• Raquel (9/5): Muy buena elección para visitar Verona. - Es un apartamento confortable, en un lindo edificio, muy limpio y en un barrio tranquilo. Se puede ir caminando a todos los puntos turísticos. Las dos camas de uno de los dormitorios son bastante viejas, aunque los colchones son confortables. No es posible dejar el equipaje antes de entrar a las 15:00, pero a 20 metros de la puerta hay un local donde te las guardan por €3.

• Grace (4/5): Appartement mal entretenu et mal équipé. Dommage il est très bien placé. - L'emplacement. Il manquait un torchon ou sopalin. Je l'ai signalé et nous avons été livrés de 2 rouleaux de Sopalin rapidement. - équipement de la cuisine bien trop léger pour le nombre de personnes. Comme il n'y a pas de lave-vaisselle, le manque de bols ou autres ustensiles et d'autant plus criant. Pas un seul tire-bouchon. - 1 prise électrique dans l'espace cuisine pour 4 électroménagers !!! Il suffirait de mettre une multiprise ça aiderait considérablement. - Un porte manteau accroché au mur qui ne tient que d'un côté, dès qu'on pose un vêtement il se décroche. Pas de double prise dans les chambres, il faut choisir entre s'éclairer ou charger son téléphone. - La description de l'appartement mériterait de signaler que la terrasse est au centre de 6 autres terrasses, aucune intimité, les voisins sont à peine à 3m. - L'assise des chaises est défoncée, on descend de 5cm quand on s'assied ce qui est inconfortable puisque la table se retrouve trop haute. L'écoulement dans les salles de bain était si lent que ça finissait par une mare d'eau au sol

• Sari (9/5): Great base for explore Verona - Location was great, walking distance to Piazza Bra and Castel Vecchio and plenty of dining options nearby. There is also a grocery store not far from the apartment. Really appreciated having the extra space in the apartment and 2 bathrooms! We didn't use the kitchen much as we were only there for 2 days but it still came in handy to make a simple breakfast in the mornings. The patio area looks nice as well but it was too cold and wet when we were there so we didn't use it. It can be a bit noisy in the main bedroom as it faces the street.

• GAGIK (1/5): They should just stop their job - Terribly unprofessional hosts Booked at afternoon no instructions how to get in unless i send passport pictures and city tax payment Arrived after 3 hours One automated message saying to send passport pictures to a WhatsApp(another automated message there saying nobody will answer after 5pm and it was 22:30 pm) and to pay for city tax through paypal After multiple calls finally replied on my call and I described that i was in the middle of the street without knowing where to go near the address and all i asked was to Check ourselves in since nobody come to Meet us and then complete all verification and payment which they could have got paid through booking too but they didnt want to and the host’s answer was: YOU ARE MY GUESTS I AM 15 YEARS IN THIS BUSINESS YOU MUST FOLLOW MY RULES. So sending my personal documents without even getting into the place and make more payments directly?Never had this attitude again from any kind of host. Place was clean but everything was old. Not so hard to put a newer sponge to clean the plates or to change the beds since they are so old.

• Christine (8/5): A charming apartment in a great location - The location is excellent for exploring Verona and the apartment is located on a quiet street. Loved the terrace and for a group having the 2 bathrooms was great. Communication with management was very good. The location of the microwave at ground level in a cupboard is not ideal. Have recommended a tea towel be provided to wipe cups etc.

• Warner (8/5): Quiet yet convenient location. Clean and has all the facilities you need. - Location was excellent for exploring Verona. Within walking distance of everything. Convenient grocery shop (Eurospar) just round the corner. Cute balcony which we used to have breakfast. Air conditioned which we didn’t use much but I can imagine in a heatwave would be great. Coffee pod machine was appreciated! Location was quiet too. Bedding provided could have been better. No oven.
• Franziska (8/5): - Schöne Wohnung mit drei richtigen Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern. Die Wohnung ist ziemlich geräumig und hat einen Balkon zum Innenhof. Die Beschreibung für die Schlüsselübergabe hat gut geklappt. Die Lage ist super. Das Schlafzimmer zur Straße ist relativ laut, eher nicht für Personen mit leichtem Schlaf geeignet. Ein 2. Schlüssel wäre gut, um sich aufteilen zu können. In den Bädern wäre etwas Platz zum Aufhängen oder Abstellen ganz schön.

• alexandre (9/5): - appartement spacieux et très bien situé. Une petite terrasse très sympathique. Décoration réussie ( sauf la tête de lit du lit deux places..) Cela manque de petits équipements, pas de torchon pour la vaisselle, très peu de verres, nous étions trois cela était à peine suffisant, il serait difficile de manger à quatre.
• Manu F. (8/5): Vernachlässigte Wohnung in toller Lage - Die Wohnung ist super gelegen, sehr geräumig und es gibt gleich in der Nähe ein Parkhaus. Die kleine Terrasse ist ein weiterer Pluspunkt. Vom Personal hat man nie etwas gesehen, es wurden auch nur die Hälfte der Anfragen unsererseits beantwortet. Leider wirkt die Wohnung auch etwas vernachlässigt obwohl sie wirklich schön sein könnte. Die Kopfteile der Betten sind total zerkratzt, auch kann man die 2 Einzelbetten nicht wirklich zusammen schieben. Die Duschen waren beide undicht und im Kühlschrank war nicht mal eine kleine Flasche Wasser.

Close to many restaurants & an easy 15-20 minute walk to Verona Porta Nuova Train Station. The host was very accommodating and excellent communication. Would definitely stay there again. First floor apartment with easy comfortable steps.

Atmospheric lighting and cute decorations that really enhance the experience. You can set the temperature of the room, which was great. It has a really cute terrace in the back. Clean bathrooms. We had a great stay. We came in the off-season in February and the floors hadn't been dusted in a while, but it wasn't that big of a deal.

A quirky but comfortable apartment with everything needed and very comfortable beds. The property listing said that it had parking but it doesn't, the host just told us to use the local underground car park which cost us 38 Euros for the day/night we were there.

• Julie (10/5): Excellent, well considered accommodation close to everything. - Great location, walking distance to everything. Bed comfortable, good mattresses. 3 bed, 2 bath, smaller living space. Was perfect for myself and two teen boys. Would suit a family up to 5 ppl. Kitchen had everything needed for breakfast or to heat up a meal - probably not ideal if you wanted to cook big meals from scratch. Showers hot. It was a little cold for January, particularly small top bedroom (tiled, goes to big terrace). Some spare blankets or throws would of been useful

• Humaid (7/5): excellent location , great host , no parking through as listed - the location and the host were amazing The apartment was advertised as having parking, and I specifically filtered my search to find one with parking included. However, I later discovered that the parking was a 5-minute walk away and required an additional fee of **€22 per day**. This made transferring luggage, especially with kids, extremely challenging.
• Nicole (9/5): I would really recommend. - The location is excellent, only a few minutes away from the Arena di Verona. It was very spacious for a family and the hosts almost always answered the messages immediately. The only issue was heating, we could not manage to increase the temperature of the thermostat and we were cold almost all throughout our stay.

WiFi did not work for the duration of our stay despite contacting the host who did not reply until it was time to check out. No apology just asking for tourist tax. Very bad communication

A more modern tv would have been great so we could watch something in English after a massive day of walking but we played cards instead. All good.

• Ks6591 (8/5): Loved Verona snd the apartment is perfectly situated for sightseeing, shopping and restaurants. - Excellent location, spotlessly clean, very spacious. Would stay there again. I highly recommend the apartment. The living area is large and didn’t really warm up till towards the end of the week. The lighting on the communal stairs was a bit tricky as it didn’t stay on for long. Some of the lights and lamps inside the apartment didn’t work….bulbs and one with a loose connection perhaps? Better curtains in the master bedroom would enhance the room, but the en-suite provided privacy.

Cleaning crew did a cursory job while we waited. Couch, chairs, and floors were dirty. Mattresses in all three rooms were cheap quality and very uncomfortable.

We were a little early arriving to the apartment by 1 hour but we were not allowed in until it was check-in time which meant we were hanging around with our luggage. We did let them know we were arriving slightly earlier that morning. The cleaner arrived before check out time. If we had had been let in slightly earlier than this property would’ve had 10 star review. The air con isn’t very powerful.

• Jorge (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful and spacious apartment (with three bedrooms and a kitchenette, all equipped with A/C, two bathrooms and a quiet and romantic patio where you can enjoy your Pinot Grigio in peace), in a quiet area very near Castelvecchio and piazza Bra (in front of the arena) and within walking distance of all the major tourist atractions. There's also a supermarket at 250 m, as well as several places to eat and drink. The (self) check-in was easy and the owner was very helpful. We all loved our stay and were sorry to leave. The only thing that we missed was some dishwasher and dish towels (we don't know if they were there, but we couldn't find them).

It is quiet and close to the center at the same time. And the atmosphere of the flat fits the city very well. To us almost like a home for the holidays in beautiful Verona.

• Olga (7/5): great location, enough space for a family - It is a lovely spacious place, with a great location and a great lay out. Two bathrooms, three bedrooms and a lovely outside terrace. Right in the centre of Verona, great restaurants and cafes at your doorstep. Communication with the owner was very easy, we picked the keys from a lock box and parked the car in a nearby garage for about 22 Euros a day. Verona is a lovely city, with a bustling centre, lots of great shops and places to eat. Lots of culture as well, the Theatre and Arena are both walking distance. There were a few little things that impacted the quality of the accommodation: not enough toilet paper, no tea towels, very old dirty dish sponge, the heating did not seem to work properly. We still enjoyed it, however it would be easy for the owner to amend it.

Three rooms with a cute verandah too. Kitchenette with toaster, kettle, pod coffee machine and induction stove top. Complimentary wine with personal greeting on arrival. Supermarket and pharmacy nearby. Great little cafe at top of street for breakfast. Location was superb, only 10 minute stroll to main piazza & shopping. Dishwasher & washing machine would have been useful.
