Windows were cracked open, bathroom shower was nasty looking and a. Was not on when we arrived. The room was very hot and super small.

Pulizia eccellente. Parcheggio non semplicissimo ma nelle vicinanze siamo riusciti sempre a parcheggiare. La struttura non è nuovissima e necessita di qualche intervento di manutenzione.

The accommodation itself is impeccably clean, and the view from the terrace overlooking the harbor is truly breathtaking. The food served is delicious and authentic, enhancing the overall experience. Our hosts were exceptionally kind and welcoming, ensuring we felt at home from the moment we arrived. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning to this lovely place in the future!

• Roger (10/5): Amazing hosts in great location - We had a wonderful stay with amazingly friendly and helpful hosts. The hotel is in a brilliant position near the water, restaurants and sites. We cant speak too highly of our hosts they went above and beyond. Room wasn't huge and bathroom was due for update but pluses outweighed these and place was great value for money

The Turkish breakfast in the mornings was amazing, with home made jams, fresh fruits, yummy spreads and cheeses and warm fresh bread. You could tell that they take pride in what they produce. The location was perfectly central! The accommodation was very basic and the bedding was a bit confusing, but overall sufficient for someone who is not planning on spending a lot of time in their room.

Easy and safe to walk around the area. Nice staff and comfortable bed. When we choose a place because it has a breakfast, maybe it needs to be said or be more obvious that breakfast will only start at a certain time. The breakfast was a deciding factor in choosing this place as we thought we would not have to go get food before catching our ferry. But then we had to leave before breakfast was served. From the photos, it looked quite delicious so we were bummed. Nice people, though.

• Verified traveler (10/5): - Amazing family owned property that sits right in the center of the town, close to the market place, shopping center, dining restaurants, bars, boat tours and all.. reminded me the places I used to go in Nantucket, Massachusetts and Bar Harbor, Maine. Yigit, Kadir and Serap are all exceptionally helpful, friendly and welcoming, do all their best to make you feel comfortable during your stay. We had absolutely zero negative experience during our accommodation and enjoyed every minute of our 2 days stay with their recommendations and advises.. We will definitely be back in September, me and my wife recommend this place to all who wants to enjoy their time in Cesme

Oda fotoğraflardaki gibi üst kattan denizi harika bir şekilde görmüyordu. Alt katta hemen hemen hiç deniz görmüyordu. Oda genel olarak temizdi fakat banyo çok pisti. Klozetin içi simsiyahtı. Para iademizi alıp başka bir otele geçtik. Fakat bize asla kötü davranmadılar. Aksine otel sahipleri bize çok yardımcı oldular. Bu otele gitmek isteyenler muhakkak ki rezervasyon öncesi oteli arayıp tam olarak istediği odayı söylemeli.

Simple but tasty breakfast and turkish coffee vas valuable. Room condition is very poor. Bathroom's door not fixed, it doesn't close, the bed is uncomfortable. • Kieran (8/5): Great location, basic stay, nice breakfast - Breakfast was nice and we got cappucinos with it. The location is literally right on the marina which is good, close to tons of restaurants and shops, but even during the week in summer there was noise basically the whole night. A little noisy at night due to location in busy area. There were no blackout curtains, which I think would be a simple upgrade that would help a lot, as the streetlights are right outside the room. More hooks and surfaces to store things would be good, after hanging up towels on the cupboard doors we had no space for anything else. Room is extremely small, but if you're out most of the time then it's ok. Unfortunately there was no laundry option. There is also no coffee maker, though the listing states there is.

Closest beach is a 3 minute walk. The owners are so lovely who make you feel like home. We arrived early and ended up getting an early check in and we were served breakfast straight away. Quiet spot and we enjoyed having a balcony in our room. Will miss this place deeply- can’t recommend enough!
• Erin (10/5): Must stay in Çeşme! - Staff was friendly and they upgraded our room, free of charge so we could have the best seaside view. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The location was right on the main strip, so everything was less than a 10 minute walk away. 10/10 would recommend! Bathroom door wouldn't close all the way, and the lights in the washroom were not always the brightest.

We enjoyed sitting on the terrace of the room and admiring the view with a glass of wine or sitting in the restaurant outside the hotel with a glass of beer. The breakfast was rich and tasty. The owners of the hotel took great care to make us feel comfortable. Thank you very much for our stay at your hotel. Thank you also for the white wine. It was very very nice. Our stay at your hotel left us an unforgettable memory. We will definitely stay with you again next time.

• Stacy (10/5): - The room here was basic but clean. The balcony overlooking the harbor was the best part. It was roomy with a table, two chairs, and a little sofa. They served a delicious hot breakfast on the terrace, also overlooking the harbor. The hotel is in the middle of everything, so it is easy to walk to restaurants, ice cream, and the Cesme Castle. The people who work there are very kind and helpful. They do not automatically clean your room each day, so be aware of that. Also, if you have a car, finding parking nearby would be challenging.
• Anonymous (5/5): ok considering the price - centrally located and overlooking the marina. parking nearby was close, breakfast included was a nice to have. staff doesn’t really speak any English but is nice enough, the place is relatively clean. facilities esp the bathroom were relatively old and could do with being re-done. one of the mattresses was bowing out and could probably be replaced. While the breakfast was a nice to have, it wasn’t mind blowing and we struggled to understand why a lot of the other reviews were so gushing.

I had to book another hotel after midnight . I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE . I am still waiting for my refund from hotels.com

• Khadeeja (4/5): the picture looked better online than reality. disaplointed with quality - had a fridge in the room, great to keep bought drinks chilled for later in the day. staff were welcoming and helpful. loved the balcony looking over the marina. great location. good breakfast. bathroom was rundown, in need of repair. the flush system was hanging loose on wall.unsightly mould on bath floor& worn drainer in shower that blocked up. bed uncomfortable. no table tops except for 1 bedside unit
• Anna (5/5): Passable - very nice staff! in terms of the room i came back to USSR period :-(, have not expected to see it in Greece :-)
