- Michelle (7/5): - Clean, and had everything you needed, although basic. Was pretty central to walk for food. The shower was lovely and warm with good pressure Bed was super hard and uncomfortable. Stocked fridge with drinks, but at a charge, even the milk for tea and coffee. Apartments are not very soundproofed. Could hear chairs dragging on the floor above us. Sofa wasn't very comfortable, very low back on it.

- Ludovic (5/5): Logement central - mais des détails à revoir - La localisation est très centrale, le check in facile avec la réception dans le bâtiment en face. Nous n’avons pas eu d’appartement avec chambre séparée comme nous l’avions réservé mais une sorte de studio avec chambre dans le séjour. Cela n’était pas gênant jusqu’au moment où une famille avec enfants a semblé bon de faire un énorme bruit dans le couloir à 7:00 le matin. La baignoire de balnéothérapie qui nous a été proposée manquait d’entretien : une odeur d’œuf pourri s’est déclarée lorsque nous étions avons voulu l’utiliser, l’odeur est ensuite restée dans la chambre pour le reste de la soirée. Assez décevant pour ne pas dire dégoûtant. Enfin, les capsules de café étaient payantes dans la chambre, un peu étonnant pour un logement à ce tarif, mais visiblement il n’y a pas de petits profits.

- johan (10/5): I was there for work and it was good. - Really good placement in the middle of ivrea. Big and newly renovated rooms. Parking can be an issue if your’re unlucky. It was kind of easy to hear voices and sounds from neighbors.

- Mattia (10/5): Ottima struttura spaziosa e ben arredata, in centro Ivrea - L'appartamento (nel mio caso il Loft) è a dir poco enorme! Posto su due piani, al secondo piano addirittura una vasca idromassaggio. L'illuminazione naturale data dai due lucernari è veramente molto scenica, dall'idromassaggio hai anche una vista stupenda sul Castello Sabaudo. Veramente ben arredato che garantisce un'ottima privacy vista la sua posizione. Fornito di tutto ciò che possa servire e anche di più. La posizione è centrale, in Via Arduino. Se arrivate in moto è comodissima, basta lasciarla nel parcheggio davanti al municipio, a 150 mt dalla struttura (unica pecca, non sono molti i parcheggi moto, circa una decina). Per le auto invece c'è un parcheggio privato a pagamento, ma un po' più lontano! Staff ottimo, mi hanno fornito una lista con tutti i ristoranti e i locali più buoni in zona e non hanno esitato a rispondere alle mie domande (li ho veramente stressati su WhatsApp). Considerata la cifra che ho pagato (79€ una notte) non avrei veramente potuto desiderare di meglio! Tornerò ad Ivrea e sicuramente in questa struttura! Sarebbe bello avere almeno la colazione inclusa. In appartamento vengono lasciati alcuni snack ma a pagamento, con anche la possibilità di attingere dal frigobar.

- Marta (10/5): - Eravamo un gruppo di 18 persone per passare capodanno insieme. Abbiamo preso 5 appartamenti, tutti molto puliti e ben fatti. La proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile. La posizione è centrale, il parcheggio dista a 300 m dal residence e abbiamo pagato 5€ per tutto il giorno, se invece si vuole al coperto il costo è pari a 12€. Ci siamo trovati benissimo Nulla

Il posteggio proposto è in un piccolo autosilo coperto e si trova a 5 minuti a piedi dall'appartamento. Nelle immediate vicinanze si trovano una panetteria, un negozio di alimentari, bar e ristoranti. Lo staff si è dimostrato gentilissimo e disponibile.

Purtroppo per il nostro soggiorno lo staff che a seguito la pulizia delle camere ha commesso degli errori. Nella Camera e nel bagno ( compresi box doccia e asciugamani) abbiamo trovato diversi capelli, ed era inoltre presente polvere. Leggendo le altre recensioni pensiamo che sia stato un caso singolo ma sicuramente ha influito sul nostro soggiorno.

- Steve (10/5): Lovely apartment, lovely, location - Gigi made an effort to met and show me round the apartment. I was late getting to him because of work on the first day. He was a complete gentleman. The apartment is lovely, I will definitely stay there again if the need arises. There was nothing i did not like. Ok, the walk up Via Arduino is a bit steep, but it is part of the charm of the location.

- Christopher (10/5): Nice clean and modern studio apartment - Very nice top floor apartment made bright with a large skylight. The large jacuzzi tub was very welcome after walking on the Via Francegina for a week. Comfortable bed and large flat screen tv. Perfect location in the historic center. Had to pay 1 euro for each coffee pod for the illy machine. Almost all places give you at least a little free coffee.

Located right in the center of old town with easy walking to everything. I stayed two nights and wished I'd booked more. Great place. Mina was a gracious host. 10/10.
