- Hannah (6/5): Spacious Room for Me (+) and Many Spiders (-) - To begin, I was pleased by the setting of the apartment because it was very quiet, without the noise of traffic. Another positive was that my apartment was quite roomy and had a patio. Unfortunately, I wasn't happy about how limited the check-in hours were (only 14:00-16:00 on Saturday) but I understand that this isn't a standard hotel. However, I was further disappointed by the condition of the room in which I found no toilet paper and a lot of spiders and dust. Also, I would have preferred if soap was provided in both the kitchenette and bathroom. I was unable to wash used dishes properly. At check-out, the receptionist was on the phone so I was not questioned about my stay. Otherwise, I would've voiced these concerns. Overall, I was a bit unsatisfied. While the price was reasonable (for spacious accomodations in Prague), I felt I could've found much better quality elsewhere. On my next visit, I will opt for a different location.

- Anne-Grethe (10/5): Et besøg værd - Vi ankom sent om aftenen efter receptionen lukketid, men vi fået tilsendt kode til døren. Vi træder ind i en dejlig stor og rummelig lejlighed som er virkelig ren og velholdt. Dejlig blød seng og god sovesofa. Dog en del støj fra gaden, så ørepropper er at foretrække, men alt i alt en virkelig positiv oplevelse og vi kommer helt sikkert igen næste gang vi skal til Prag - hvad enten det er som familie eller bare som par.

A 100 mètre à pied, un supermarché BILLA pour faire quelques courses. Etablissement à recommander pour une famille. Bien d'avoir une réception quelque soit l'heure d'arrivée. Bien le parking. Pas de surprise. Très fonctionnel.

Whole place smells like cigarette smoke. They charge 20euro per night extra to park. We made it through and the staff was nice and helpful but we would not book again.

- Verified traveler (8/5): - Celkově spokojenost - pokoj, který jsem dostal, měl v nepořádku závěsy a bylo vidět dovnitř z protějšího domu. Personál mi ihned nabídl další, kde to bylo v pořádku. Kromě toho, že tam pak upadla klika od dveří (což se může stát), jsem nezaznamenal jiný problém a vše bylo jak má být. Parkovné sice dražší než v dané části Prahy nabízejí, ale přijatelné i ve vazbě na cenu za hotel a uvnitř hotelu. Celkově - spokojenost
- SHINHEE (10/5): 좋습니다 리뷰 참고하세요 - 이 가격대에 주방도 쓰고 화장실도 방 들어가기 전에 따로 붙어있어서 좋아요(당연히 개인 화장실입니다) 방도 큽니다. 아쉬운 점은 위치와 약한 와이파이 ㅠㅠ 너무 아쉽습니다 그러나 방의 상태가 너무 좋아서 다시 갈 생각 있습니다

- Verified traveler (8/5): - Der Check-In war unkompliziert und schnell. Service gibt es in dem Sinne keinen - es handelt sich mehr um ein Appartementgebäude, als ein Hotel. Das Zimmer war modern ausgestattet und sehr geräumig, ebenso wie die Terrasse. In der Küche gab es eine solide Grundausstattung. In der einen oder anderen Ecke der Zimmers war es etwas staubig. Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend, Straßenbahnen bzw. Busse zum Hauptbahnhof und Zentrum sind in Gehweite. Wer eine günstige Unterkunft sucht und kein Service oder Verpflegung benötigt, findet hier ein super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis!
- katharina (10/5): Preis Leistung Top - Also... für diesen Preis kann man nichts negatives sagen. Sehr große Zimmer mit top Ausstattung . Da das Hotel keinen frühstück anbietet hat man eine Küche im Zimmer. Besteck, Teller , Gläser ,Töpfe ,Wasserkocher einfach alles was nötig ist um sich etwas zu kochen kann. Im Bad war es sehr sauber Fön und viele Handtücher waren vorhanden.insgesamt könnte es von außen besser aussehen aber innen top. Lage ist auch gut ca. 5 min mit der Straßenbahn (nr.9)in die Stadtmitte. Wobei Stadtmitte ist riesig. Für 110kč kann man 24 std. Busse , Metro und Straßenbahn fahren.im großen und ganzen alles top gelungen. Viel Vergnügen.
- Markku (2/5): En suosittele - Hotelli ei ollut kuvanmukainen alkuunkaan. Epäsiisti. Vastaanottohenkilöt epäkohteliaita, yhtä lukuunottamatta. Hotels.com:n antama hotellin puhelinnumero virheellinen. Olimme 5 yötä jonka aikana ei kertaakaan siivottu, eikä vaihdettu liinavaatteita tai pyyheliinoja. Viimeisenä yönä katosta tippui vettä noin 5 litran roskakorin verran, joten nukkuminen oli mahdotonta kastuneessa sängyssä. Aamulla näytimme virkailijalle ko. vahingon jäljet, mihin hän suhtautu hyvin välinpitämättömästi. Pyynnöistä huolimatta emme saaneet mistään maksamistamme palvelumaksuista kuittia. Matkustamme n.10-15 matkaa vuodessa, joten mitään tällaista ei ole koskaan eteemme tullut. Toivon, että Hotels.con ottaa huomioon matkamme epäonnistumisen.
- Wolfgang R. (6/5): Durchwachsen - für kurzen Aufenthalt ok - Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich. Allerdings ist das Zimmer 103 nicht zu empfehlen. Es ist karg eingerichtet, dunkel, Fenster können nicht gekippt werden, sehr kleines Bad. Es fehlen z. B. Halterung für Duschbrause, Haken für Handtücher, ... Gut war, dass es sauber ist und die Matratzen sind auch ok. Wie wir erfahren haben, sollen die Zimmer in den oberen Stockwerken besser sein.

- Frank (8/5): ótimo custo benefício em Praga - estadia rápida, mas com conforto. A parte externa do hotel está mal cuidada e não dá boa impressão. O quarto era amplo e a limpeza muito boa. Precisei deixar as malas por algumas horas depois do checkout e a atendente foi solícita em nos ajudar nesse sentido.

- Verified traveler (6/5): I’ve seen better - Not as nice as advertised. It was ok, but there was no shower and the rooms are small. The area is a bot sketchy.
- Teemu (6/5): Tilava ja rauhallinen hotelli - Hotelli on rauhallisella alueella. Erittäin isot ja tilavat huoneet. Wifi ei toiminut käytännössä lainkaan. Reception ei palvelu 24h, joten oli vähän ongelmia, kun saavuimme vasta illalla. Vaati useampia puhelinsoittoja ja viestejä, ennen kuin saimme koodin, millä pääsimme sisään.
- Angelique (4/5): Dårlig service - Hadde bestilt rom for en familie på fem, å det ble framvist at det skulle være et soverom og stue kjøkken. Det var det ikke! Alle sammen lå på stua. I tillegg bestilte jeg parkerings plass for bilen å fikk Mail samme dag vi skulle ankomme at de hadde ikke parkering før dagen etter. Dagen etter etterspurte jeg parkering å fikk beskjed om at hun hadde «glemt» at vi skulle ha så vi fikk ikke parkering vi hadde booket! Vi skulle betale for sen arrival også for vi kom sent på kvelden. Fikk Mail når hun dro fra jobb om at hun la nøkkelen i resepsjonen og kode til døra for hun dro hjem. Useriøst å kjedelig å møte på et rom som ikke fyller forventningene!
- Radka (8/5): - Milá recepční, prostorný apartmán, pohodlné postele, klid. Hned za hotelem park a hřiště, v blízkém okolí obchody. Jediná výtka je ne úplně super úklid - celkově (plesnivý plech zapomenutý v troubě je detail, to se stane). Poměr cena/kvalita super.
- Jakub (10/5): - Příjemné místo s vybavenou kuchyní. Velký prostor, čisté. Absence klimatizace, při otevřených oknech hlučnější ulice.
- Lenka (8/5): - Pobyt bez problémů, akorát okolí hotelu nic moc a navíc je hotel v půlce kopce, takže po celém dnu na nohách je celkem únavné se k němu dostat. Jinak žádná výtka, vše v naprostém pořádku

(10/5): Praag met rolstoel - Wij zijn 5 dagen in Praag geweest en verbleven in het terrace Hotel De kamers zijn ruim en licht en netjes alleen we hadden het geboekt als rolstoel kamer en dat viel tegen want de badkamer was niet toegankelijk omdat de entree te smal was het hotel zit op een half uurtje lopen naar Praag centrum
- Oliwa (8/5): - Wszystko w porządku, czysto, na nocleg wystarczy. Jedyny minus brak miejsca parkingowego, niby parking jest ale już miejsca dla gości hotelowych brak ;)
- Robert (8/5): 4 dagar familjevistelse - Smidig incheckning, rent och fräscht, hårda sängar, lakan och handdukar var bra. Bristfällig mängd tallrikar och bestick. Svårt att hitta parkering. Stora ytor i lägenheten. Funkade väl att vara 2 vuxna och 3 barn.
- LA Mason (8/5): Nearly there, but not quite. Worth the cost - I had a very pleasant experience staying at Terrace Hotel. The room was large and the bed huge and incredibly comfortable. Everything was super clean and hotel arranged for my room to be cleaned, despite me leaving for the day mid-afternoon. Location cannot be called central, but the tram is only a ten minute walk away. Staff were very friendly. However, there were a few issues with my stay. My hotel shuffle service took me an hour to find and, despite them being advertised on my booking, there were no toiletries, even once requested. I was also supposedly charged €15 for late Check-IN, something that I have never heard of before. Once these few issues are ironed out, I’ll recommend this hotel highly.
- Soner (8/5): GERÄUMIGES ZIMMER MIT KÜCHE - Wir haben im Hotel eine Übernachtung gebucht. PKW konnte ich in der eigenen abgeschlossenen Garage für 20 Euro pro Tag abstellen. Die Betten waren sauber und frisch bezogen. Es könnte natürlich noch sauberer sein aber im allgemeinen kann man nichts schlechtes sagen. Wir haben die Küche nicht benutzt. Mikrowelle und Herd... Alles da und sauber. Bad sauber. Es ist ruhig. Ich kann den Aufenthalt dort empfehlen...

- Brigitte (10/5): Praktisch und ideal für Familien! - Das Apartment war sehr geräumig, sauber und gut eingerichtet. Die Lage war auch sehr gut, da gleich in der Nähe ein Supermarkt war. Mit der Strassenbahn und den Bussen hat man schnell die Stadtmitte erreicht. Sogar ein sehr s höner Spielplatz befindet sich direkt hinter der Wohnung. Sehr gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis!
- Franco (10/5): - Muy Limpio. Ambas recepcionistas de la mañana y la tarde muy predispuestas a todo. Muy buena atencion! Recomendable. Para destacar: Muy limpio. Disfrute mucho mis tres dias en Praga. Volvería sin dudarlo
- Jane (6/5): Okay but not much of a view - Expected to see views of Prague but you’re either facing another apartment block or a graffitied park, bed abit firm although sofa bed much more comfy, apartment is simple with pots and pans, always warm which was perfect for coming back from the cold, if your stay is longer than 2 days it’s meant to be cleaned on the 3rd day although no cleaner in sight. Easy 30min walk from Old Town/St Wenceslas square.
