JILL (10/5): A beautiful hotel and spa in a gorgeous setting, with wonderful staff and lovely amenities. - This hotel and spa is absolutely stunning, and a welcome relaxing stay between our visits to Venice and Bologna. Hotel Ocelle is just a short walk to the main area of Sirmione so it is peaceful and relaxing yet easy to get around on foot. The hotel is modern, beautifully decorated and extremely clean. From our balcony we had a view of Lake Garda on three sides (Sirmione is on a penninsula). The spa was delightful. The pools and the sauna & salt infused rooms were relaxing and clean. I had two spa treatments which were both wonderful. The hotel staff are professional, helpful and welcoming. I would highly recommend Hotel Ocelle for a relaxing, pampering stay.

Nulla. Tutto perfetto! Se proprio devo trovare qualcosa, la camera poteva essere un pochino piu grande (in particolare il bagno) ma proprio lo scrivo solo per trovare un punto di miglioramento, non un difetto.

Ottima colazione Abbiamo prenotato una suite dal 26 al 28 marzo, all'arrivo nel pomeriggio la camera era molto fredda, il riscaldamento spento, di fatto attendono l'arrivo dell'ospite per accendere, un servizio che spero di pretendere quando scegli una suite, la differenza di temperatura tra gli anditi dell'hotel e la camera é stata percepita con grande disagio. Sono sceso in reception per far presente di questo e devo dire che con grande gentilezza si sono adoperati ad accendere il riscaldamento. Purtroppo nella seconda notte in camera c'erano 28 gradi, temperatura insopportabile per dormire, ho chiamato la reception al numero 9 alle 01:30 e non ha risposto nessuno, ho insistito più volte ma mai una risposta, allora ho cercato il numero dell'hotel su Google e niente, nessuna risposta. Purtroppo la temperatura della camera nonostante presente la domotica non é possibile regolarla. Un disagio abbastanza grande. In quanto abbiamo dormito con la finestra aperta leggermente per far girare aria. Al check out la persona che ci ha ricevuti si è limitata a dirmi "mi dispiace"

Gute Lage, Gutes Frühstuck. Spa-Anlage sowie Spa Personal bestens. Preise für Extras hochgegriffen (inkl. Parkplatz). Das Personal schien neu zu sein, kamen uns zwar nett aber etwas hilflos vor. Bei mehreren Details stellte sich die Frage ob die Manager-Etage auf der Höhe der Anforderungen ist. Insekten und Mücken sind in Sirmione sehr stark vertreten, sollte man wissen.

Irena (6/5): - מיקום נהדר, צוות שירותי ומעוצב מודרני ויפה, מתקני ספא נחמדים. כמה דברים שהפריעו שבגללם לא אחזור למלון: החנייה עולה כסף. כשהזמנתי בבוקינג היה רשום שזה כולל חנייה, גיליתי שזה לא בחינם בתגובות פה וכשהגעתי שאלתי אותם והם ענו שזה בתשלום ושהכל מצוין. חנייה עולה 20 יורו ליום (לא סימלי בכלל). בקיצור, לא אהבתי את זה. דבר נוסף, אני הזמנתי חדר רגיל וההורים שלי שילמו יותר על חדר עם נוף חלקי לאגם - בפועל אותו דבר, ההבדל הוא שהם יוצאו למרפסת וראו את האגם מולם ואני הייתי צריכה להסיט קצת את הראש. לידיעה.

Marcel (6/5): Gutes Hotel jedoch mangelt es hier und da am situativen Feingefühl. - Location und Spa vom Hotel sehr gut Erster Schock war die Ansage das der hauseigene Steg zum Nutzen der dort befindlichen Sonnenliegen extra bezahlt werden muss 22 Euro pro Person und Tag. Late Check-Out möglich jedoch viel zu teuer, so hält man keine neuen Gäste gerade in der Nebensaison sollte man dies zum Wohle des Gastes und auch zum halten neuer Gäste für die Zukunft gratis anbieten. Oder nur einen minimalen Preis verlangen und nicht dreistellig werden.

We also took advantage of a treatment at the spa which was also great. The staff are so attentive and personable. The location is perfect as it’s just down from the hustle and bustle but super close to walk to everything. We would highly recommend!

Daniela (10/5): Wunderschöner Urlaub zu zweit - Sehr sauberes, gemütliches Hotel in der Nähe der Altstadt von Sirmione. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und ging auf jeden Wunsch ein. Unser Zimmer mit Seeblick war ein Traum , wir konnten jeden Morgen den Sonnenaufgang genießen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war außergewöhnlich gut und sehr liebevoll gestaltet. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt ist, dass es keinen eigenen Platz zum Abstellen der eigenen Fahrräder gibt, wir durften sie aber in der Tiefgarage abstellen.
Louise (8/5): Relaxing holiday stay - Customer service from the ladies of reception and the bar was exceptional. They were so helpful. Great massage. Loved the location and the choices of lake swimming, pool or Sulphur thermal pool. Great room with lovely views. The constant towel exchange system. Breakfast was average. Organised a private boat trip for 2, but it was not a small, sophisticated boat(large tourist boat for 30 with just the 2 of us on it).
Inga (8/5): Noteikti vasarā var izbaudīt pludmales zonu un vēsajā periodā - Spa zonu. Tuvu pilsētas centram. - Ērta atrašanās vieta, netālu no vecpilsētas. Privāta pludmales zona ar laipu. Spa zona, tas bija super, jo bija arī karstais baseins, ar atveertu pieeju uz āru. Laukā lija, bija beidzies negaiss, vēss - bet tu vari izbaudīt karstu peldi un masāžu šajā baseinā. Viesnīcā patīkama gaisotne. Numuriņš ar savu kafijas automātu. Labas brokastis. Patīkams restorāna kolektīvs, īpaši darbiniece, kas strādaja un izrādījās, ka dzimusi un uzaugusi Rīgā, un laipni ar mums padalījās ar saviem ieteikumiem un niansēm par Itāliju. Paldies :) Ak, un pārsteigums - dzimšanas dienas kūciņa, tas bija tik patīkami! Nedaudz par šauru bija numuriņš, jo atverot lielos koferus, nācās kaapt tiem pari, vai arī visu laiku pārbīdīt. Gribējās, lai mašīnas parkings būtu iekļauts cenā. Bija mums logi atverti, kamēr restorana bijām, sakās negaiss, pielija visa istabinja. Kad ar dvieļiem saslauciijaam, tad tie bija stipri netīri, bet tas noteikti no āra putekļiem.
Gillian (10/5): - Fabulous hotel. Small but perfectly formed. Lovely staff who would bend over backwards to help. Arrived at local train station in a dreadful downpour with no taxis for the last 1/2 hour. Phoned hotel and they sorted out transport in minutes for us. The thermal pool was divine and the massage at the spa was exceptional. Breakfast was lovely. Everything was a wonderful finish to our busy one-month trip of Italy. Lake Garda laps the shoreline of the hotel and the short walk to the old town of Sirmione was 10 mins. Terrific stay. Sad to leave.
Michaela (10/5): - This hotel is excellent in every aspect. Perfect ealking distance from the old town, lake views, varied and deliciuos options for breakfast and staff who are very friendly and happy to help. I would definitely pay more for the rooms directly overlooking the lake. I'd say 106, 206 and 306 are the best. It's very easy to catch the ferry to everywhere across the lake. Fares start from 3 euros and a glass of very nice local wine, Lugana, is 4 euros which makes for a lovely boat ride.
Mario (9/5): Very nice hotel in a very nice place. Sirmione is such a beautiful post. - The breakfast was very good. The view very nice and the hotel is nicely located near the entrance of the historical sites of Sirmione. The thermal pool is a little small.

Sienna (10/5): - We stayed in the Junior Suite (Lake view). The room had no fault, had a modern touch and it was very clean and comfortable. Dual sinks and separate bathroom + shower elevated the quality of the stay. We enjoyed every single staffs’ hospitality, very friendly and professional. The scenery you have in jacuzzi/pool is hard to beat, especially accessing to the thermal pool is effortless. Special thanks to Francesca (and other Front desk staffs) and Gerardo (and other F&B staffs). We really appreciate all your kind help with organising spa treatments, airport transfer and private boat tour - they were also fantastic! I would definitely book them next time again!! Dorothée (10/5): Belle Ocelle - Die Lage war für uns perfekt - PP war kein Problem und zu Fuß konnte man viel unternehmen. Der eigene Strand des Hotels am Gardasee war wunderbar sowie das Schwefelbad, welches wir sehr genossen haben. Es war teuer, das Auto zu laden. Die Speisekarte war eher klein, dafür gibt es aber fußläufig viele Restaurants und der alte Teil von Sirmione ist einfach wunderschön zu erkunden. So haben wir mehr unternommen als wir es getan hätten, wenn man im Hotel gut hätte essen können.
Wendy (10/5): - Simply the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The cleaning staff were excellent the room was clean and tidy every day . The reception staff always helpful , they helped book restaurants and did everything they could to make your stay enjoyable . The spa is fantastic , lake view rooms amazing breakfast plentiful and delicious . Lake Garda is stunning i absolutely adore it there . I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Hannah Victoria (8/5): - Short walk into the town with plenty of dining options. Spa and thermal pool were amazing, with excellent facilities such as multiple different saunas. Rooms were clean but basic, nothing overly luxurious, yet pleasant. The onsite restaurant is lacking options, but sufficient for pool side snacks and drinks. Most staff good and attentive but some rather rude, especially one female member of staff, which lets the hotel down. Overall a pleasant stay though.

There was not enough space for storing the luggage. The Toillette run several times out of water and it took a lot of time to refill the water.

Joanne (10/5): - Fabulous peaceful hotel a short walk from the centre of Sirmione. Best of both worlds with a pool but in a cove with direct access to the lake. The lake view suites are fabulous. The staff are very attentive and friendly. Bottle of bubbly on arrival and bottle of wine in our last night. Organised transfer to the airport too. Will definitely return!
