Khalid nos recibió con una calidez inolvidable, con un té de menta delicioso y el tiempo necesario para hacernos sentir en casa y compartir su amor por la ciudad. Junto a Sharif, hacen que este riad tenga algo más que belleza: tiene alma. La habitación, abierta al patio central, estaba cuidada con un gusto exquisito. Cada rincón del riad transmite dedicación y serenidad: la pileta, los naranjos, la calma que envuelve todo. Pero lo que realmente queda en el recuerdo es el espíritu del lugar, que sin duda vive en Khalid. Gracias por una estadía tan especial. Volveríamos sin dudarlo. Nada está fuera de lugar

Personale eccezionale, soprat - Posizione ottima, vicinissima ai souk e perfetta per visitare la Medina a piedi. Struttura molto pulita, curata nei dettagli e accogliente. Il vero valore aggiunto è il personale: ci siamo sentiti come a casa. Khalid è venuto a prenderci per accompagnarci al riad senza farci perdere nella Medina, ci ha accolti con tè e grande gentilezza ed è stato sempre disponibile durante tutto il soggiorno, anticipandoci anche la colazione quando necessario e offrendoci persino il taxi per l’aeroporto. Un’accoglienza davvero speciale.

La chambre spacieuse La gentillesse du personnel ,particulièrement Khalid qui a fait de notre séjour un moment inoubliable par sa gentillesse , son professionnalisme , nous nous sommes senti comme à la maison grâce à lui !C’est une perle!! Le toit terrasse petit mais appréciable pour les repas et moment de repos. Les repas du soir en demi-pension,un délice. Secteur calme mais on entend tout ce qu’il se passe dans le patio du Riad. Manque quelques éléments en chambre (bouilloire et coffre fonctionnel) Le petit déjeuner est à revoir (bon mais quasiment identique pendant 7 jours).

• Charlotte (10/5): Fabuleux accueil de Khalid - Tout était parfait mais ce que nous avons apprécié par dessus tout était l’accueil de Khalid. Son hospitalité, sa gentillesse, ses petites attentions avec les photos et vidéos qu’il nous a faite… il a rendu nos premiers jours au Maroc juste incroyables. Vous pouvez choisir ce Riad les yeux fermés. Peut-être juste le manque d’insonorisation de notre chambre qui était située en bas.
• Caroline (8/5): Ok for a few days - A bit further from the main square than I was expecting but location was overall fine for a few days. Taxi had a bit of difficulty where to drop us off and there was a heated debate on the phone between staff and taxi driver but sorted in the end. Staff were great. It was very cold and raining when we were there and the heating did not work. Staff did everything they could though, including extra duvets and portable heater, which was much appreciated. Breakfast was good. Strict ration of one egg per guest was a challenge for my protein focused son but overall it was ok. Coffee was not the best. I have stayed in a few riads in Marrakesh and this one was ok but not my favourite. A bit too far out for us.

• Finn (4/5): You could find better value elsewhere. - The rooms and the riad itself are nicely decorated and fitted out. The staff were helpful, but their understanding of English was a little challenging for those who don't speak Arabic or French. The breakfast was very disappointing compared to the many other Riad's we stayed in. The air conditioning didn't work. The room doors had very large, archaic locking bolts which were very noisy. We lost power for a couple of hours, potentially due to the rainfall. While it was a small amount, the Riad was overcharging on the city tax, which was frustrating when trying to explain to the staff. There was only a top sheet provided for the bed. There was an unlined duvet inner in the cupboard, which I used, but it was unlined and was scratchy. Even after the room was cleaned, the duvet inner was not put in a liner.
• Bucherer (9/5): Schönes Riad am Rand der Medina und super liebes Personal - Tolle Dachterrasse zum entspannen und lesen. Das Zimmer ist sauber und gemütlich und hat ein sehr grosses Badezimmer mit Haarföhn. Das Personal ist sehr lieb und hilfsbereit. Khalid hat mich an meinem Abreisetag sogar mit dem Schirm zur ATM begleitet, mir ein Taxi gerufen und einen guten Preis ausgehandelt. Glutenfrei essen kennt man in Marokko allgemein noch nicht so, deshalb hat es auch hier nicht auf Anhieb geklappt trotz Anfrage und Bestätigung im Voraus. Vor Ort hat sich das Personal aber dann sehr Mühe gegeben eine Alternative für mich zu finden beim Frühstück. Dieses Problem hatte ich allerdings in jeder Unterkunft auf meiner Reise.

• Anamaria Marovic (10/5): Hidden Oasis with Stunning Authentic Design - A beautiful riad decorated in a true traditional style, with great attention paid to every detail. While the immediate surroundings are not particularly attractive, it’s located just a few minutes’ walk from all the main attractions. However, once you step inside, you feel like you’ve entered a completely different world. From the peaceful garden with a small pool and lush greenery to the rooms and bathrooms, every detail is handcrafted and authentic. Everything is very clean and well maintained. A truly lovely and unique stay.

• Patrick (10/5): Magnifique Riad pour un séjour tout confort au calme - Nous avons passé quatre nuits dans ce riad à Marrakech et notre séjour a été une très belle expérience. L’accueil a été excellent dès notre arrivée : le personnel est particulièrement avenant, attentionné et toujours disponible pour rendre service. On se sent immédiatement bienvenu. Les chambres sont spacieuses, confortables et impeccablement propres. L’ambiance générale du riad est chaleureuse et authentique, propice à la détente après une journée de visite. Nous avions choisi l’option demi-pension et nous ne l’avons pas regretté : les repas du soir étaient excellents, variés et généreux, avec des saveurs locales très appréciées. L’emplacement est également un vrai atout : il permet d’accéder à l’ensemble des principaux sites de Marrakech en moins de trente minutes à pied. Nous recommandons vivement cet établissement et y reviendrions avec plaisir.

• Theo (7/5): Schönes zentrales Riad - Das Riad liegt sehr zentral und das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse war super mit tollem Ausblick. Einen Parkplatz haben wir in der Nähe bekommen, etwa 6 Euro pro Nacht, die Autos wurden hierbei platzsparend vom Aufseher verschoben, wir waren zwar etwas überrascht, hat aber gut geklappt. Leider war das vorgesehene Zimmer wegen defekter Klimaanlage nicht bezugsfähig, das Ersatzzimmer war sehr schön aber deutlich kleiner.
• Jiri (6/5): Typisch marokanisches Riad mitten Marrakesch. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt nicht besonders geeignet. - Dieses Riad ist fast im Zentrum in einer ganz engen Gasse. Nettes Personal, typisch marokanisches ausreichendes Frühstück auf der Terasse oben (im Jänner ziemlich kalt..) Unser 3-Bett Zimmer war extrem klein (wir waren 3 erwachsene Männer), das Doppelbett zu eng und zu kurz.

• Mario (9/5): Centrale gelegen Riad met enthousiast personeel - Riad Asrari is een slaapplaats midden in de Medina. Erg enthousiast waren we over de 1000 en 1 nacht sfeer die er was en het ontbijt. Maar erg enthousiast waren we over het personeel. Wat een toppers!

Heureusement servi dans la bonne humeur avec Khalil et la dame en cuisine. L’absence d’eau dans les chambres. La qualité médiocre du wifi et l’absence de télé dans les chambres.

• Safeer (8/5): Enjoyable and pleasantly surprised. - Breakfast and service of staff was excellent polite friendly and very helpful special thx to all the staff and KHALIL what a brillent helpful young man. Taxi stops on 1 of the main ads you have to walk about 3 to 4 minutes to Riad Asarari . Plenty of local taxi near by and main bus station is approximately 10 to 15 minutes away. Excellent location .The accommodation was clean and tidy our apartment got cleaned every day .Breakfast served at 8am on the balcony where you can taste the fresh air in morning and later around 11am enjoy the beautiful warmth of the Sun.The apartment did not have a TV in room but for me this was not essential as after breakfast theirs too much to go out and see. I would recommend this Riad Asarari to all seeking a private and personal apartment experience. Kr, S.Ahmed My only complaint is that there was nothing to complain about. Would recommend to book the Arad Asarari taxi from airport as some local taxi driver may not be able to get you dropped close to the apartment.

• Groot (8/5): If you really want to live the Medina, stay in Riad Asrari. - Riad Asrari is in the very heart of the Medina, which makes it a special experience. Finding it is an adventure, just like parking your car and tranporting your luggage by pushcart to the Riad is quite an experience. The place is very authentic, well decorated and provides all necessary comfort. When style is your measure of quality, the quality/price ratio is much higher than any of the 5-star hotels in Marrakech. The neighborhood has everything from street food, superb coffee, good restaurants and amazing markets. Coffee could have been better. The owners would add quality by putting a decent expresso machine on the roof terrace. But that is really the only remark
• Mina (10/5): Perfect - I would like to express my greatest admiration not only for Riad Asrari but also for its staff. Two beautiful and smiling girls who were ready at any moment to bring, cook, clean and help us as guests, through the worker Khalid who was extremely kind. Last but most important is the Riada manager, a guy named Sherif. The sheriff made my every idea come true. We were in touch about all excursions and organizations, friendly really if I ever come back to Morocco because of him I come to the same location. When I think of Marrakesh the Sherif's smile is unavoidable when mentioning my trip. All the recommendations and more for this property.

• Enrica (10/5): Die gastfreundlichste Unterkunft! - Ich habe die halbe Welt bereist aber dies waren die gastfreundlichsten Menschen, die ich je in einer Unterkunft getroffen habe. Es war sauber, gemütlich und ruhig aber super zentral. Ich habe alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichen können. Sie haben mir wertvolle Tipps gegeben, mir viel früher Frühstück gemacht als es eigentlich gibt, weil ich einen Ausflug hatte und mich mitten in der Nacht zu meinem Abholpunkt begleitet, weil ich alleine war. Ich werde definitiv wiederkommen. <3 Alles hat mir gefallen!

Location is perfect - inside medina with walking distance to most attractions. Very clean. Quiet - perfect place to relax after visiting souks. Simple but very good breakfast. Comfy beds. Small fridge in a bedroom with selection of soft drinks. Amazing people working there - very helpful. We were provided with a medina map and all information what to see, where to eat etc. We liked everything

• Marloes (9/5): Mooie riad met balzaal van een badkamer - Ruime kamer in de Riad met vooral een balzaal van een badkamer. Zeer vriendelijk personeel met ook ontbijtservice voor vroeg vertrek naar het vliegveld. Mooi dakterras.

• Laurent (9/5): Super séjour très agréable dans ce somptueux Riad. - Le personnel aux petits soins. Le Riad est très beau, la décoration est magnifique, terrasse très belle et confortable également. L’emplacement légèrement excentré permet d’être au calme et à 2 pas des souks. Attention aux prestations liées aux excursions qui sont vendues bien plus chères via le Riad annonçant une qualité supérieure pour au final se retrouver avec les groupes qui ont payé moins du double voir du triple.
• Mauricaro (3/5): Passez votre chemin .. - Seul point positif : la gentillesse et la bienveillance de Monsieur Shérif, qui a fait preuve d’un vrai sens du service. Dommage que le propriétaire ne fasse pas de même. J’ai séjourné dans ce Riad pendant cinq nuits. Tout s’est bien passé jusqu’au dernier jour, où je me suis aperçue que ma bague avait disparu. J’avais rangé mes bijoux dans une trousse cachée au fond de l’armoire, car le coffre-fort de la chambre ne fonctionnait pas (j’aurais peut-être dû le signaler). J’ai pourtant voyagé partout dans le monde, et c’est la première fois qu’une telle chose m’arrive. Avec un membre de l’hôtel, nous avons fouillé minutieusement la chambre, sans succès. À ce stade, il n’y avait plus de doute : la bague avait été volée. Je n’ai pas pu faire de déclaration à la police car je devais partir à l’aéroport, mon vol décollant trois heures plus tard. (Le propriétaire a essayé d’utiliser cet argument pour se dédouaner, ce qui est totalement ridicule, puisque c’était impossible.) On m’a remis une déclaration écrite où l’hôtel s’engageait à prendre des mesures et à me tenir informée, ce qui n’a pas été fait. Monsieur Shérif, employé sur place, a été très professionnel et m’a assuré qu’une enquête serait ouverte et que le propriétaire me tiendrait informée. Chose qui n’a jamais été faite. J’ai dû le contacter à plusieurs reprises avant d’avoir enfin une réponse de sa part. Le propriétaire m’a demandé d’envoyer la facture afin de déclarer le vol à son assurance, ce que j’ai fait immédiatement. Depuis, aucune nouvelle pendant plus de deux semaines. Il ignorait mes messages et mes appels. Lorsqu’il a finalement décroché (depuis un autre numéro), il s’est montré mal à l’aise, confus et totalement dépourvu de professionnalisme. C’est inadmissible de gérer une situation de vol avec autant de désinvolture. La bague n’avait peut-être qu’une valeur financière de 150 €, mais elle avait une valeur sentimentale inestimable. Le deuxième point à noter : l’emplacement n’est pas idéal. Le Riad est dans de petites rues et nous ne nous sentions pas en sécurité le soir. Deux soirs de suite, des hommes nous ont poursuivies, ce qui a rendu nos sorties désagréables

• Christine (9/5): Sehr stilvolles und ruhiges Riad in der Nöhe der Medina - Sehr schön und authentisch renoviertes Riad, mit einer tollen und ruhigen Dachterrasse, auf der das Frühstück serviert wurde. Wir hatten die Suite im Erdgeschoss und trotz der noch hohen Temperaturen hat es nachts durch die Bäume im Innenhof angenehm abgekühlt. Sehr freundliches Personal, dass bei unserer sehr frühen Abreise ein Taxi für uns organisiert hat. Nochmals herzlichen Dank dafür!

• Virginia (10/5): Bellissimo soggiorno, personale top! - Io e le mie amiche abbiamo passato un meraviglioso soggiorno presso questa struttura. Il Riad è vicinissimo al centro e a tutte le attrazioni principali. La differenza è stata il trattamento riservato da tutto il personale e da Sherif. Grazie a tutti, avete reso la nostra vacanza speciale!

Per vari ragioni abbiamo dovuto uscire molto presto più giorni in fila (2 ore prima dell'orario di colazione) e pur non avendolo chiesto ci hanno fatto avere una piccola colazione. Questo Riad è una vera perla!
