The location is in a very quiet street and very conveniently located close to a tram stop and the old town and many tourist attractions, local eating places and shops. The most adorable Hannah was so welcoming, so kind, so knowledgeable, and very caring about your comfort and stay there, and your time in Turkey to be the best. Our room was big, clean, with brand new air conditioning. The bathroom was functional, but the water was hot and the towels large. I booked a single room and was given a private room though more than a single - single would've been fine, but it was nice to be able to stretch my legs :) Took away a few stars on cleanliness, because while there was nothing to worry about with linens (starchy clean, fresh) or the room cleanliness (surfaces wiped, no dust, no bad smell), the bathrooms were very mid. They were serviceable and I did not feel like I couldn't use it - the toilet bowl was unclean where the water was and a few detail cleaning places on sink, but no mould and it appeared everything you actually touch is wiped down. Top tier value for money, and is much nicer than places I have stayed at same price point. Be warned of stairs. If you have heavy luggage you will be unhappy... Also a nice small vintage camera collection at the back of the reception booth :)

• richard (2/5): - Booked a room 14 weeks in advance, got a cheaper price but owner charged the current price which was 27 Euros extra. When this was pointed out he became angry and beligerant and wanted even more, claiming price paid was for 'Single room' no bathroom etc. I did get a single room with single bed, the same as on a previous stay when no extra was charged, as the price during stay was same as that when booked. ---- Shower is weak, barely a trickle and tends to go off after 11pm. The shower waste outlet drains directly into the sewer so every so often, a strong smell of sewage comes through shower and basin waste outlets, which lingers for some time. Strong smell of smoke in passage. Worst holiday I have had, would never stay again.

Special shoutout to Hina, an extremely sweet person, who recommended us really good places around the area, told us about the women only beach in Antalya. There is a massive kitchen at the hotel with all utensils and everything already there, totally accessible for the guests. Only 50TL for the laundry service. Only drawback would be the long mirror present at a very dark corner of the room, a light there would be a game changer. Otherwise, the stay was really good. The location is good too. I would stay here again!

• Dejan (10/5): - Pros: Very clean room. Very nice and helpful staff. Great location. There is also very cheap parking right next to this hotel. Cons: Generally I liked staying here, but there were 2 issues that really bothered us: 1. If you take a room with 2 beds, the air condition blows directly into one of the beds, and it is impossible to sleep with it working, even if it is on the lowest setting, and you change the direction with the remote. And if you turn it off, during summer it is extremely hot and impossible to sleep. So you will either melt or freeze. 2. All the rooms are on the third or fourth floor, and no elevator, and the stairs are very thin and spiral. They were not even flat, and I was always losing balance while walking on them, even though I am a young person who exercises often. So people who have difficulty going up the stairs due to medical reasons, these stairs might be impossible for you

• Mohammed (10/5): Thank you Hanah - We arrived at 11pm, when we walked in the rooms we were extremely hot but this was expected as the weather during the day was 39c and coming from UK where we were having average of 13c it was a shock to the system. Thankfully the A/C worked well and we managed adjust to the weather but it was a struggle for the first couple of hours. If you’re used to 4-5star hotels this hotel is probably not for you. It’s a basic pansiyon but everything worked well for us for the price we paid. The location was at the heart of the bustling city centre and close to all the local amenities. The highlight of our stay was the lady called Hanah at the reception who speaks many languages English, Arabic, French and Turkish (probably even German) She was extremely helpful and advised us on many things and ways to enjoy Antalya without breaking the bank. We went on many trips without using excursion packages and using public transport saved us a lot of money. Overall it was an amazing trip and made possible all thanks to Hanah. The kids already miss the place after one day and want to go back to this Pansiyon when we go back to Antalya. Definitely a trip to remember.

You can leave your things after check-out and go for a walk. Important: they do not accept cards for payment, only cash.
• Ümmühan (10/5): Hizmet/Konum 10/10 - Tek başıma geldim ve aşırı memnun kaldım. Konumu çok iyi, tramvay durağına çok yakın, Markantalyaya yürüyerek en fazla 5 dk, kaleiçi vs. gezilecek yerlere çok yakın her yer yürüme mesafesi. Buradan havaalanına gitmekte tramvaya 350-400 metro ve 45 dk sürüyor öok rahat. Tek kişilik banyolu odada kaldım, memnunum. Yine gelsem kesin buraya gelirdim. Ayrıca bavulumun sapı koptu onu da kendileri çok yardımcı olarak tamir ettiler. Ne kadar teşekkür etsem az. İlk gece geldiğim de Anna vardı ve çok tatlı biriydi, çok yardımcı oldu. Diğer beyefendilerin adını bilmiyorum ama tekrar teşekkür ederim.

• David (10/5): - Lots of facilities for self catering that I was unaware of on previous visits. Prompt laundry. Excellent location. As a solo traveller, ideal. I'm not sure it is ideal for a family at all, and with the spiral staircase utterly unsuitable for a big pram! You shouldn't drink alcohol in communal areas, as the staff are Muslim. Quite a few staff don't speak English, but they are all very friendly and polite. I will definitely stay here again when I visit Antalya.

It had everything I needed; private clean bathroom, clean room and a TV that worked. I didn't make use of the kitchen but it was nice that it was there. Staff were friendly and helpful. The location is great, the room was spacious and clean and even had a very effective air conditioning unit that I was easily able to adjust as needed. Obviously it's not the most modern or the most luxurious place, but getting a perfectly nice private room and bathroom for the price is honestly an incredible deal. Highly recommend!!

• Royal (8/5): - I needed a place for just one night as I waited for my family to arrive to Antalya Airport. It was clean and safe enough definitely for the price of just $21 USD per night was good. What stood out for me was the morning staff which possibly was the actual owner of the hotel, not only directed me to take the tram to the airport because it was only a few blocks walk to the tram stop, but he proceeded to take my luggage and then pay for my entrance and refused a tip.
