totale autonomia, proprio come a casa. Un ringraziamento speciale a Luciano, host estremamente cordiale e disponibile, sempre pronto a fornire consigli utili e a farci sentire accolti come ospiti di casa. Nulla, tutto molto curato.

The room was exactly as advertised and what we wanted - a place to drop our bags and go see Rome! The common area was very nice and well stocked. Luciano is the best! • Maria Ada (9/5): - La terrazza di Evelina è perfetto per passare qualche giorno a Roma, facile da raggiungere d Roma Termini, centrale e ottima connessione di mezzi.pubblici per arrivare in tutti i punti importanti della città Luciano è un host ineccepibile, è subito intervenuto quando abbiamo avuto bisogno del suo aiuto per una brevissima interruzione della connessione wifi (altrimenti veloce, e stabile). Terrazza fantastica, purtroppo ancora un po' freddino per sfruttarla al massimo per colazioni al.sole. Sicuramente consiglierò e terrò da conto per futuri soggiorni! Non un problema nel mio caso, ma attenzione: check fino alle 19.00 solamente

Just 15 minutes walk from Rome Termini train station and it was 5 minutes walk from a metro station. The Guest House was clean. I did not eat any of the Breakfast that was offered as I am gluten intolerant but my sister enjoyed some of the treats. The terrace on the 7th floor was a real treat after a long day sightseeing. Nothing. The place had everting we could have asked for and more.

• MARIANA (9/5): - Está muy cerca del metro, lo que lo hace muy accesible para moverse a diferentes sitios. A la llegada Luciano explica tranquilamente los alrededores y entrega un mapa que es muy útil. La habitación es más grande lo que parece y el espacio en común está siempre limpio y es agradable. Se agradece que se brinda algunos alimentos para desayunar como jugo, fruta, pan y yogurt.
• Tereza (10/5): Excellent accommodation within easy reach of the center of Rome - The accommodation was very nice, clean, and fresh-smelling. We had everything we needed. The accommodation is about a 15-minute walk from Roma Termini (the main train station, where you will usually be dropped off from the airport). The accommodation, located on the 7th floor, including an elevator, consists of about 4 rooms, a shared kitchen, and a long terrace. We also used the terrace with a view, which was a pleasant place to sit. During our stay, it was quiet in the evening, and we didn't see the other guests much in the morning. In the morning, you can enjoy a small breakfast snack that is prepared here, including various kitchen equipment that is available (kettle, coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, dishes, etc.). The room was cleaned every day, which I don't think was necessary for just a few days, but we really appreciated it. Even though it wasn't the heating season and it was a bit cold in the evening, it was no problem to turn up the air conditioning. The owner helped us with everything, explained what we could visit in Rome besides the accommodation, and was very helpful. Nothing comes to mind.

Een prachtige kamer, gezamenlijke ruimte met keuken (geen kookmogelijkheid) bank, eettafel, koelkast en mogelijkheid tot klein ontbijtje. En helemaal super het dakterras! Een kwartier lopen van colloseum en treinstation en zelfs 1 minuut van de metro. Fijne host, super communicatie en uitleg over stad en mogelijkheden om te eten. Echt een aanrader! There are two small supermarkets nearby. The Colosseum is about a 15-minute walk away, and other attractions are easily reachable by metro. The hotel occupies a large apartment with 3 or 4 rooms, each with a private bathroom. The rooms are very cozy and cleaned daily. There is a shared kitchen/living area with a fridge where you can store your food. The kitchen has everything you might need to prepare a light dinner — a microwave, toaster, kettle, and coffee machine. A light breakfast is provided — yogurt, cookies, muffins, tea, and coffee — all available at any time, so you can have breakfast whenever you like. The bed is very comfortable, and there’s a terrace with a lovely view, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee. The host Luciano is a very kind and helpful young man, always available and ready to assist with anything you need. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this place to everyone! none

• Anh-Tho (9/5): Convenient and clean bed & breakfast stay, good for value! - Convenient, well-equipped and charming room on the top floor of an old but well-maintained apartment building. Close to Manzoni metro station, restaurants, cafés and shops. The kitchen is fully equipped, with some breakfast bread, milk, yogurt, fruit and jam provided. The terrace offers a nice view on the neighborhood of Esquilino and a peaceful place to unwind after a long day of walking and visiting the busy tourist sites of Rome. Our host was friendly and helpful. The curtain is relatively thin, could be replace by thicker curtain that blocks light. We woke up early on most days during our stay in Rome so it wasn't a big issue for us, but it would not be entirely comfortable to sleep in and have a late morning.
