Selami (10/5): - Konumu ve manzarası harika, çalışan personel çok misafirperver ve yardımsever, kahvaltı ve yemekler çok lezzetli, odalar konforlu ve temiz. Bir daha gelsek bir daha aynı oteli seçeriz 🙏🙏🙏
Mina (10/5): - Das Hotel wird von einer Familie betrieben, die ebenfalls auf dem Gelände wohnen. Sie sind sehr sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Als wir nach dem Wäscheservice gefragt haben, haben sie sogar angeboten, unsere Wäsche kostenfrei zu waschen. Zudem haben sie uns am Abend Tee und Kaffee angeboten und saßen gemeinsam mit uns zusammen, um sich zu unterhalten. Das Zimmer sowie die komplette Anlage sind 1A. Das Hotel ist sehr idyllisch gelegen, so dass man seine komplette Ruhe hat. Ich würde das Hotel immer wieder buchen und empfehle es blind weiter

Quadir (10/5): - This hotel is a slice of heaven, in the mountains. So peaceful. Beautiful outdoor seating area, restaurant Staff are amazing (shoutout to Ismail, didnt get the second lads name) This is a place you come to connect with nature and slow down. Rooms are modern, wifi connection was great. We had a wonderful experience all around, would love to come back

Omar (2/5): Dommage, dommage, dommage... - J’ai effectué la réservation assez tôt et à mon arrivée, on m’a fait payé directement malgré ma carte de credit! Ensuite, les petites attentions n’étaient pas du tout présentes dans la chambre, comme le plateau thé et café, pas de tapis de salle de bain, serviette de toilette très rêches, pas de ceintres dans l’armoire, et pour couronner le tout, pas d’eau chaude! Je m’en suis plein et comme l’occupation de l’hôtel n’était pas au maximum, ils m’ont dit d’attendre jusqu’au matin pour me doucher après une journée de voyage éprouvante. Donc, dommage car l’hôtel et les chambres sont tops, encore dommage. Si je pouvais, je demanderai un remboursement.

Jason (10/5): Perfect family hotel! - This is the perfect place to stay for a family! The hotel is just outside of Maçka town on the road to the Sumela monastery. We had a 1 bedroom +1 salon room. There is a kitchnette, mini fridge and washer (which has a dual drying system). Everything was fabulous! The staff was kind and quick to respond to any request. The breakfast was fantastic and the dinner was great too if you need an easy option near the hotel. We would definitely stay here again if we every pass through Trabzon again!
William (10/5): Incredible Hotel - Everything was perfect. The location is fantastic. The hotel is perched on the side of a beautiful mountain and just minutes from Sumela Monastery. The room and facilities were incredibly comfortable and super clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was bountiful and delicious. I hope to stay here again soon.

Verified traveler (10/5): BEST STAY in the BLACK SEA!!! - After a week touring around the Black Sea region, we found this pearl of a hotel!! The accommodations are 7 star and the hosts were super nice. The views are spectacular. I wanted to move in and never leave! The hotel is close to Sumela Monastery and while the monastery is closed until 2019, the hike up to the foothills is well worth it! Don't miss out on the Sumer Restaurant fish feast just at the foot of the hotel. Delicious, and again, wonderful hospitality. Best part of our trip.
