The price didn’t reflect the quality There were two cockroaches in the bedroom The remote for AC and TV were partly broken and had to interchange the batteries to make the AC work The third bed was stained and were dirty . Had to explicitly ask the room service to replace the covers The breakfast was cold and tasteless The staff were cold As if they didn’t care The bathroom felt unkept and towels were brownish so felt unclean Overall it was not worth the money I was asked to pay

- Preeti (10/5): comfortable stay. location of place is excellent , helped checking out other attractions in the city a breeze. was easy - cozy, compact rooms one of the lifts had a problem. would randomly close even when there was a person walking through. the food quality could be improved. food at both the breakfast buffet and that offered on the a la crate menus at the restaurant lacked flavour.

- Surajit (8/5): Good, clean and friendly hotel - We stayed here as a stopover between Mumbai & Pune. It was initially a surprise seeing the hotel inside a commercial complex but the overall experience was great. The room was quite lavish and spacious even with one extra bed. Breakfast was optimal and fresh. We had lunch and the food was good. The parking entry is through the lane in the back which can get closed if there is a temple puja which happens every evening around 3-5pm. I think for the location & stay, the price is just right, though slightly leaning towards expensive.
