- Berli (5/5): - Der Blick ins grüne. Das Zimmer hat sehr modrig gerochen. Die Ausstattung ist bereits in die Jahre gekommen. Das Badezimmer ist sehr klein und es gab vorallem kaltes Wasser. Ich habe nach 3 Tagen wieder ausgecheckt und mir eine andere Unterkunft gesucht.

Personnel aidant (possibilité de louer des scooters et de demander un service de taxi). Dommage pour quelques éléments de service qui ne sont pas aux standards qu'on a rencontré ailleurs : produit dans la piscine pas agréable ; petit-déjeuner peu qualitatif et peu copieux ; pas de nettoyage des chambres sauf sur demande.

- davide (7/5): I particolari fanno la differenza - L'albergo e molto carino silenzioso in una buona posizione e la stanza al piano superiore ha un bellissimo balcone . Sono tre anni che freqiuento questo piccolo e accogliente albergo, due cose sono cambiate, la proprietaria questo anno non era sempre presente e si vedeva la differenza poi hanno inserito 2 bungalow nel mezzo del giardino del resort, che sicuramente ne ha peggiorata l'aspetto complessivo per chibvi soggiorna. Un po più cura nella pulizia della camera sarebbe auspicabile... ma siamo in thailandia...

Lovely to spend the day relaxing by the pool and no fight for sun beds like other resorts. Nice breakfast sat on tables near the pool. Great upstairs room … huge with lovely balcony Little bit of a walk to the beach, restaurants etc…but not a big problem

The owner was kind enough to drop us - The picture you see above is what we thought we were getting . Which peeking inside was quite nice Unfortunately we were taken to an unnumbered room at the very end of the complex that appears to be unfinished . Did not look like this . The property is also a long walk to the beach on a hot day
- Anna Rosén (8/5): Väldigt bra hotell - Underbart hotell på bra läge. 5 min till stranden , 7-11 . Sköna sängar, bara lite hårda. Fina rum med bra balkong. Poolen välskött och många solstolar. Tyst läge på nätterna . De som skötte receptionen var fantastiska och hjälpte till med allt. Frukosten . Rekommenderar att de börjar servera kaffe americano och erbjuder mjölk. Juicen kan också förbättras. Övrigt var det bra val som fanns. Hade varit kul om de sålde läsk och vatten i receptionen.

- Judy (3/5): Won’t be back - Gardens were lovely and rooms were neat and tidy. Mix up in our booking that was never rectified. I was told I would have to move rooms but staff never provided any communication or update. I sent communication that I wasn’t happy and they ignored my message until I vacated and they wanted more money. Rooms were not equipped with enough towels or toilet paper. Breakfast was confusing. Also saw several other groups complaining as we departed.

- Chiara (9/5): Soggiorno confortevole a basso prezzo - La struttura è in un’ottima posizione, 5 minuti dal mare. A pochi passi sono presenti tanti ristoranti, bar e noleggi scooter. A due minuti a piedi è presenta un 7-eleven. La struttura non serve la colazione, ma in camera dispone di un grande frigorifero, microonde, piatti e posate. Le camere sono spaziose, letti comodi e bagno grande. Sul balcone sono presenti due sdraie e uno stendino. Lo staff super gentile e sempre com il sorriso. La camera non era pulitissima, ma per il rapporto qualità - prezzo andava più che bene. Per come viaggio io, le due cose che devono essere estremamente pulite sono le lenzuola e asciugami.
- Kina (6/5): Unhygienisch & unzuverlässig – für Familien nicht empfehlenswert - Die Anlage ist eigentlich sehr schön gelegen und hätte viel Potenzial. Wir hatten zuerst ein gutes Zimmer ( lediglich mit verschmiertem Eisfach) im oberen Bereich und fühlten uns wohl. Als uns ein Zimmerwechsel vorgeschlagen wurde, stimmte ich zu – in der Erwartung eines gleichwertigen Zimmers. Stattdessen erhielten wir ein deutlich schlechteres Zimmer im unteren Bereich: muffiger Geruch, Feuchtigkeit/Schimmel, schmutzige Wände, Fenster, die nicht schließen, Geckokot (auch auf Besteck) und ein ungeputzter Kühlschrank mit Haaren und alter Flüssigkeit. Trotz mehrfacher Bitten wurde nicht richtig gereinigt. Eine einfache, regelmäßige Grundreinigung würde hier Wunder bewirken. Unzumutbar war außerdem, dass der Zimmerwechsel abends um 19:30 Uhr – mit kleinem Kind – stattfinden sollte. Der Pool war ebenfalls nicht sauber und führte nach kurzer Zeit zu Hautjucken. Nach unserer höflichen Rückmeldung war kaum noch Hilfsbereitschaft spürbar(wurden ignoriert vom vorherigen Ansprechpartner ignoriert, sehr irritierend für mein Kind auch)für einen 2-Minuten-Transport sollten 150 Baht gezahlt werden. Insgesamt entstand der Eindruck, dass wir aus dem guten Zimmer „herausgeschoben“ wurden, um es hier offenes teurer weiterzuvermieten. Schade um das Potenzial. Wer Wert auf Sauberkeit und verlässlichen, respektvollen Umgang legt, sollte hier aktuell vorsichtig buchen. ( Fotos nach Bitteum Säuberung)

- Lisa (8/5): - Down a driveway and off the main road giving it a private and safe feeling. Large spacious rooms with standard Thai bathroom. Good amount of inbuilt furniture to put your stuff. Good sized fridge. Not on the beach and definitely no beach access as it boasts. Instead it’s about a 5-10 minute walk along the road. Huge bed. Quite new building. Pool is clean and great for laps. No restaurant on site which makes the place lack any sort of positive social vibe. The owners speak very little English and hardly took any notice of us. We stayed 4 nights and had to ask for fresh towels on day 3. Loads of dining options and a 7 eleven within 5-10 minutes walk. Good value for the price we paid. Rooms can be locked with a padlock. We booked our excursions elsewhere as there never seemed to be anyone around at reception

The nearby beach is beautiful and very quiet and there are plenty of places to eat. I extended from 4 nights to 6. The island is incredible, definitely necessary renting a vehicle to explore. Lack or laundry service isn't ideal. They have a couple of washing machines you can use yourself for a small fee, but no dryer. I ended up driving to a laundrette, which wasn't ideal.

The Infinity was the best! - The location of our room on the second floor was spectacular overlooking the pool and a beautiful small farm with cows grazing not far from our very spacious balcony! It was stunning!🤩 There was no food or beverages available at the property but many good restaurants, stores and the beach were a short 10-15 minute walk from the hotel.

The crew is also the kindest ever! The shower’s temprature was impossible to control, and the toilet would always get soaked due to the lack of shower wall.
- ZHI YAN (10/5): - Overall an enjoyable stay. The location is fantastic, 2 mins walk to the main street where 7-Eleven, Lotus, dining and massage options are. Add another 2 mins stroll to the beach where there are bars and more dining options. It's also located in the middle of the island so it's convenient to travel around the island, especially to old town as the road there leads straight to the hotel. Room is nicely renovated and big, with 2 separate tables so my partner and I each had a table to work remotely, there was also a pantry with a decent size fridge. Only feedback would be on the check-in. There was no staff onsite when we arrived at 10.20pm. I've been to multiple hotels that aren't manned 24hrs, we would have been alerted beforehand and after hours check-in options provided (an area that Infinity needs to improve on). We did eventually manage to contact the staff (who then came on a scooter) via the Whatsapp number Expedia provided who helped checked us in.

- Kate (9/5): A great stay at Lanta Infinity Resort! - Me and my partner loved our stay at Lanta Infinity Resort and wanted to stay longer! It is a lovely kept resort with a nice amount of rooms so it never feels too busy. The staff were great and so friendly. The room was very spacious and clean, and the pool was great too. In a great location just a few minutes from the shops and beach but also tucked away so it never feels noisy. Would highly recommend! We liked everything.

Quiet location, within easy walking distance to bars, restaurants and the beach. Rooms were very big and comfortable with large balcony overlooking the pool. Breakfast was pre-ordered each evening, which wasn't a problem and freshly served at a time of our choice, in a communal area close to reception. Towels for the beach/pool were provided. We were also able to hire a moped inexpensively from the hotel too. We had a most pleasant stay. Would recommend, so long as you are aware there is no restaurant or bar here. You can cheaply stock the fridge in the room and plenty of space to self cater. We had a really good stay.

- Elizabeth (9/5): Lovely, restful place, off the main area but only a short walk to the beach. - Really lovely staff who went out of their way to be helpful. The room was modern, clean and airy with a lovely balcony and bathroom. The swimming pool was clean and big enough to swim in with a separate shallow pool at the end for children. When we went it was quiet and so reception was not always manned so we made the mistake of booking a tour from another operator. I wish we had booked through them as we had a problem which they would have sorted. Maybe they could advertise their services a bit more but this isn't really a criticism of them more just advice.

- Denitio (1/5): Didn’t spend a single night out of the 5 booked. - Nothing Nothing advertised as it is. In the initial mail from Booking I was told to pay a specific number, which was 9967 THB. When I arrived I had to pay 13% on top of that, which was not mentioned in the email. In the email instead it said that I had to pay the 9967 THB. Around and on the property it feels like a waste collection zone, just very unhygienic circumstances. The room we were assigned, the employee told us she prepared for us a bigger room, instead of the one we booked. The room we initially booked was already supposed to be the Deluxe Room, the one she showed us. Upon arriving in the room, we were immediately greeted by an unpleasant smell from the bathroom. The sewage/drainage was just very difficult to deal with. The faucet was broken, the toilet was dirty, the bed was not made up. There were two mattresses in front of our door out in the open. There were maybe 20 flies coming out of the bathroom when the door opened, mosquitoes everywhere. We told the employee that we cannot stay there, she showed us different rooms, and while the amount of mosquitoes went down, 3-4 rooms she showed us had the same issue. She claimed that the smell had to do with the previous person who booked the room, but that’s not plausible, since we have been shown multiple rooms and it was clear that there hasn’t been done any maintenance. We told the employee that we wish to check out, and that we’d like a refund since we haven’t stayed there for over 30 minutes max. After practically begging us to take a different room, which we refused as this was clearly not as advertised, she told us that Booking will take care of the refund, if we email them: So we did. Booking has asked this “Resort” to make an exception, and they are now saying that they can’t do a refund and that Booking hasn’t contacted them. This is by far the worst place you can stay at, the price you pay does not come close to what you’d deserve for the money.
- Jenda5 (6/5): Too much room for improvement? - The room was nice and quite well equipped. We really liked the big fridge. The pool was also nice, especially for kids. The place has a good position close to shops, restaurants both cheap and fancy and a beach. Motorbike trips to the nicest beaches down south won't take you too long either. Standard socket mosquito killer from local shop solves the mosquito problem many complained about in the reviews. Quite a lot of the equipment is run down and needs repairs or replacement (especially bathroom). Do not expect any professional or consistent service. The room make up can mean something else every day. The worst part by far is the breakfast. It's so bad and bizarre you'll feel like in a British sitcom from filling breakfast forms every morning for every person (do you want water melon OR orange juice?) to getting random combinations (of mostly poor eggs) brought from a basement kitchen by people who will never say a word to you. You can get a nice buffet breakfast for the same price at the beach. Just avoid this morning disaster. Much like other places in Lanta, it is also crazy overpriced for what it offers. We paid about 2.5K thb per night which can get you a four star hotel at other places in Thailand.

- Maldire (1/5): We left before the end of our booking - Not much I asked for a second floor room since the mosquito situation in Lanta is not ideal and asked the hotel to confirm before hand. They replied yes but ofc, set us on the ground floor. The rude woman at the entrance replied to every question with cash or card and you really feel like you are in a tourist mill. The room on the bottom floor have zero privacy. Like nothing. It’s all in a row in front of the pool and if you lie in bed you have constant eye contact with people walking by. The children of the owner live on the property and it gets loud. All day. I m happy to have more informal experiences but a bit of quiet is necessary. Almost all windows in the room don’t lock, and I don’t think we were the only ones to have issues with it, judging from the amount of mosquitos splatted on the walls by previous guest. Bed is hard as stone. Room is so ran down it’s crazy ( or lazy). Tv has only two channels, in Thai. No windows in the bathroom that open. For what it costed, it was awful. We left before the date we booked. They didn’t even bother to ask why. So far, our worst accommodation in our three week trip. And very expensive for what it is.
- Kathryne (5/5): A disappointing stay all round. - The room its self was OK. I liked the fact that it had a balcony although I found the chairs very uncomfortable. Also, the bed, like everywhere else in Thailand is as hard as a rock. Would be nice if there were just one English channel on the TV. The woman at reception were very nice and helpful. The surrounding were quite sketchy. The landscaping is non existent, the whole place needs a good clean up. There were only 2 umbrellas by the pool. Every morning a British couple put towels on 2 beds so in reality there was only 1 umbrella available. There was one other but it was broken beyond repair. The breakfast wasn't very good. You had to fill in a ticket on what your choices were and they were limited. You could have it delivered to your room. On a few mornings the toast wasn't toasted - just bread. My eggs were always perfect. The coffee was not drinkable. Seven eleven wasn't far for a passable coffee. The area were you had breakfast was always clean but there were flies everywhere.
- Jason (8/5): Good value for the money. - Property was clean Pool was very nice. Good coconuts—very sweet. Close to many good restaurants. Big bed. I had a window that would not lock. They said they would fix it but never did. I improvised and put a stick in the lock. The shower head is really high. No hand towels. Bed is pretty firm.

- Mark (10/5): A little oasis a short walk from a stunning beach. - A little oasis away from the heat of the (beautiful) beach! Our room was large, airy and comfortable. The staff were really sweet and spoke enough English to be really helpful, and fun. Use of washing mashing for B30 a load! Breakfast was simple but fine. 5 minutes from the little town and the beach. So much choice to eat and drink ON the beach as you watch the sunset. We hired scooters, did 4 island trip and husband got his PADI with Lanta Diver. Lovely chilled out week here and recommend to anyone. Nothing.

The pool is a good size for the number of guests and very clean. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and arranged our onward transfer. We had breakfast included which was lovely. We chose the fresh fruit and yoghurt and muslie option but eggs and toast were also available.

- Emily (10/5): Fabulous hotel, definitely recommend! - I loved everything about this hotel, it was in a perfect location, 5 minutes to 7eleven, the main street and the beach. Its a beautiful hotel, its very clean and the staff were absolutely lovely and so helpful, particularly the receptionist but I don't think I got her name unfortunately. We were originally only staying there for 2 nights but ended up extending for another 3 until we were due to fly home, I wish we could have stayed longer! Thank you so much for everything ❤️

Ricca helped us to book bikes, ferry’s and airport accommodation. The location was great. Within walking distance to the beach, it was so peaceful even though it was so close to the beach. We really loved our stay. Everything was perfect.
