Everyone was friendly, Dennis from concierge stood out the most and made sure my father and I were taken care of early in the morning by verifying that our driver was picking us up, he even tracked us down in person to let us know. What a great man. Would come back here again! Breakfast was great and again the staff here is very friendly

Great service from all of them. The restaurant was very good. Dinner and breakfast were great. Good choices and our group of six were very happy and satisfied. The restaurant staff just could not be better. We were in Room 328 and it was nice and quiet
- willieasmith2 (10/5): Perfect Pre-Safari Stay Near the Airport - My wife and I stayed here for one night before heading to The Ritz-Carlton Masai Mara Safari Camp. After a long trip from the U.S., we didn’t want to spend additional time traveling to a hotel when we mainly needed a comfortable place to relax, shower, and recharge before our safari. The hotel offered a complimentary airport shuttle, and we were at the property within about five minutes, which was incredibly convenient. They also recognized my Lifetime Platinum status and upgraded us to a suite, which was a very nice touch. The room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed. As part of my status benefits, we also received complimentary breakfast at the restaurant downstairs. The breakfast spread had a large selection of items, and the staff was attentive and welcoming throughout the meal. If you have a similar itinerary and need a convenient, comfortable stay before heading out on safari, this is an easy choice.

Great Hotel SO close to the airport and with stunning views overlooking the Nairobi National park. The double bed rooms made it comfy and the rooms workstations were an added advantage for us as we were editing content on the go. Asante Four Points.

- SuzanneGarber (10/5): Top choice in Nairobi - Elegant hotel near the Nairobi airport that has everything you need for a short or long business trip. I conducted all of my work meetings over a week in various aspects of the hotel: roof top bar, breakfast restaurant, business lounge, and coffee shop. It's perfectly suited to host meetings of any size and audience. The staff were extremely accommodating and kind. The room was well appointed and I did not need the air conditioning on as the temperature and weather outside was perfect. The free shuttle to the airport at any hour of the day was a huge plus, as well. A note for those afraid of dogs is that there are bomb and drug-sniffing dogs that search your vehicle every time you enter. I love dogs and a few "Hi puppy!" made the dog wag its tail while sniffing me and everyone in the shuttle. I did not mind that experience at all. The food at each venue was also delicious with attentive service. My various business guests ordered many coffees, teas, juices, milkshakes, and meals during my various meetings; everything was excellent. The rooftop pool was a nice place to watch the sunset. I met many people who used this facility before or after their safaris into other areas of the country. Clearly, it's a popular choice for business and leisure travelers.

Everyone we have come across is attentive to us and greets up in a spirit that let's us know we are welcome. We decided to relax and stay in the room and it was a gorgeous view and room service was timely and delightful! We decided to get massages, I did a Swedish, my husband got mani pedi and reflexology. We met upstairs by the pool and felt very lucky to have the opportunity to receive knowledgeable and professional experience while staying in. We are at the end of our 3 week journey throughout Kenya, so relaxing was priority. Expect to be pampered and for all your request to be taken into well consideration. No noise from the planes, which was a fear of mine. The location makes traveling on time to the airport such a relief, they have shuttle services that you can rely on. Definitely hopeful to return with more family and friends. Our first experience with four seasons, glad it was this location!

- Roblevelle243 (8/5): Worth visiting - Generally a good business hotel to stop over in a Nairobi. I had a two night stay and it was reasonably costed and safe and secure. A and but trying to get a coffee at breakfast time is a drama or comedy. Go to the coffee bar and order and it does not turn up. Order from the waiter and it does not turn up even 20 minutes later. Go back and make and serve yourself and four waitresses appear and ask “would you like a coffee”. lol. It’s a drama. Twice this sort of scenario happened. The baristas are too busy chatting to care and forget they have customers to see to I guess.

The reception team made check-in smooth and pleasant, and the restaurant service was just as impressive very attentive and top notch. The room was beautifully maintained, clean, and had a modern, stylish vibe that I absolutely loved. Everything felt fresh, comfortable, and well organized. What stood out the most for me was the hygiene truly top notch. You can tell they pay great attention to cleanliness and detail. Overall, a wonderful experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it! ✨

The hotel’s location is incredibly convenient, Several minutes from the airport, making it perfect for layovers or short stays. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout my stay. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable, offering a peaceful environment to relax despite being so close to the airport. Even within a short time, I appreciated the quality of service and the overall ambiance of the hotel. It’s clear they prioritize guest comfort and convenience. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a hassle-free and comfortable stay near the airporrt.

- Christoph (10/5): Tolle Option, um Zeit zum nächsten Flug zu überbrücken oder einen Stayover zu verbringen. - Man wird vom Flughafen direkt abgeholt, dies funktioniert auch, wenn man sich massiv verspätet. Das gesammte Personal ist auffallend freundlich und herzlich, vom Empfang angefangen über restaurant, Spa, Service. Excellente Restaurants mit erstaunlich vielfältigem Angebot. Die Emailkommunikation im Vorfeld ist schnell und genau. Die Zimmer könnten etwas besser gegen Geräusche vom Flur isoliert sein (Türenschlagen)

We left without ordering. No place to have a simple snack to eat. We ended up ordering from Room Service a breakfast dish.
