• Mario (8/5): - Die Lage der Wohnung und die Aufteilung der Zimmer Ich kann leider nicht verstehen, dass man während des gesamten Urlaubs keinen Kontakt zum Vermieter bekommt. Statt dessen ploppen ständig die Öffnungszeiten und Sprechzeiten auf, die aber dann doch nicht am Wochenende gelten, denn auf Anfragen wird nicht geantwortet. Es kann doch immer mal etwas wichtiges sein, dass man eventuell einen Arzt benötigt oder die Schlüssel gehen verloren. Also ich finde da ist noch Luft nach oben.

• Kathleen (6/5): „Luxury“ passt nicht zum Erlebten. - Sehr gute Lage im historischen Zentrum. Kurze Wege zur Arena und zum Bahnhof. Geräumige Wohnung. Viele Restaurants und Bars in der Nähe. In den beiden Duschen funktionierten die Duschköpfe nicht richtig und das Wasser lief nicht gut ab. Man stand gefühlt knöcheltief im Wasser. Weder Lappen und Geschirrtuch in der Küche noch Seife im Badezimmer vorhanden. Laute Lüftung des unter der Wohnung liegenden Restaurants. Die Gäste das Restaurant hat man aber nicht gehört.

Recepción, regular comunicación con anfitrión, no había muchas cosas necesarias en cocina (balleta, trapo, bolsas basura , limpieza…). No smart tv y no había lavadora. Tampoco flexibilidad no para salir más tarde sino para dejar un par de horas más el coche ene el garaje.

Considerato la possibilità di ospitare fino a 4 persone, sarebbe forse meglio soatituire le due poltrone singole con un divano che possa essere utilizzato da tutti gli ospiti. Il kit bagno potrebbe essere di un livello più adeguato al resto dell'appartamento. Sarebbe anche gradito un piccolo kit di benvenuto (bottiglia di acqua in frigo, essenziali in cucina, ecc.)

• Kelvin (9/5): Character Hone Stay. - Homely,with local character. Easy walk to various locations, supermarket 8 mins walk. Parking under security parking, but a bit further than advised. Instructions on how to enter and leave wee not given. Had to ask local . Some intial issues with the A/C , that took a day to resolve. As with many staff say they will net you , but mostly they do not. Lacking some how to instruction, oven top, A/c , car park.

• Ondřej (10/5): - Celkově místo i ubytování se nám moc líbilo. Nevím na čí straně byla chyba, jestli ubytování nebo Booking :( , protože mě nikdo předem na takový způsob neupozornil ! Ubytující si vyžádal kopií dokladů od všech hostů, odpoledne den před příjezdem, abych vše poslal na email. a provedl SEPA platbu za městskou taxu s upozorněním, že pokud to neudělám, nebudeme se moci ubytovat... KDYŽ JSME NA CESTĚ, takový způsob není pro každého a hlavně to znepříjemní cestu, nemluvě o celkové domluvě jak s ubytujícím, tak s Booking.

• MDoCon (8/5): Gute Location zu fairem Preis - Super Appartment, gut gelegen in der Stadt, Parkplatz in der Nähe, alles vorhanden was man braucht, Klima... Wenn man in die Dusche noch einen Seifen/Shampoo-Spender einbauen würde und statt der 250 italienischen TV-Programme ein paar deutsche/ europäische/ internationale einprogrammierwn würde , könnte man glatt 10 Punkte geben
• Muella (7/5): - 10 Minuten zu Fuß zur Arena und zum Bahnhof, ruhige Lage, großes Apartment, guter Kontakt mit dem Vermieter Leider wurde unser Wunsch nach einem Geschirrtuch oder mehr Küchenrolle nicht erfüllt, schade! Das trübte den Aufenthalt etwas.

• Simone (10/5): Excellent! - Beautiful property, comfortable and clean. Large windows that open, but also has air con in every room. Great location, short bus ride from the train/bus station with your luggage and only 10 minute walk from the arena. Lots of food places near and the dessert shop on the corner is amazing! Slight issue with the plug sockets? Only a few seem to fit adaptors. There is an extension cable in the cupboard though. Only 2 single comfy chairs in the living room when it sleeps 4. For a longer stay it would be nice to have an oven in the kitchen.
• Jessica (10/5): The perfect, luxurious stay - The apartment was huge! We booked as a luxury end to our trip and couldnt believe how spacious the place was. It has everything you need for a perfect stay, with lots of nice touches like ac in every room and plenty of information about the local area. The apartment is fairly close to the train station, restaurants and sites of interest making it the perfect space. We found it quiet too and slept comfortably. We received clear instructions for check in on arrival and were messaged throughout our stay to ensure we were happy which was a lovely touch, would stay again!

• Krzysztof (7/5): 50m from the building to the right – Gelateria dell Romana has best ice cream in Verona !!!!!! - Nice apartment located in 15 minutes walking area from Verona arena. Receiving keys was OK, but parking the car was a nightmare. There was no promised information where and hoe to park the car. Even sending a pin by Whatsapp had to be demanded by me (hard to foresee by the tenant). Apartment has poor acoustic isolation – it was easy to hear any rumour in neighbouring apartments. We were 2 persons, stayed 2 days – in the express there were exactly 4 capsules to make coffee…… Standard could be much better at small cost…..

• Steven (10/5): A great place in a great location! - A lovely apartment on the first floor. A double and a twin bedroom with two bathrooms, a large Lounge/Diner and kitchen. Perfect location near to the train station and the City centre. Nothing.

• Louise (10/5): Nice stay in Verona - The location was perfect. We had a car and the garage was a 5 minute walk from our location with an assigned spot . The area was safe and only a short walk to the center. but away from the craziness. I asked for an early check because we had a walking tour scheduled and was accommodated. The apartment had all the amenities needed and was very clean. I didn't like the espresso machine and couldn't find a bar open early for my morning cappuccino.

• Ann (10/5): Loved Verona, want to come back, everything walking distance to apartment - Lovely apartment, clean & spacious, great location, 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, heating easy to work, (it was raining hard and we needed to dry shoes etc), would certainly come back. Plenty of cups, glasses etc, fridge, (we didn't use anything else) Asked if we could drop bags and were told no, had just left them in station, when got a text to say we could indeed. Shame 5 mins earlier would have been great. Asked for passport copies the day before travelling, a little earlier would be better considering the apartment was booked for at least 6 months in advance. Strange old Italian plug sockets everywhere except 1 in kitchen so our EU adaptors didn't work, but the one in the kitchen saved us. Overall a fantastic apartment.

• Hannah (9/5): Beautiful apartment, would stay again. - It was a beautiful spacious apartment. Very comfortable and relaxing space. It had everything you needed. 10/15 minute walk to the arena and main attractions. Very clean and a comfy beds There weren't any kitchen roll or towels to dry the pots afterwards and not enough toilet roll, so a quick trip to the local Spar to buy some extras. Nowhere to store luggage after check out if your staying longer than the 10am check out.

We were two couples and the single beds in the second bedroom were very small. Not big enough for a tall man.

Nice big rooms and comfy beds. 2 bathrooms which we loved since there was 4 of us. Hosts let us in early also which was very helpful. It definitely was a bit of luxury for us.

• Yasemin (1/5): Dissapointing - Location was the only good thing We booked Wallance Luxury Home, because we are a group of three, and the apartment looked beautiful. I contacted the hotel after the booking and payment, because I noticed from the pictures that the bedrooms are connected to each other, so you need to walk through one bedroom to get to other one. This is not written on the details. They told me that every room has their own separate access. One month before our trip, they contacted us that yes, there is no separate entrance to bedrooms after all and they can offer us another apartment. I accepted the switch because as a group of 3, with different schedules, we can’t stay in the accomodation that have walk through bedrooms. When we arrived to our new apartment, I feel fooled. The location is very good, but the apartment itself is horrible. Everything is broken and old. Both toilets doors doesn’t close (no privacy), the lights doesn’t work in one bedroom, no hot water for more than 1 person in the shower, in every room some furniture is broken. Either they have left them just broken like that, or fixed with a tape. I also find it extremely petty that we have given one toiletpaper roll per bathroom, for 5 days of stay for 3 people. Also 3 coffee capsules for 5 days for 3 people. I was not offered a price reduction when I was suggested for apartment switch eaven I had paid for well equipted Wallance Luxury Home and I got student doorm apartment instead from company that calls themselves ”Verona Luxury Homes”
• Panagiotis (10/5): Exceptional - Big and comfy apartment very close to the old town. Easy to park if you have a car. A lot of cafes nearby to have breakfast. Ideal for four persons.

It was great place in Verona and I was really happy to stay there. - I've made reservation few weeks before the trip and were asked on the day of travelling to provide scans of documents to be able to get to the object. It was not comfortable and could be arranged better.

• Eva-liisa (8/5): Overall a good stay, but could be better - Location was good and overall layout of the apartment as well. Two bathrooms is always appreciated. Beds were comfortable. No noise from the street (although upstairs neighbors can be heard rather well probably due to wooden ceilings) Difficult to open the door to the apartment - neighbor was kind enough to help us when we arrived, as there is self check in and key is left in a box outside. It is convenient if it no problems, but in our case I was standing outside the door some time and trying to open the door in vain. A lot of things were broken - several lamps did not work, lids on certain things were broken, dirt in the corners, especially in the bathroom. Covers of the lightcolored armchairs were awfully dirty. This place could be so much better with a small refresh.

Modern facilities and a good location about ten minutes walk from the Arena. Highly recommended. Only one negative. One of my pillows smelled strongly of someone else’s perfume which was a bit off-putting. No drama as there were plenty of others to choose from.

Ideal for us - 2 couples - as has 2 bathrooms . Big dining , lounge area and kitchen meant we could make our own breakfasts before heading out to see beautiful Verona . Undercover private car park around the corner worked perfectly . Would stay here again . Everything was fine , no problems
