• Veljko (3/5): Okey for the price but room smells like sewerage! - Cheap price, and good air conditioner, We booked a room with trace and got a bungalow. room is not in best condition but it's okey for the price you pay, but the whole room smells from the toilet an the plumbing.

• Маргарита (8/5): - В целом неплохо. Мы жили в бунгало, дорога в горку. В комнате темновато, мало света и иногда он мигал. Мы жили две ночи. Холодильник и кондиционер есть это хорошо. Достаточно просто. Воду питьевую не предоставляют.
• Laura (10/5): Comfortable stay and wonderful pool with view - Great comfortable room with private balcony. Excellent pool with a view and open until 8pm so you can see the sun set. Very hilly walk up to the rooms from main check-in desk. But I guess to be expected on a hilly island and when booking hill top accommodation with a view!

• Cristina (4/5): No repetiría - Está a unos 10 min caminando de todo el bullicio y las fiestas del centro por lo que es muy tranquilo. Además las vistas desde la piscina son espectaculares, aunque preparaos para subir escaleras. Habíamos reservado una habitación triple con terraza y al llegar nos metieron en un bungalow (mucho más barato) que olía a humedad y era muy pequeño. Tuvimos que reclamar para que nos cambiaran y aun así pasamos la primera noche en el bungalow porque nos dijeron que lo tenían todo lleno.

• Romina (7/5): Buona sistemazione se si hanno buone gambe. - Camera molto luminosa grazie all'ampia finestra che da sul terrazzo. Camera pulita. Sono fornite ogni giorno 2 bottigliette d'acqua e bustine caffè per il bollitore. Arrivare a piedi dal porto con i bagagli è veramente molto faticoso sia per il caldo estremo che per le salite ed i gradini. Chiederei un passaggio a pagamento al porto a qualcuno con il carrello. Il bagno ha bisogno di essere rinnovato.

• Katie (10/5): Great location for couples. - Our room was very spacious, the view from the balcony was amazing. The pool was clean and so peaceful. There was no noise from any bars etc on the Island it was further enough away to be peaceful and tranquil but also close enough to everywhere on the island within a 5-10 minute walk.

• Agustin (7/5): - La ubicación , el aire acondicionado y la cama . El personal estaba durmiendo la siesta cuando llegamos , sin embargo nos ofrecieron agua y atendieron rápido. El cartel de “vistas al jardín” es una mentira ya que no tiene jardín y la piscina no está en el hotel. Mucho olor a cloacas en el baño y no salía agua caliente en la ducha.

• Sinead (10/5): - The pool was the highlight! Beautiful view overlooking the sea and so clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was basic but clean. Hotel was in the perfect location - 5-10 minute walk from the main buzz of phi phi which meant it was quiet and peaceful but very easy to get to everything. Would highly recommend staying here. The booking mentions there's breakfast included, but there was no breakfast available when we arrived. However this isn't an issue as within a 10 minute walk there are plenty of breakfast options.

Cuando pedimos que room service solo extendieron la sabana de mala gana, no arreglaron la cama realmente. El baño huele horrible todo el tiempo.

• Bouchaib (1/5): C une honte , j’aurais juste visiter avant en me l offrirai, je ne reste pas mais nous avons payé 90 € la nuit du jamai - Absolument rien , publicité mensongère en vous vend vraiment du rêve, les photos ne correspond absolument pas à la réalité. Nous vivons au même étage que le personnel les terrasses avec des fringues et des chaussures à l’entrée sale 😞ils sont désagréable quand on leur explique, que ce n’est pas ce qu’on a vu lors de la réservation. C sale , les meubles sont vieux cassés , il n’y a que les excursions que nous avons vraiment aimé ..j’insiste Je vous le déconseille très fortement , je cherchais juste un minimum de confort, mais là c’était la cata. Je n’ai jamais vécu ça de ma vie, une famille 🥰.. Catastrophe et vu le prix c une honte

The location, friendly staff, and peaceful atmosphere were - The hotel is in a nice and peaceful location, which made the stay very relaxing. The staff were friendly and the service was fast. The swimming pool was really nice and view from the pool area was absolutely stunning. There were only a few sunbeds, but it never felt crowded. We walked from the pier with our luggage, and the distance was completely fine for us. The room felt a bit old-fashioned and could use some renovation, although it was fairly clean overall. There were quite a lot of stairs to climb, which might be challenging for some guests. In addition, the directions to the swimming pool were a bit confusing.

Basen należy do innego, zamkniętego resortu. Być może mają zgodę na korzystanie z basenu, ale na pewno nikt nie pielęgnuje go. Woda wyraźnie zielonkawa. Przenieśliśmy się po 2 dobach do innego hotelu w bardzo podobnej cenie.

Birde 12:00 da check out yapacağım ama sabah 11:00 de kapimi caldilar sonuçta 12:00 a kadar bana ait belki 1 saat daha uyuyacagim belki ben saat 12:00 deyince tamam dediler ama o saate kadar rahatsız etmemeleri gerekir bence.

• Sascha (2/5): Schimmelbude - Lage ist ruhig, etwas weg vom Geschehen. Schimmel in jeder Ecke. Die Wände waren nur aus Sperrholz, ohne Klima war es nicht auszuhalten und die hat leider lange gebraucht, denn sie lief nur mit der Karte. Dusche quasi im Klo. Preis/Leistung passt gar nicht!
