- Diane (9/5): - The unit was clean and comfy. The kitchen was functional. On-site undercover parking. Laundry facilities we really useful. It was in a great location. The second single bed was hard and could do with a better mattress.
- Murray (6/5): - Central location for the purpose of our visit (funeral) The main bed head had not been cleaned - noticed dust as I use a CPAP machine and the air hose was draped over it. The main lounge chair was very low and difficult to get out of (we're in our mid 70s). Vehicle access from Mill Street difficult to manoeuvre into Unit E carport due to slope. Resulted in damage to rear LH alloy rim. Obviously other customers have hit the same nib wall. Carport posts also a risk when opening doors - we have a dual-cab 4x4. I subsequently backed into the carport to improve line of sight and reduced risk of further damage.

- Bruce (8/5): Really good stay. Lots of appliances in the kitchen. - Everything we needed. Good location. Good facilities. The main room double bed was very comfy and the right side single bed was comfortable in the twin room. The left side single bed was not comfortable and requires updating as the springs protrude. A few more large mugs needed in the kitchen and the odd mirror in the rooms. Otherwise it was great.

- Springerella27 (7/5): Good for a nights rest. - Lovely view from the deck. Good location, comfortable beds and clean linen. Everything you need for a good night's sleep or a few nights stay. Not suitable for a longer holiday. Very minimal styling and stocking for the price. The toliteries look like they were left behind be a previous guest. No oil for cooking etc. Cleaning was adequate but not spotless. A water filter for the terrible Albany water would be a really good addition. .

The accommodations was filthy, even after an extra cleaning we asked for, it was still not clean. The glass table top (round) was loose as not attached to the legs, a big safety hazard. It was exchanged to a safe table by the owner. One balcony chair had a broken leg, another safety hazard.

Convenient location It was cold in Albany the weekend we stayed and needed a blanket to put on the bed for warmth. The blankets appeared to be for cots and not beds . A queen size blanket for a queen bed is required.

- Parker (8/5): Recommend staying if you want something close to town. - It was very close to town, which was handy. It was clean and tidy, communication with owners was great. Driveway and carport a little to small tomanoeuvre around.
- Marilyn Sonia (5/5): Located conveniently to walking distance to many facilities and markets foreshore attractions. - Location good with easy walking access to main York st and other main areas in Town. Views of harbour water was good. Cleaners need to be more attentive and thorough inside and out. The unit needs maintenance throughout and this would make staying there better. Kitchen cooking pot set needs replacing due to wearing out. More instructions written and placed appropriately nearby to stove and cook too. Microwave is in a restricted location needs thought into repositioning it. Sliding doors need maintenance of track rollers and cleaning so these are easier to slide when using. Cobwebs and spider living in bathroom window needs removing.

Some parts show signs of age/use but as a family, we prefer not to be walking on eggshells in a spotless, modern apartment, so this was perfect

It was bitterly cold and the heating did not work so we sat with blankets at night until going to bed. The bedding was warm enough. We also had trouble with the TV. When I called for assistance I was not given any helpful advice so maybe better written instructions might help.

The single beds are very uncomfortable for adults, the linen was stained and the doona looked like it hadn't been washed in quite a while. I had aching hips after the first night and I haven't had this since sleeping on rock hard beds overseas.
- Meryl (7/5): 3 nights in Albany - The kitchen was excellent. Plenty of room and well equipped. Good to have parking off the street. The apartments are centrally located. The door lock is good - a code instead of a key. Bed was quite comfortable. The pictures showed a clean and tidy courtyard but it looks like no maintenance has been done outside for some time.- dirty, mossy and a pot plant overflowing with water at the front door. Some of the plates in the kitchen had been put away with grease still on them - yuk! It was very cold during our stay (not host's fault) but it was difficult on our 1st night to get the AC working well enough. We wondered if the filters are cleaned. The ground floor apartment (C) we were in was very dark and didn't really get any sun at this time of year - could only see the dismal courtyard. The apartment has its good points but I was a little disappointed with my choice.
