• Ainhoa (10/5): UNA ESTADÍA MUY CASERA Y CERCANA - Tal vez porque fui en una época más tranquila, pero mi hospedaje estuvo muy bien porque éramos muy pocos, y me daba la sensación que vivía en mi casa. El hostal está muy bien porque todo está muy limpio y tiene su cocina para poder comer cada uno a su aire. La ventaja que tiene es su ubicación, a 10 minutos de la estación de guaguas y el auto check-in, que es muy útil para las personas que llegan tarde por su vuelo. Lo único que no me gustó fue que había algún que otro compañero muy sucio que no recogía su vajilla y te robaba la comida.
• Françoise (4/5): Gute Lage, mangelhafte sanitäre Einrichtungen. - Ruhige Lage und dennoch ist das Zentrum gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Schöne & gemütliche Dachterrasse! Freundliches Personal. Eine abschliessbare Umkleidekabine. Es gibt private Handtücher. Die sanitären Einrichtungen sind mangelhaft und unangenehm! Nur drei Duschen und drei Toiletten für 25 Personen. Die Toiletten sind eng, das Türschloss defekt. Auch die Duschkabinen lassen sich nicht abschliessen. Das Duschwasser läuft durch den ganzen Raum, man steht immer im Wasser, sehr unhygienisch. Die Küche ist dürftig ausgestattet. Die Sauberkeit hängt vom Team und von den Gästen ab. Anfangs waren Toiletten und Küche ziemlich schmutzig, in den Zimmern hatte es viel Staub und Dreck. Später waren die Küche und sanitären Einrichtungen zumindest am Morgen jeweils sauber. Im 6-er Schlafsaal hat es keine Vorhänge (!) und keine Lampen oder Abstellflächen bei den Betten. Als ich ankam, war das Bettlaken voller Sand! Offensichtlich war es nicht gewechselt worden. Als ich den Mitarbeiter darauf ansprach, hat er es sofort durch ein sauberes Laken ersetzt. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern ist schwierig. Sie sagten, es gäbe keinen Platz mehr für die folgenden Nächte, das Hostel war dann aber fast leer....
• Lucile (3/5): Nuit pas terrible - Le personnel était sympathique. Alors que l’hôtel semblait presque vide, on m’a donné une chambre qui ne pouvait être ouverte que par le personnel de l’hôtel. De plus, il n’y avait pas de savon dans le porte-savon. Enfin, il y a constamment du bruit dans l’hôtel, n’oubliez pas vos boules qies !

• Olivier (7/5): Pas cher pour une nuit mais pas plus. - Le lit était confortable ainsi que l'oreiller type mémoire de forme ! L'emplacement pas si loin du centre. Auberge un peu sans vie. Cuisine pas super propre mais fonctionnelle. Casier en mauvais état. 2 casiers de la chambre ne fermaient pas. L'eau chaude de la douche met tellement de temps à arriver que j'ai zappé la douche...

La fenêtre de la salle de bain ne fermait pas. Les canalisations étaient bruyantes. Il 'y avait pas de porte manteaux.

• Françoise (5/5): Ruhig, schöne Dachterrasse; mangelhafte & unangenehme sanitäre Einrichtungen! - Sehr ruhige Lage und trotzdem nahe beim Stadtzentrum. Schöne Dachterrasse. Die Sanitären Einrichtungen sind mangelhaft! Nur 3 Duschen & 3 Toiletten für insgesamt 25 Personen. Die Duschen und eine Toilette können nicht abgeschlossen werden. Das Wasser läuft beim Duschen in alle Kabinen, man steht ständig im Abwasser -> sehr unhygienisch. Die Toiletten sind eng, man kann sich nicht richtig hinsetzen, wenn man die Türe schliessen will! Positiv: Es hat eine abschliessbare Umkleidekabine. Die Küche ist dürftig ausgestattet. Die Sauberkeit von Küche & Bad hängt vom Reinigungsteam und den Gästen ab. Anfangs war alles sehr schmutzig! Ein paar Tage später dann wenigstens am Morgen jeweils sauber, danach je nach Gästen verschmutze Toiletten, ecc. Im 6-er Zi hat es keine Vorhänge, keine Lampen oder Ablageflächen bei den Betten. Die Gastgeber sagten jeweils, es hätte keinen Platz mehr für die nächste Nacht. Das Hostel war dann aber mehrere Nächte lang praktisch leer....

• Anna GP (5/5): Si j’avais pu je ne serais rester qu’1 nuit !!! - L’hostel lui même est assez sympa surtout la terrasse et dortoir bien avec qq lit séparé ou lit du dessous, avec des rangements avec clefs fournis mais question service perso TRES DÉÇU !!! Donc ma note reflète mon mécontentement ! Point positif : comme pas complet les deux nuits suivantes Ezechiel le patron ne m’a mis personne au dessus. Après perso même si j’ai apprécié je trouve que c’est la moindre des services à rendre comme je passe d’une chambre de 4 à 6 personnes alors que que j’avais réservée pour les 3 nuit la même chambre de 4 !!!! - Cuisine même si pas forcément toujours clean. - localisation Pourrait être mieux situé mais En 15 min à pied des premiers sites touristiques et à 20-25 min du centre historique et des bars à ambiance et resto dynamique - Arrivée dans les horaires de l’établissement mais à part la visite de la chambre aucune info à part ce qui est indiqué dans le what’s app. Ezechiel le patron a priori occupe avec Groupon - Salle de bain commune MIXTE douches adjacentes donc pieds dans l’eau du voisin donc question hygiène pas top mais surtout 2 douches sur 3 ne se ferment pas car loquet cassé !!! Et le seul qui se ferme on ne peut suspendre le pommeau de douche. - Pas de réponse à ma demande spéciale disant que ce n’est pas possible. Donc je pensais que c’était bon ! Si réponse à temps j’aurai pu annuler gratuitement (4 j avant ) mais mauvaise surprise à l’arrivée !! Donc pour avoir ma demande spéciale le lendemain il a fallu que je change de 4 lits en dortoir à 6 lits. Et pas de « discount » ou possible d’annuler gratuitement. Mais cette chambre puait si on n’ouvrait pas la fenêtre et difficile de dormir avec deux hommes qui ronflent et qui discutent à 6h du matin !!! En outre je n’ai pas pu défaire mes affaires comme je voulais le faire alors que je reste 3 nuits dans le même hostel !!! Et premier matinée je ne peux me reposer ou aller visiter la ville comme je dois attendre le Check out pour changer de chambre ! Et savoir où je mets mon sac !!! Pas de réponse aux autres messages sur booking - Pas de gestion surveillance des horaire de couvre feu. Flexible c’est bien, laxiste non qd 2h après le couvre feu c’est toujours le bordel.

• hadas (7/5): Great location and a solid private room, though it lacks the social atmosphere typical of a hostel. - The location is perfect. I walked a lot or took public transport. There is a big supermarket nearby, so it was super easy to buy everything I needed. I stayed in the private room. There are doors for the main room, the bedroom, and the shower and toilet that I really liked. The hostel is quite old, so you can hear every little step throughout the hostel. The faucet in my private bathroom was very noisy, which made me feel uncomfortable using it after 10 pm. The shower has push buttons that only run for a few seconds at a frustrating time. Additionally, there is a motion sensor light in the bathroom, so I had to constantly wave my arms to keep it from turning off. It was not the end of the world, but it made showering a bit ridiculous. Something that disappointed me was the lack of social atmosphere and community, a thing that makes it easier to connect while traveling solo. While I met pleasant and fun people through the hostel, there were no organized activities. Not even basic information about the carnival happening during the days in question. A short list of carnival activities and dates on the wall would have helped me out a lot. Lastly, after staying for five days, I wanted to extend for two more nights. The host charged me triple the original price because of the carnival dates. When I asked for a discount as a returning guest, he claimed he was not authorized to give one, but I later found out he was actually the owner.

• Eva charlotte (2/5): good location, everything else is sadly lacking - sweet volunteers who make you feel welcomed too many people in to little available space, rooftop was closed in the morning so you could only eat breakfast next to the stinky fridges, at night andrew morning there was no toilet paper and in the changing cabin in the showers was men’s underwear the whole time… the kitchen sadly was pretty dirty and the fridges could only be opend if you hold your breath. also very noisy in the evenings with sadly no respect for quiet hours and people cooking in the kitchen at all hours , so no chance to fall asleep early if you are in the downstairs room.

• Cisco (1/5): The Absolute worst, please stay away! - Beware! Don't be fooled! Let me tell you. I booked 3 months in advance. I had requested a late check-in due to my ferry trip and it was accepted. There was no further communication. A week before traveling they asked me to update my payment details and I did so immediately, no problem. Three days later they send me a link to check in online and I do it, no problem. On the morning of my trip, even before entering the accommodation, I was invited to give a 10/10 review (???). While I was traveling, in the middle of the ocean, they sent me another link which I couldn't respond to due to lack of phone connection (and they knew I was traveling from far away). Then, just hours before my arrival, I received a cancellation notice for my reservation... something completely unheard of. I asked them for explanations and was told rudely that my presence was not welcome, neither there nor in any other accommodation (?!?!?). As soon as I could, I contacted customer support by phone and email, but Booking.com still hadn't realized that the property had cancelled my reservation at the last minute. Their answers were useless and night was already falling. I tried to find another room nearby, but it was late and everyone said they were full and didn't accept walk-ins, so I had to sleep in the car, under the rain, no bathroom, pillows or blankets, very noisy and very uncomfortable. The next morning, very early, I received the "no show" notification, but the worst was yet to come... I went to the accommodation anyway, and the neighbors told me I'd better leave because that hostel has a very bad reputation in that neighborhood. So you know, don't be fooled by the low price or the positive reviews, they're not real and very dishonest. I have obviously already sent all the evidence to customer support and I sincerely hope Booking take serious action against this property and its representatives so that no one else has to suffer mistreatment at his hands.

• Blas Soto (8/5): Tenerife ciudad - La ubicación es excelente, al lado del estadio Heliodoro y del polideportivo Quico Cabrera, y a pocas cuadras del Intercambiador de Santa Cruz desde donde se llega a cualquier punto de la Isla. Cumple con todos los servicios esperados de un hostel y el ambiente es perfecto.
• Shih-Chen (5/5): Reconsider - It was listed that there were hairdryers, but we couldn’t find it, when we asked the staff, they were confused if there were ever a hairdryer??? We stayed in the private room, and we found white stuff falling off the ceiling that we cleaned up, and it continued falling from the ceiling throughout the night. The staff didn’t showed us how to enter the building, we found out through the help of other customers. We wrote to them before we arrived asking how should we check out if we’re leaving very early in the morning, they said there will be staff at the reception, and we didn’t see anyone when we left. Maybe it’s a different experience in the shared room, I don’t know, but this is just my experience.

• Dániel (8/5): Máskor is foglalnék itt simán - Klassz volt a terasz és a lenti közösségi terek. A kávéautomata finom kávét adott. Elhelyezkedése is jó volt, a több ágyas szobák is élhetőek voltak. Sok fiatal volt, ez is tetszett. Kicsit fura volt esőben, hogy a polikarbonát tető beázik és áll a víz a wc-ben, illetve az elég hangos. 3 napot voltunk, de a közösségi fürdőkben nem nagyon volt pótolva a kézmosó szappan.

• Anke (5/5): Schmaler Kurs, abenteuerlicher Aufenthalt - Lage im Zentrum hat mir sehr gut gefallen, auch fand ich es sehr sauber Die Hochbetten sind nicht an der Wand befestigt, wenn da jemand richtig schweres aufsteigt, sehe ich ein Risiko. Die Abwesenheit des Personals und die mangelnde Hilfsbereitschaft (Koffer aus der Rezeption angeln) fand ich erstaunlich. Während der Nacht ließ einer der Gäste die Haustür offen zurück - da kann sonstwer eindringen - bedenklich! Ich musste vor Antritt des Aufenthalts den Zahlungsbeleg schicken?!

• Katarzyna (8/5): Pobyt udany dzięki miłej obsłudze i lokalizacji, choć łazienka i niska temperatura w hostelu obniżał - Plusy: miła obsługa dobra lokalizacja dostęp do kuchni i miejsc do jedzenia w środku pokój dwuosobowy z łazienką łóżka wygodne, pokój prosty, ale w porządku Minusy: łazienka – długo czekałam na ciepłą wodę problem z oświetleniem w łazience – światło wyłączało się samo w łazience trochę grzyba ogólnie w hostelu trochę zimno
• Myroslava (9/5): Genial! - El chico nos atendió muy bien, fue agradable y resolutivo. Mejoro nuestra estancia y mi ultima noche en la isla. Mil gracias Atención telefónica no fue buena
• Tibor (8/5): - központi elhelyezkedés, 5-8 perc alatt a buszpályaudvarra lehetett érni, kedves és segítőkész személyzet, saját konyha, modern tusoló, mindig volt meleg víz a párna nem volt túl kényelmes, kicsi és kemény volt, a konyhában este sokan voltak, így várni kellett, hogy főzni, melegíteni tudjak, csak két mosdó volt az egész hostelre, ami kevés
• Susana Alexandra (7/5): - La llegada sencilla, la entrada independiente y facil. La habitación no tenía ventilación y el olor era horroroso. No era culpa del hostal sino mas bien de quienes se hospedada pero para mi fue super incómodo.

• Caitlin (5/5): - Cheap There were no curtains on the bed. Had to pay €1 for locker- these should be free. Hardly any space once 5 people’s bags in the space. Showers didn’t drain well and water was cold.

• Nádházi (8/5): Ha nem luxusra vágysz, csak arra hogy aludni tudj egy kulturált, tiszta helyen, nagyon jó választás. - Egy hetet töltöttem itt, minden olyan volt, mint a képeken, a tisztaság a fürdőkben szerintem kiemelkedően jó volt, enni lehetett volna a padlóról. A konyha nagyon jól felszerelt volt. Viszont olajat nem tartanak, ha jól vettem észre, viszont rengeteg fűszer volt. Illetve a közösség is jó, több ismeretséget is szereztem, és a sziget bármely része busztávon belül van, és nagyok közel is van a központi megállóhoz. Az egy hét alatt 2x is volt, hogy megbetegedett emberek voltak a szobámban, nagyon csúnyán köhögtek, és láttam hogy gyógyszereket is vettek be, emiatt én is megfertőződtem egy kicsit, nem hiszem hogy csak a gyorsan váltakozó klíma miatt volt. Ezt valahogy kikellene szűrni ilyen koedukált helyeken. Ez az egyetlen negatívum volt. Nem kényeskedni akarok, nem csak egy hétköznapi megfázással rendelkeztek…
