- Landi (1/5): Orribile - L'unica cosa positiva è la posizione centrale dello stabile Servizi di scarsissima qualità: partendo dal fatto che si son dimenticati di farci il check in senza fornirci le indicazioni e i codici di accesso alla camera e al palazzo, entrando ci siamo subito accorti di una macchia nera sul lenzuolo e di peli sul bidet e e il wc non proprio pulito (per usare un neufemismo). Letto scomodo non matrimoniale ( 2 letti singoli uniti alla bella e meglio). Quindi soggiorno orribile

- Eduardo (1/5): La Spezia is the best - No hubo desayuno y para llegar a la ubicación esta escondido. 1. Debe mejorar el trato del administrador hacia los clientes, nunca hubo una interacción presencial. 2. El televisor nunca funciono y cuando se le comunica a la persona, las soluciones que brindaba no servían. 3. Las fotos que muestran en Booking.com no corresponden al cuarto que nos mostraron totalemente diferente, solicitamos una cama extra para nuestra hija y fue imposible armarla porque no había espacio con las justas podíamos caminar. 4. Las camas que dijeron (matrimonial) no lo era, eran dos camas pegadas, totalmente incomoda.

- Barchiesi (4/5): - La posizione, è centrale Il wifi non funzionava, mi sono fatta mandare la password, abbiamo provato sia io che la mia amica ma la dava errata e gli host mi hanno solo risposto che era strano perché era quella; il televisore non funzionava, provavo a fare la ricerca dei canali ma serviva un'altra password. Il check-in doveva essere dalle 14 e invece la camera non era pronta prima delle 15, anche se ci hanno fatto lasciare i bagagli. Quindi per quanto ci è costata non ci ha soddisfatto. In centro ci sono strutture decisamente migliori per quel prezzo (e con servizi funzionanti!)

- Salvatore (6/5): Se fosse tenuto meglio, potrebbe essere una soluzione con un buon rapporto qualità prezzo da utilizzare per poche notti - La posizione La pulizia e il fatto che il lavandino del bagno non scaricava bene e si riempiva d’acqua mentre lavavo i denti o la faccia , ma soprattutto il fatto che il letto in cui ho dormito per due notti avesse una gamba rotta e nonostante il fatto che mi avessero comunicato che l’avrebbero riparata e/o sostituita non è stato fatto. Io ho dormito tutte e due le notti con il letto con la gamba rotta… infine all’interno della struttura non vi è mai una persona con cui parlare devi sempre telefonare a un cellulare e non è detto che ti rispondono sempre.

Una de ellas tenía otro mueble de mala calidad abajo de la cama para compensar que tenía una pata completamente doblada. Decidimos dormir con los colchones en el suelo por miedo a caernos mientras dormíamos.

Per il bambino di 5 anni è stata richiesta la tassa di soggiorno, ma da quanto so e anche secondo la descrizione su Booking i bambini non devono sostenere alcun costo aggiuntivo. Anche se si tratta solo di 2,5 euro, se me lo aveste comunicato fin dall’inizio lo avrei pagato senza problemi, ma il fatto che inizialmente mi abbiate detto che non c’erano costi extra e poi invece ci siano stati, lascia un senso di delusione. Ho anche provato a contattarvi via WhatsApp per chiedere informazioni, ma non ho ricevuto risposta.

- Diego (3/5): Piacevole se non fosse per il trattamento ricevuto - Ben arredata con i giusti spazi e pulita Il proprietario di casa non è all’altezza del posto in cui si trova dato che non avevamo l’acqua calda e dopo una giornata passata a prenderci in giro facendoci credere che stesse risolvendo il problema non si è nemmeno degnato di porgerci delle scuse. Non pretendevamo una risoluzione del problema immediato ma non ci aspettavamo nemmeno un trattamento del genere.

Ho pagato per un letto supplementare e c'era solo un letto matrimoniale, con 2 materassi singoli che durante la notte si aprivano e ogni tanto dovevo tirare mia figlia su visto che dormiva in mezzo a me e mio marito..

- Daniela (1/5): Will never suggest this one! - The check-in process is the worst, you must fill out a form with selfies and upload your documents in a website outside Booking.com, otherwise you don't enter the room. I never did that in any situation before. We were travelling with a baby and I asked in advance for a kettle to boil the water for baby food, and they gave me a broke and dirty kettle, impossible to use, and didn't bother to help me with that situation. The bathroom was dirty, with trash from previous guests in the shower.

- Kieran (9/5): Central, nice neighbourhood, comfortable - Location was perfect - 5 minute walk to the marina where you can go on boat trips to Portovenere and Cinque Terre, among others, and about a 20 minute walk to the train station. Location was in a nice part of the city centre and although it can be noisy staying there at times with the restaurants dotted around it did not bother us as it added to the chill atmosphere we wanted. Beds were comfortable. There is a fridge and a kettle with tea sachets provided. Payment and self check-in was easy to do. Easy to locate and enter through the information provided to you after check-in. No staff present but the WhatsApp number provided let you communicate with owners within normal hours. Value for money was good. Bags can be stored in the corridor after check-out. Not much to critique about but the shower space was a bit small for our room but it wasn't much of an issue. Also there is a coffee pod dispenser in the corridor but there is no coffee machine anywhere to be found.

Tutte le operazioni avvengono in automatico (chiaramente spiegate via mail) ma il servizio di supporto è disponibile via WhatsApp, rispondono sempre rapidamente. Considerati gli attuali costi degli alberghi è un'ottima alternativa.

- Veronique (5/5): Except the location which is very practical, it was desappointing - The hotel has a good location close to the port The self-check-in, which is not mentionned in the description, was a surprise and not a pleasant one. The What's App contact do not replace the presence of a person in charge in a hotel, and puts a doubt regarding the security, even if we can suppose that everything is checked electronically (?) ... The hotel receptionist is often the first contact when we arrive to a destination and being welcomed by a human remains better than by automatic systems. It is finaly the house keeper who collected the money, the next morning trying to use the visa payment machine as she could... - Ioannis (10/5): Exceptional - It was very spacious and comfortable. We made a mistake and took the keys to the wrong room and the staff was very flexible and let us stay in that room. The Wi-Fi password is very long! The breakfast is just a croissant anda coffee from s nearby cafe.

- Maria (6/5): Close to city center, uncomfortable beds - The room was spacious. Clean beddings and towels. The location is near restaurants and pubs. Accessible from the train station, the host was kind enough to point us to free parkings. The bed and pillow were extremely uncomfortable. We woke with out backs hurting. The windows were old and did not protect from the outside sound. There was plenty of dust inside the room and looots of dust on the floor, especially around the edges. Just 2 small sachets of shower gel available, no shampoo, thus not enough if you want to wash your long hair + body. Way too expensive, I had better conditions in hostels.
- Jordan (9/5): AMAZING - The room was amazing! Great facilities and clean. great great place. 5 minute train from train station to the first main town in Cinque Terre. Stairs were tough with suitcases and 16 minute walk to train station so recommend a taxi but great place!! I will recommend to everyone.

- Penny (6/5): Pleasant - Location Noise from bins being emptied in the morning. Would prefer to meet someone on arrival. We were sent access details by what's app.
- Meliha (3/5): Poor - Towels and sheets were smell badly. There wasnt shampoo and soap in the bathroom and stuff didnt even care about it. I bought myself. I dont recommend this place. There are others with the same price at least you can get proper hotel service.
- Raimondas (9/5): Superb - Good location, short walk from central station. Room was well equipped and tidy. Also instructions from the host were very detailed on how to do self check-in. Poor sound insulation from outside and hard bed mattress. Breakfast was not what we expected (only coffee and focaccia/croissant).
- Catalin (8/5): Very good - Good location, fully recommend for a short stay. Host did a great job providing all the self check-in information on time. Poor breakfast, one cappuccino and one croissant per person, offered at one small pastry shop on Corso Cavour. I was expecting at least a small bottle of water.
