- Xaviera (10/5): Would stay again. ❤️ - Clean! The smell of bleach in the female dorm was icing on the cake. Expert cleaning staff. The air conditioning worked well in the rooms. Plenty of places to sit throughout the day, decent breakfast, I would return here. You have to rent a towel for 30baht. And I got bit up by mosquitoes a lot in the common areas. But that’s more of a blood type thing.

El personal es un 10 absoluto, siempre dispuestos en todo incluso cuando no era un pedido mio, ellos tienen iniciativa propia. La limpieza a diario todo impecable todo el tiempo. Super cómodo y acogedor. Trabaje on line de noche y el wifi estable para Google meet. Muy muy hermoso lugar Nada!

Chiang Mai Eddy Tours. The breakfast was really strange. Vegetables and cooked eggs. No juices or fruits. We didn't eat it the last day.

- Chiara (8/5): Molto pulito e bel posto - La struttura è molto bella, sembra di stare nella natura ed è assolutamente molto pulita. Qualità prezzo top, e lo staff è sempre molto sorridente. Non è sicuramente un ostello dove si riesce a creare una community. Purtroppo chiudono tutte le social area alle 21:00 e questo non permette ai backpackers di trovarsi e socializzare. NON FARE FESTA, semplicemente chiacchierare. Anche perché durante la giornata siamo fuori ad esplorare il mondo, la sera sarebbe bello scambiare due chiacchiere e le proprie esperienze.

- Salomé (9/5): - Les chambres sont très propres. Le petit déjeuner est très bons. Les espaces communs sont très quali. Franchement c’est une très belle auberge. Le jardin est super agréable. Deux petites choses : la paroi de douche en verre fumé et les rideaux blancs presque transparents. Deux choix étonnants pour une auberge. Mais j’y retournerai sans hésiter !

The front yard, views from the rooftop and main areas are really great. It is super close to the bus station and the night market. Motorbike rental was booked through the front desk and was really simple and easy to use. The main common area closes at 9pm. Though I can respect wanting to keep noise levels down at night it felt like people would just take the noise, phone calls, conversations right to rooms instead.

- Olivia (10/5): Great hostel! - Amazing hostel, everything near is very walkable. Staff are super nice and ready to help. The free breakfast is an amazing bonus! Clean facilities, the beds are a good size with it's owncharging socket, light and a little shelf. Some other guests were quite inconsiderate of the quiet rules and would turn the main room lights on all throughout the night. That can't be controlled too much by the hostel, though!

Comfortable beds. Very clean hostel. Main common area closes at 9p forcing guests to use another area that is close to the dorms. Some nights I nights I heard people talking from this location. Motorbike rental is a bit more expensive, but they were good motorbikes. Not as social as it could be.

- Mari (10/5): - L'ostello più figo che ho trovato in Thailandia del nord,pulito,moderno e ben organizzato. Mi hanno aiutata a noleggiare un motorino che mi hanno portato direttamente in ostello. È a 12 minuti di camminata dalla stazione dei bus, ma non è un difetto perché comunque a Chiang Rai serve il motorino per poter vedere le attrazioni principali, altrimenti si spendono troppi soldi per gli spostamenti con grab/Bolt

Hay estacionamiento para motos, puedes guardar tu equipaje, cafe y agua disponinle todo el día, lugares para ir a comer.

Ça donne une ambiance vraiment chill où on peut facilement rester à l’auberge se reposer tranquillement. Plusieurs toilettes séparés hommes et femmes et tout est propre. Les lits sont confortables et les chambres propres. Petit déjeuner tous les matins et la patronne de l’auberge est très gentille et répond à toutes les questions si besoin. Petit plus pour le cours de Muay Thaï gratuit proposé un matin ! C’était super ! Dommage les murs sont très fins et avec les portes qui font beaucoup de bruits on entend toutes les allées et venues le soir. Mais sinon le reste est super !

The six bed dorm had several windows, large under bed locker and spacious bed with large shelf for storage The communal area closing at 9pm is way too early.

The room was a nice size, the bed was SO comfortable and the bathroom was nice with really fresh smelling towels. On reflection, we felt the hotel was a little expensive for the area. We stayed in the Balcony room and you could hear a lot from the corridor (people walking, rather than them being loud) so wouldn’t recommend if you’re a really really light sleeper but it didn’t affect us too much!

- Daniel (3/5): Hot, sweaty, uncomfortable and overall bad. - Not much 6 friends and I chose to stay in the Baan Mai Kraden hostel for one night before we travelled to Laos due to its excellent reputation. However when we turned the air conditioning on it started to instantly leak a severe amount of water. Our friend is also vulnerable to this as he is quite severely asthmatic. This meant we had to leave the AC off all night and sleep through the blistering heat which caused all of us to get little to no sleep. The only help we received from the staff was a bin to put under the leaking water which we do not believe to be sufficient enough. Our rough sleep caused our 13 hours of travel to Laos to be even worse than expected and we do expect to be compensated respectively for the room. Thank you for your time.
