- Chitranshu (8/5): - Value for money Nearby approaching road
- jaspreet (10/5): -
- Shadab (1/5): Horrific Bad - nothing horrible property everything it was almost closed
- Francois (8/5): Tous c’est bien passé - Très beau et bien placer Rien
- amit (8/5): - Had a pleasant stay with family. Enjoyed swimming pool with kids. Swimming pool requires more cleaning.Walkable distance from Pushkar ghats and temples. Dinner and breakfast had good options. Big cheers for the cook and server
- Subhash (10/5): - Dining service is not excellent and cleaning average.
- Nikola (10/5): Cute hotel close to the Pushkar lake - It is a very nice hotel, although it is still partly in construction. It is very close to the Pushkar lake, so it is ideal for exploring Pushkar. The staff was very friendly and hospitable, fulfilling all needs that we had. The room and bathroom were spacious, with a large and very comfortable bed. It was very clean. The WIFI worked flawlessly. I cannot point out anything bad about this accommodation. We were fully satisfied. Once when the construction will be fully over, it will be an amazing place.
- Ravikanth (10/5): Nice and neat place in small town - Near to the temple and lake. You can walk as well as take a tuktuk if you like.
Food was good and was customisable. Table and chairs on the balcony were not clean.
- Sukanya (10/5): - Good stay
- Alok (1/5): Very Disgusting Property - Nothing Where to start is a Question.... The food was poor. The rooms were dirty. The Bed Linen and other rooms stuff were torn and in very poor condition. The staff was arogant and not helpful...... Extremely Shabby Property not even worth selling on any Platform..... Suggest Booking.com to remove it from your listing
- alexandria (10/5): - Great place to stay if you are coming for the Pushkar Festival. Walking distance to the temple and main market. The reservation manager was very helpful, giving me the inside scoop on when to visit the temple to avoid the massive festival crowds. Great customer service from all staff, the bed was comfortable, and the balcony offered up a beautiful morning sunrise. All in all a good stay.
- Sudeep (9/5): Superb -
- Annabel (6/5): Cheap, but not clean - Hot water, walkable to the lake. Not very clean, sheets had stains on them. Did not try food there as dining room did not seem clean. Laundry came back faded yet somehow still not clean. Didn’t try the pool as did not seem that clean.
- Baburaj (5/5): Not great - Difficult to find out the olace Lack of proper signbord
- Vivek (8/5): Very good -
- Jan (7/5): Good - A very clean pool. Nice rooms with balcony and view. No juice in the restaurant at breakfast is a bit strange, especially as it happened at both the occasions we had breakfast.
- John (9/5): Excellent hotel - Location in relation to lake and town. Excellent breakfasts on rooftop. All staff, and managers Mr Naredrea and Mr Hanumar, very helpful. Can certainly recommend this hotel
- Taranjot (6/5): Close to Pushkar Mela. That’s the only standout for the stay. Service and room keep is mediocre. - Close to Pushkar Mela. That’s the only standout for the stay. Service and room keep is mediocre.
- Modi (4/5): Worst Attitude ever. - The property was close to the market The staff was very rude and non-cooperative, they would call in every 5 mins for check out. Even though we said we needed some time for the same, they would look at us as in we had committed a crime. We asked for their help to call a taxi for our departure but they were useless. The reception staff is very very rude. They have no manners and they charge for extra water.
- Shilpa (7/5): Okay for overnight stay. - Location. Breakfast was chaotic, no food refills, no tea, had to constantly keep asking for stuff. Only one waiter running around to sort everyone's requests. Disappointing to say the least.
- Althea (10/5): - The decor is older and very unique. The grounds are pretty and well maintained. The staff was friendly, courteous and helpful. They offered help with taxis, camel rides, etc. They were easily accessible and very friendly.
- Simon (9/5): Superb - Location .. only 5 mins walk to the centre but located in a quiet area .. large, clean rooms overlooking the garden and swimming pool .. The staff are very accomodating.. we arrived early off a night train and our room was offered and made available as soon as we arrived .. this was very much appreciated 😀 None
- Gr (9/5): Superb -
- Elizabeth (7/5): Good -
- Jaganathan (8/5): Very good, due my family persons all will like and says room is good. - All are good and place is also looks beatiful. view is also good. Man power has to be increase.
- Peter (9/5): very peaceful & relaxing. I’ll use the pool next time. - staff very friendly. Room very spacious and comfortable especially the bed. 10 + minute walk to the lake / shops / cafés etc. This was a problem for my wife with hip/knee problems.
- Paul (8/5): noisy but comfy - big room and nice bed very noisy
- Jason (7/5): Good -
- Raghavan (10/5): Exceptional - From the time you enter the compound of the property you feel elated. The check in was very easy. The room was so big and cool. There was no need for even the fan. A true haveli experience. Regarding food, the choices available can be improved. Taste wise it is good. Very close to the temple but still away from the hustle and bustle of the town. All parameters are good. As stated earlier the spread can be improved. Options in food are limited
- Pradeep (9/5): Wonderful and comfortable - Very large room size. Great balcony. Clean and welcoming
- Susan (8/5): Very good - Good size room. Staff supplied an extra blanket and heater. Breakfast was served late.
- Gaurav (8/5): Very good -
- Albert (3/5): Poor - Nothing, except for breakfast Staff and other guests were very very noisy and we could hear them loud and clear from our room and couldn't relax at all. We stayed in 208 and above our room is the restaurant, staff was dragging the tables and chairs which was heard loud and clear in our room. TV was not working. Kettle plug did not fit the wall socket. Cloth rail hanger inside the toilet was fixed at 7 feet, right top of the toilet door. Most annoying thing was the light switch which was outside the room in the corridor. Before going to sleep we were not able to switch off the light from inside the room, we had to put it off from outside. Middle of the night if we have to use the toilet no lights. Worst part is that at 6 in the morning while we were still sleeping the entire room light went on, as one of the staff switched on the main switch in the corridor. Very very disappointing stay. I will not recommend anyone to stay in this place.
- Sharma (7/5): Good -
- Sandy (8/5): Clean hotel but poor check in and communication - Room and bedding was CLEAN. That was the most important factor for us when choosing this hotel. Location is a short walk away from the lake and all the main shops and restaurants. We didn’t have any hot or even lukewarm water in the shower.
Major Issues communicating with hotel manager and staff - I wanted to book a taxi for the next day and I confirmed the day and time with the front desk. Then the next morning we were woken up with a loud phone call asking us to confirm the taxi again and them mentioning the price yet again (which I had already said was fine like three times). Literally 10 seconds after we hung up the phone, a staff member banged on the door to ask about the taxi and we AGAIN had to say what time we wanted it, be informed of the price repetitively and confirm the taxi.
Also check in process was painful. While the manager was photocopying my passport, he tried to get me to go into our room and not to worry, he’ll send someone to bring my passports back to me in the room.. um no. I politely declined and said I will wait for my passports at the front desk. He continued to urge me to leave and check into my room. Once passports were copied, I went to check out our room and then 10 minutes later, the front desk ran and said they needed my passports. The guy went through all our pages and then questioned our UK visas and said they had expired. I have no idea why they were asking about our UK visas when we are here to visit India, and would not believe me when I said my visa is valid (only the visa entry date is printed on the UK visa). SO we had to go back to our room to get our BRP UK cards for proof. I’ve stayed at 5 hotels during my time in India so far and not once has this happened. They usually don’t go through every page of your passport like this nosy manager did.
- Singh (3/5): Poor - Staff Infrastructure and fescility
- Om (10/5): Exceptional - Neat and clean 👌 food was very costly and wasn't appreciable. Overall good
- Renato (10/5): Superb Stay, Highly Recommended - The hotel did everything possible to make our stay comfortable. Staff are superb, friendly and helpful. Bedlinen was white and new, towels mostly as well. Staff serviced our room every day without being asked, which is great. It was nice staying a little outside the main market area, within walking distance, and with views to where the camels are located. N/A
- Indranil (5/5): Okay; nothing great - Rooms were good Food was very sad.
- Maheskumar (9/5): Superb - Very nice hotel.Quite roomy.Good location. Friendly staff.Breafast was tea coffee puva paratha and toast.good lunch and dinner.Value for money. Everything was fantastic.
- Emily (10/5): Exceptional - Really comfortable beds! The pool was clean and large enough for a decent swim. It’s a great location and close to the main attractions.
- Duangta (9/5): Great place to stay - Good hotel with everything you need for a pleasant night. The room was big. Staff was really helpful and friendly. Good WiFi. Nothing
- Malay (9/5): Superb -
- Kayanne (9/5): lovely oasis after the madness of the Pushkar fair. - Nice green space, spacious rooms and clean free from the dust. nothing bad to say
- Shilpi (6/5): Pleasant - Ambience
Room size
Location Rat in room
Staff rude
Dinner quality and options pathetic
Power went off repeatedly with no power back up had to get ready in dark
- Vandana (9/5): Superb - The chef made Jain dinner and breakfast for us. The towel used by the previous occupant was hanging in the bathroom.
- Amrit (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ajay (8/5): Pleasure stay. - It was a nice stay, New set up, food amazing, staff polite. Travel Arrangement, No contact with Taxi and Auto for nominal rate.
- Amit (9/5): Superb -
- Santosh (7/5): Good -
- Kristian (9/5): One of the highlights of my trip to India - This hotel is wonderful. I can’t recommend it enough. the room was spotlessly clean and spacious. All of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. (Vikram Singh Rajawat was especially attentive during my stay).
- Neeraj (9/5): Superb -
- deepak (6/5): - Disappointed with the overall experience. Disappointing with Expedia as well the manager first shared a bill of Rs. 6151 with food. After this they realised that I booked the room from Expedia the the final bill I paid is Rs.10131. I paid double the normal rate for the room by Expedia. I’ll not recommend this app to any of my family and friends and will not use this for any future booking.
- Vikas (10/5): - I stay at moti Mahal for one nights I booked deluxe double room but reseption person upgrade my room mountain view and hotel staff is very friendly Room was very clean and nice swimming pool when I go next time pushkar then stay same Palace I highly recommend. And Lake walking distance Moti Mahal Lake view hotel
- Radhakrishnan (8/5): Good & Bad - Nice new place clean floors, sheets and washroom, needs some improvement with lighting. Staff very attentive and helpfull, approach is bad, dusty, dirty confusing path way luckily that is only for a short distance closer to the Hotel. Some rooms have nice view of the hills afar, but view of the closer sorrounding is dissapointing.Building has integrity, the food tasted fresh and was served with smiles by happy looking staff. It is a good walk or drive away from the sarovar, temples and commercial street.
- Mary K (6/5): Pushkar - Pleasant views from roof top. No hot shower. Room ok but very cold. Accosted by man at the lake demanding "donation" in US dollars. Would skip this town and stay in Aimee instead.
- Sarah (8/5): Comfortable Stay - New hotel in haveli style. Rooms were comfortable and very clean, good shower in bathroom. Booked a lake view room, however you could not see the lake, probably better off going for a mountain view room. Breakfast very limited and service slow, we didn’t take any other meals in the hotel although they do offer dinner. Less than 10 minuet walk to town but initially along a sandy track but this wasn’t an issue. Overall a comfortable stay just could be improved by getting the service right. I would stay here again.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Boa localização e a tradicional profissionalidade do Grupo TAJ, por si uma marca que nunca deixa a desejar.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Nice Hotel in Pushkar - Modern amenities, Nice location, Quiet and everything was good
- Verified traveler (10/5): A modern hotel in heart of Pushkar - Everything was nice the room, food and location. You might have to walk a little in dirt to reach to hotel but that's ok given the location and peace and comfort. Recommended for all kinds of travellers
- Verified traveler (8/5): New hotel, comfortable enough but work in progress - A few minutes' walk away from the lake, could do with improved signage. The hotel's newness shows in its slightly inexperienced staff and lack of finishing touches in the room. However, comfortable and clean, with easy access to the lake and town.
