- Aida (10/5): Royalty-like treatment - From the moment we arrived to the front desk, Marziyeh treated us very warmly. My husband and I felt like royalty. Every staff member was exceptionally kind. As soon as we checked-in, they took us directly to breakfast, which blew us away!(Shoutout to the cannoli in the pastries section, SO good!) We can't recommend this hotel enough... great location, great rooms, delicious food, incredible staff!

- mousumic101 (10/5): Fantastic stay in the heart of Rome at the Singer Palace Hotel - We just returned from a wonderful three‑night stay in the Singer Palace just off Via del Corso — the location meant we walked everywhere, including the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Forum, Vatican, Trastevere and Villa Borghese. Service from every staff member was attentive and thoughtful throughout. Check in started with a welcome aperitif in Le Terrazze, with sweeping rooftop views of Rome and handwritten notes detailing the excursions we had booked. It was a nice touch to offer us an upgrade. Our room was spotless and elegant. Lovely fresh flowers, very comfortable bed and great choice of pillows. It was also quiet, despite facing Via del Corso. The handwritten welcome note as well the "buona notte" notes all added a personal touch - you felt like the staff really cared about your stay being the best it could possibly be. Fresh fruit, Aqua Panna water, almond cakes (my husband loved these!) and Ortigia toiletries - all added to the feeling of being very well taken care of. Compliments to the Housekeeping team - for keep the room looking fresh both morning and evening. Breakfast on the terrace included excellent coffee, omelettes and homemade pastries — thank you to Tomiris, Toga and Marco. The three‑course dinner we enjoyed on our first night was magical - compliments to Chef Alessandro. Georgianna and the other servers were so attentive and friendly. Not to be missed is Jim’s rooftop bar with the most fantastic views of Rome — special thanks to Islam for making such a great cocktail and to Federica for her vision of a great cocktail bar. We also booked a walking tour of Rome through the hotel with Maurizio - he was a great storyteller and really drew us into the city's history and culture in our 3 hours with him. Highly recommend. As a final touch, we were presented with a cookbook of Roman recipes signed by Chef Alessandro and some lovely apricot jam! An inspiring and restorative stay with top level personalised service that sets the bar very high. Thank you Enrico, Niloufar, Federica and the entire Singer Palace team — we can’t wait to return. All perfect. Jim’s Bar on the rooftop is a highlight! Get reservations as it is full usually. Great breakfast too. We had a junior suite which allowed us to spread out. Highly recommend.

The hotel is perfectly located in the center of Rome and many of the cultural attractions are within a short walk. The rooftop bar is an ideal setting to meet friends for an afternoon beverage and to enjoy a coffee, with Federica. Breakfast on the terrace is a great way to greet the day. Marco and other servers are attentive and very hospitable. Finally, the hotel manager was always there to greet me and to ensure that everything was going well. I was well taken care of and I will be back!

- judycK9932MB (10/5): My go-to hotel when I visit Rome! - Staff is welcoming and accommodating - acknowledged me by name, moved me to another room when I wanted to extend my stay, let me check in early when I arrived and was not feeling well. Hotel is centrally located and a walkable distance to most sites, great shopping and restaurants, etc. Room and bed were super comfortable - a great sleep to overcome jet lag and space to spread out if you have to do some work on vacation. Rooftop bar is an excellent way to end a day of museum visits and sightseeing. Hope to return next year!

We had a superior room which was a good size for Rome & we loved the walk in shower. The biggest plus is the wonderful staff who are incredibly helpful. We forgot to check our packing & omitted a pair of my husband’s pants. We asked Marziyeh at the front desk for suggestions where we could purchase a pair which would fit him. (He’s 6’4” with a 38” waist.) She gave us the name of several stores nearby & we were able to buy him a pair of pants at Uniqlo. We so appreciated this outstanding service. We greatly enjoyed our 5 nights at the Singer Palace Hotel and highly recommend this hotel.
- bagold22 (10/5): Boutique Gem in Heart of Rome - My family of four just left Rome after a 5 night stay at the Singer Palace Hotel. Having never stayed at a boutique hotel before I did not know what to expect, but this exceeded our expectations. The people who work there are some of the kindest, hard-working people we have met. The saying "going beyond" applies here. Some of the notable stand-outs in our trip are Niloufar, the guest relations manager, who literally is always smiling and you will find working from her laptop all around the hotel, to Anastasia who literally walked us to a hard to find restaurant... Marziyeh, who helped with reservations before and during our stay (the amount of knowledge she has goes beyond any concierge I have ever dealt with before), as well as Alessio in the restaurant who couldn't help us enough, and lastly and Lia. I actually feel bad naming names because I do not want to take away from the others who helped because there were many, but none the less.... all wonderful people. The hotel is immaculate. Clean clean clean!!! If you are looking for a personal touch where everyone knows who you are when you walk in the door, or you need a family suite (we had a two bedroom with living room that converted into another bedroom for our younger daughter), then this is the place for you.

The breakfast is so generous, the rooms are gorgeous, clean and spacious. The staff is impeccable with their service, just impeccable. Niloufar obtained tomato and basil seeds for me after I asked where I could find them to take home a piece of Italy. WOW! The location is amazing, nearby the Trevi, but not in the press of tourists, hidden in a quiet side street. Will always plan to return. The hotel’s location is excellent—just a 15-minute walk from the Colosseum and a five-minute walk from the Trevi Fountain. We were particularly impressed with the attention to detail in the rooms. Each day, after returning from our explorations, we were greeted with a thoughtfully arranged selection of berries, nuts, dried fruit, and a delicious miniature cake, all beautifully presented on elegant glass dishes. - Halfpint41 (10/5): Oasis in the Heart of Rome - This was a delightful oasis in the heart of Rome! My 21 year old son and I stayed for a long weekend over Easter and LOVED this hotel! It was close and easily walkable to trevi fountain, the forum, and the Coliseum -and only about a 25 minute walk to the Vatican. Everyone was very attentive and great attention to small details really made it perfect! From the fabulous waitstaff in the restaurant learning our names and remembering my preferred coffee drink, to fresh flowers and a delicious snack in our room upon arrival, not to mention the heated towel rack in the bathroom, the very comfortable bed, and the fabulous shower, we felt pampered. The Easter brunch was amazing too!

- schakravarthy (10/5): Amazing stay for our family of 5 - This place is amazing! Let's start with the rooms. We had to get two rooms because we are a family of five with the children under 13. We booked the junior suite and were in room106 and 104 for a standard double. The Junior suite is absolutely amazing and had more than enough room for us to lounge as a family. Beautifully decorated with 1.5 baths. We received treats in our room every night and they treated our kids so well! The location is amazing, just a few minutes walk to all the historic sites and so you can make a very efficient trip by staying here. The service probably deserves way more than five stars. We communicated on booking.com and their responses were very prompt. They had great information about the surrounding areas and the answer was always yes to our requests such as "can you book us transport to X" or "help us purchase train tickets" The service upstairs at breakfast was fantastic as well, always attentive in asking us what we needed. I would say the breakfast was so-so upstairs. The cappuccinos were great as well as the fresh egg dishes, but it felt like the pastries could use a refresh. Highly recommend staying here. We will definitely stay here again when we come back.

The service is next level—they genuinely think of everything—and Jim's Rooftop Bar is the best rooftop bar in the city. We booked a Junior Suite, and it was one of the nicest hotel rooms we have ever stayed in! A perfect example: housekeeping noticed I was running low on toothpaste. Not only did they replenish it, they actually went across the street to the farmacia to find a brand similar to the one I was using. That level of care is unforgettable. Highly recommend!

- Danielle (10/5): Gorgeous boutique hotel in the heart of Rome with exceptional service - Exceptional service from the moment we booked. We received regular correspondence in the lead up to our stay, including recommendations and offers to assist with bookings for tours, transport and restaurants. The service was equally excellent when we arrived, especially from Anastasiya, who was there when we arrived and checked in on us regularly throughout our stay and provided recommendations. The hotel itself is beautiful, very clean and centrally located. The included breakfast was lovely with and ala carte menu and also small buffet available. A 10/10 experience. The rooftop bar was lovely although the price of drinks was a bit steep.

My family and I enjoy walking and the Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Spanish Steps, and Colosseum are easily within walking distance. The breakfast provided with our room was wonderful and this was the best cappuccino we had in Roma. Rooms are a bit tight, even with our 2 bedroom suite. What really makes this hotel stand out is the magnificent staff. We have never before had a hotel staff so accommodating. They addressed us by name from the first day, whisked away our baggage without a thought and even went out to make sure we were in our taxi cabs headed to the correct locations. One of the staff even accompanied me to and from an ATM carrying an umbrella! The staff is very helpful with arranging tours and restaurant recommendations as well as car service- listen to their recommendations. To sum it up - great location, beautiful hotel and restaurant/bar, but what really sets this hotel apart from every other hotel is the magnificent staff and their genuine desire to make our stay magical.

It is ideal located in the middle of the city close to all major attractions. The staff is wonderful, helped with reservations and directions and was always available to answer any question. They were always thoughtful and cheerful throughout our stay. We stayed for five nights in a spacious suite that was very clean and well designed. Daily room makeup was efficient, and they replenished the tray of light snacks. Breakfast was a great way to start the day. There were multiple hot and cold items available to order as well as unbelievably good pastries and breads. Luck for us it was the holiday season so they served a different Panettone each day. Again, the service was outstanding. Overall the experience is what one would expect from a five star hotel. We strongly recommend it to others.

- bethblue (10/5): Bravissima to the Singer Palace hotel 👏🏼 - Seeing Rome is wonderful, but staying at the Singer Palace while visiting Rome is next level. The exquisite boutique hotel has everything you could want. 1. Perfect location near enough to everything you could want to see (we walked to every site we visited-The Vatican, Coliseum, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Borghese Gallery. 2. The most personal service we have experienced in decades of travel-arranging anything we needed, with the most thoughtful touches (including from housekeeping who put a new water bottle next to my bedside each day because they saw I had water at my table in the morning). 3. The most delicious food. The restaurant and bar are expert. We stayed with Singer Palace over Christmas and enjoyed their special Christmas Eve feast of seven fishes dinner. It was organized beautifully, beginning with lovely aperitifs, then leading to a sumptuous meal. Breakfast every morning was perfect and beautifully presented. 4. The room was well appointed, and immaculate, also very elegant. All in all, a perfect experience. Grazie Mille to the entire staff who made this not just a vacation, but a memorable experience.
- SueK223 (10/5): A gem of a hotel - This hotel served as a quiet oasis in the beautiful but bustling city of Rome. The location of this hotel cannot be beat as it is walking distance to many of the major attractions Rome is known for. The rooms, albeit small (but probably quite on par with most European hotel rooms) were clean and comfortable. We had fresh flowers provided in our rooms (we reserved two connecting rooms for our family of five) as well as delicious snacks to greet us during our stay. Breakfast is included and the menu was varied and everything we ate was great. Jim's Rooftop Bar is wonderful to take in a nice view of the city as well as to enjoy a cocktail in a relaxed setting. The real gem of this place is the staff. They are some of the warmest, most accommodating people I have ever met. Their hospitality went above and beyond what we were expecting and we truly appreciated them all. As this was our first time in Rome and therefore the only hotel we've stayed at in this city, we will definitely be staying here the next time we have the opportunity to visit this beautiful city.

- ivandean (8/5): Is it 100% smoke free property? - This was a hard decision to make. I truly wanted to give the Singer Palace Hotel five stars, as in many ways it absolutely deserves it. The hotel offers an exceptional and refined experience, with personalized attention that goes far beyond expectations. The attention to detail is outstanding — from flowers and snacks in the room to multiple dining options and helpful assistance with restaurant reservations. However, there was one very irksome issue that significantly affected our stay: smoking. On our second night, we were woken up by strong cigar smoke coming from a room across the hallway. Next day, as we returned to the hotel from the dinner and reached our floor, the hallway was again filled with an intense cigar smell. We went down to reception to report it, and that’s where the frustration began. We were unable to get a clear or consistent answer as to whether the hotel is truly a 100% smoke-free property. The reception staff’s responses were ambiguous, and when they contacted the guests in the room where the smoke was coming from, the explanation we received was that guests with terraces are allowed to smoke there under Italian law. This was confusing — if the property is advertised as completely smoke-free, then smoking anywhere on the premises should not be allowed. Unfortunately, despite our efforts, we never received a clear answer about the hotel’s smoking policy. While hotel management did try to make up for the inconvenience (changing room in the middle of the night, after enjoying a wonderful dinner and walk back to the hotel), two evenings of our stay were negatively impacted by this unpleasant experience. Had I known in advance about the ambiguous smoking policy, I would have chosen a different hotel.
- Danysry (10/5): Spectacular Roman Holiday - Our experience at The Singer Hotel - Rome has been beyond wonderful from the second they open the doors for you. The facilities are luxurious without being stuffy or fussy...which is to say, the features are warm and accessible. As well as in a perfect location. Their staff ( Federica, Niloufar , Silvia ..) are genuinely engaged and brought a high quality and personal touch experience, ensuring clear and complete communication where and as needed. We experienced a minor disconnect between our expectations and the outcome; however, upon bringing this to the desk staff, they worked to immediately and entirely remediate the situation to our complete satisfaction (and then some !) Additionally, the warm and genuine hospitality provided by Federica and staff of the rooftop bar (Jim’s) was extremely welcoming and comprehensive. Not to mention some of the best innovative tasty drinks we have ever had . They have been part of our end-of-day routine unwind, reviewing our activities of the day and planning the next. You can trust the Singer as an elegant, stylish and satisfying base for your own ‘Roman Holiday’.

Housekeeping services were excellent. Staff were well-trained and very helpful. The hotel is very close to the Pantheon, great restaurants, shopping streets, and the Spanish Steps. Felt safe in the area, even at 1 AM. About a 15-minute walk to the common pickup area for day tours to Tuscany, Pompeii, etc.

Our room was the Deluxe King Room, a balcony view (the only one at Singer Palace)- perfect for watching the world go by- with a touch of Romeo and Juliet charm. Exceptionally clean and comfortable, it was the perfect base. You’d be forgiven for wanting to remain in the sanctity of this serene hotel such is the warmth and comfort it offers but the eternal city is meant to be explored and you can do that effortlessly from Singer Palace- in a central location just a stones throw away from the city's most famous landmarks. Before journeying through the streets though, fuel up on the sensational breakfast-served on the terrace- which alone is enough to keep you returning to Rome. After a day of sightseeing we sipped exceptional cocktails at Jim’s rooftop bar surrounded by the stunning skyline views. Hotel Singer Palace is the perfect balance of familiar comfort and refined luxury. Arriverdverci..for now!

The full breakfast is served on a pretty outdoor deck, while the quiet rooftop bar offers a great spot for starting your evening. We had 2 connected rooms, both spacious and clean with nice amenities like tea/coffee and slippers/robes. The staff is solicitous and warm. They made the best dinner recs for us. It’s across the street from a lovely Roman bath and spa. We travel often and stay high end and this is right up there without the price tag.

Beautiful rooms. Boutique size hotel. Amazing location right in heart of central Rome off the Via Corso. Walk to many of the most historic sites. I give it a 5 star recommendation. A roof top bar on 6th floor was a great respite from the hustle of Rome and a restaurant for breakfast and elegant dinner on 5th floor with outdoor terrace. I did not need help with advice or tickets but I overheard MANY times when the staff was really helpful to guests.

The Hotel is definitely 5 star in many category. Most notable are the staff - warm and welcoming, helpful, kind, and totally focused on giving guests the best experience possible. A Very Impressive Staff! We want to especially recognize Niloufar Zadegan for her many kindnesses and the special attention she gave us, Federica, Roberta, and the wonderful restaurant staff, the entire team was outstanding! The location, in the historic center, made it easy to revisit famous sites and explore new ones. The Hotel restaurant was excellent and the recommendations for restaurants in the area were also excellent. The 6 days we spent at the Singer Palace Hotel were memorable and will long be remembered.
- HabLeaf (10/5): Fantastic hotel - This is a really wonderful hotel. The location couldn't be more perfect, lying halfway between the Pantheon and the Trevi fountain. Access to the hotel by taxi is difficult due to the narrowness of the street but the staff were out and helping with luggage right away. It is situated in the former Singer sewing machine headquarters and many sewing machines are to be seen on display. The warm welcome didn't stop here, from the top to bottom all members of staff were unbelievably helpful and friendly. I normally don't like boutique quirky hotels but this was an exception. A modern lift takes you ups from the reception and our room was good by Rome standards, with a very comfortable bed and pillows. There is a really great bathroom with the best shower I have been in for many years. Simple controls, a raindance shower head, and a wide cubicle with the very sensible shower gel and shampoo being in two different coloured bottles. When you come out of the shower the mirror is clear and the shower cool and not fogged up like a Calcutta monsoon. The maid service was spot on and any requests were promptly dealt with. There were no negative issues. Breakfast each day on the roof terrace was excellent with a wide choice of dishes and everything was served excellently. Downsides? None at all apart from the slightly awkward access from the street which they negate well. The best place to stay in Rome.

I would like to acknowledge the incredible staff members including Giulia, Salvatore, and Anastasiya who were so welcoming and kind during our stay. The rooms are decorated beautifully, and we enjoyed relaxing outside on our private terrace after a long day. The breakfast is truly a treat in the morning with some of the best homemade pastries we had during our trip throughout Italy paired with a delicious cappuccino to start our day. We highly recommend this stellar hotel and will definitely return in the future!

We loved eating outside on the rooftop terrace each morning, and dinner there was equally delicious with great service and atmosphere. Don’t expect a great lobby as it’s located inside the historical city but rooms are very good and well decorated. We even had fresh flowers upon our arrival and they changed during our stay. Isn’t it great? The location in AMAZING. It’s a 5 minute walk to the Pantheon and Fontana di Trevi to the other side. We could easily get to these attractions during the night and have it only for us. It’s just a short walk. Price is not cheap but it’s fair and worth every penny due to the impeccable service. And what a great breakfast and restaurant on the 5th floor. We glad dinner there and was one of the best dinners in Rome. And we came from a 2 star Michelin. I would definitely go there again.
