It would've taken forever to even barely get some AC. Checked out of the room right away they refused to refund, even though the place is disgusting and a pigsty and unlivable

- James (2/5): - My stay at this condo was a complete disappointment. The room itself is a shame—outdated décor, an air conditioner that barely works, and worst of all, beds infested with bed bugs. Both my guest and I woke up covered in painful bites, which clearly shows they never change the sheets. The service only made things worse. The front-desk staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. When I asked about the pool, I was told it was “under maintenance”—no warning or apology. And the elevator? It took forever to arrive on our floor, making every trip up or down a chore. Save yourself the headache and book elsewhere. This condo is not worth the money or the stress.

- Jay (4/5): - Place was poorly maintained. Linens & towels looked rundown and dirty. AC was the only positive part about staying there. The bathroom had a sewer smell to it and found some flies. Place is functional but could use some upkeep. It floods when you shower. Drainage is a problem. One has to squat to shower so water will stay in one area and not flood the entire bathroom.

- Sofia (2/5): Total scam - do not book! - This is more like a private host and NOT a hotel. We were provided with no check in instructions until I messaged the property 3 hours before arrival. We were informed to get the key from the guard on duty who however was totally not expecting us and needed a lot of convincing to let us in… we then proceeded to the property which to our total surprise (and contrary to what’s advertised) had no toilet paper, no soap, no toiletries, no bottled water, only one very old and awful towel for two people, no batteries in the AC remote control, no WIFI password, no instructions on how to access the pool. The property was also unclean and with extremely old furniture and linens.. to make things worse, you can hear extremely loud music from about 9pm to 4am and you can’t sleep at all even with the best ear plugs! Given that the property is on a very high 40+ floor, this was completely unexpected..
- john (4/5): Never ever again!! - Old disgusting unit, filthy everything, worn out everything , hookers ladyboys and tons of beggars right outside the building constantly harassing you for one thing or another, very noisy, dirty pool, left after 3 days and found a decent hotel at the baseline center which I would recommend.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Worst place ever - I’ve stayed in many hotels and apartments throughout my life, and this is by far the worst place I’ve ever been to. Dirty, unsafe, and with terrible customer service. It’s absolutely nothing like what the owner advertised. The bedsheets were torn and had blood stains on them - disgusting. Even detention centers in El Salvador have cleaner bathrooms than the one from this property. Avoid the disappointment—stay somewhere else.

The sliding shower door was broken so it made the bathroom floor all wet… and bring your own toilet paper, they don’t supply it… and you don’t get another towel for at least a week, property’s rule… I was just expecting better…

- ARISA (4/5): - 普通のコンドタイプのホテルは事前に部屋番号などの情報をメッセージなどで送ってくるのが普通ですが、こちらは一切ありませんでした。 少し不安になった為、登録されている連絡先に電話しましたが一切繋がらない上、メッセージを送っても返信はありませんでした。 正直、連絡が取れない電話番号なら登録する意味は無いと思います。 部屋自体の感想はメンテナンスをしっかりやって欲しいと感じました。 飲み物を冷やそうと冷蔵庫を開けたら虫がいて引きました。 なんで冷蔵庫の中に虫がいるのかと思ったら冷蔵庫のコンセントが刺さっていなくて冷蔵庫が動いていなかったのが原因でした。 トイレに行こうとした時にはバケツ？みたいなのに変な色の水が溜まっていて不愉快な気持ちになりました。 ダメな点を挙げるとキリが無いぐらい。ちょっとの時間ですぐ出来るような些細なところなどがちゃんと管理？清掃？などが出来ていない印象でした。 利点を挙げるとするならば他の方もおっしゃっている通り立地はいいです。 でも、フィリピンはタクシー代が日本に比べて安いのですごく都心部から離れていなければ立地で不憫を感じることは無いと思うので自分的にはあまり利点としてすごくプラスにはならなかったです。

The Cabinet is broken, there's blood in the wall, so much dust in the lavatory area and even a garbage bin is no where to be found... The WORST part is, you cannot contact the number they declared online... So we decided to extend our stay somewhere else.

I was Shown two other replacement rooms that were badly arranged, small refrigerator, and in general a much lower quality unit…ugh!!! Additionally, i found Many roaches in the room. Yes, big and many small ones running around. A Unclean room, stained bed sheets, noisy Air Conditioner, and no cleaning items for the kitchen. A Small refrigerator that barely kept food cold. I am very disappointed as I have rented other units from other vendors in the building that were much better.I will NOT use this vendor again!!!!!!

My sister went to the lobby ask if they can get the refund because i dont want them to get the room at all but sadly they cant get a refund instead said they can ask for cleaning it again.so they called the caretaker and cleaned it after an hour the smell still there.My Family cant even hangouts inside the room instead went to the pool or mall hangout there but sadly they can smell it the whole night. With that i had to booked a new Hotel because my Family cant take it anymore the smell. Eventhough they tried to clean it hard spray some scented perfume the bad smell still there. That kind of smell like someone through/threw up. Even my four year old nephew saying so smell bad like p**p. I booked this hotel I thought they well have a good time and comfortable to sleep but it was horrible. The name of the hotel COZY doesnt Fit it’s not cozy at all. The next day i booked a new hotel and my Family moved out in this hotel and go to the new hotel i booked for them. My four nights booking to this hotel its gone wasted. Travellers/costumers please take time to read reviews about the hotel before you booked because all the reviews/comments are absolutely right. This hotel/condo unit is NOT WORTH IT to recommend.

- George (2/5): - This was the most disgusting place l have ever stayed in . No hot water to take a shower. Black mold all over the shower walls. Bugs and cockroaches in unit. I will never rent there again.
- jaime jr. (2/5): - False Advertising. I arrived in the unit and met with less than bare minimum accommodation. The toilet seat was missing, there was no towels and toiletries in the unit and no drinking water—these were stated on the listing as free and included when booked. I have to call for the care taker to ask for the said items. I was given the saddest towels and a sachet of shampoo, no soap and no drinking water as well and I was told I have to get it myself. The unit was almost bare, no conduction stove as seen on the picture advertised and the linens were mismatched. I actually booked for another night since although lacking, the space was livable. I was out in the city most of the time. Basically, the unit was just a place to sleep in. If you are looking forward to enjoy the stay, it will fail you miserably. When I was checking out in the lobby, I overheard two foreigners having the same issue. They were asking assistance from the front desk since they arrived with no towels and no toiletries in there room as well. I mean, come on, is this the standard of the accommodations here in this place?

- KENTA (2/5): - 総評としては★1。1泊$400くらいだったので期待して連泊したが、メンテナンスされていない部屋だったため非常に最悪でした（部屋番号：M10） ■良い点 １。立地 ２。部屋でWiFiが繋がる ３。プールとジムが併設されている ■悪い点 １。部屋に大量の虫がいる（大量の蟻） ・大量の蟻、小蝿、蜘蛛 ２。部屋が非常に臭い ・キッチン下の収納扉を開くと大量の虫が生息しており、激臭を放っている。電子レンジを開けると激臭がする。 ３。シャワーが壊れている ・シャワーから少量の水が垂れるだけ（シャワーヘッドが壊れている。機械が壊れており、暖かい水は出ないで少量の冷水のみ）、部屋の臭い匂いが宿泊していると服等に染み付く。 ４。チェックインした時の担当者に口頭で、ベットメイキングとタオルの補充を依頼したが、結局一度もされることはなかった。 ５。デポジットを要求され支払った。デポジットの支払い証明書類をくれるように何度も依頼したが、結局持ってこなかった。（毎回、準備できたら持っていくという回答のみ） ６。部屋が全体的に汚い ７。お腹を壊して体調を崩した（テーブルの上に置いた食べ物を数時間放置して、暗い真夜中に食べたら多くの蟻がついていたようで、翌朝に腹痛や下痢になった）

- Trev (4/5): - The check in time is later than usual, but you can check in at the typical time for a fee. Parking is available for a FEE! The included double trundle bed was false advertising. I was charged an additional FEE. The couch shown in the picture doesn’t exist, I am pretty sure we were not given the unit that we paid for. The shower head had rivets and screws flying off it when I tried to shower. They do have a pool, but only 2 family members can use the pool at one time. A family of four and we can’t enjoy the pool as a family???

And the dishes was disgusting. No TV Chanel available. And I had to call someone about the WiFi because no information in the condo about the name of the WiFi and the password. I felt like being scam. The building is nice though but it’s 52 levels so when you have to get an elevator going down or up sometimes you can wait 10 minutes. People are lining at the lobby waiting for elevator.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Terrible condo - This is not a hotel, but rather condo units so there is no guarantee what you will get . When you arrive at reception you have to phone the assistant to have her come and check you in. I waited 15 minutes for her to arrive. When we went to the unit there was an employee sleeping on the sofa. There was a used tooth brush left in the bathroom. The bed sheet was stained. There was no top sheet to use with the blanket. So gross . You need to give them your passport in exchange for a pass for you to use the pool. Ridiculous . The listing says there are 10 restaurants and 5 bars on site, but there is nothing in the building, rather they are referring to the venues along the main road within a 3 block radius. I would not stay again or recommend.

If you read my other review, forget it because Riza has a heart of gold and I believe the mistakes that were made originally had more to do with her staff being negligent, but once I got to know her she’s a friend and didn’t deserve such harsh criticism. I’ve never changed a review, but fair is fair and I recommend her highly!!

Bathroom smells funky. Water stains and calcification accumulation shows on shower heads and faucets. Cobwebs is present in the room. Cooking utensils are burnt. Hallways and elevators no air condition which makes them smells dingy and smells like urine. Front desk Staff and security do not have the right to contact the owner of the unit nor will provide contact number of the owner. You must have contact information yourself and you have to contact the owner of the unit yourself when checking in and checking out.

Problem is that it was missing a lot of things from description like microwave, ironing board etc. Also there was a lot of small flies in the room ( I have stayed before in the same building at this wasn't the case )

- Verified traveler (10/5): Excellent - The room that I stayed is very nice and spacious with complete utenails and basic appliances like ref,microwave & Electric hotplate.I will stay again in the near future.

- Benjamin (2/5): Unable to check in left homeless - Host never answered the call so from 2am till 7am i stayed on the street with my luggage. Never got to check in. Host number is wrong its not +6363 its just +63 once. Hotels.com dont check and verify contact numbers. I called 150 times over 5 hours trying to check in and the host never answer. Building security also call and the host never answer. The instructions say call 2 days before check in but the room was advertised on the day i booked so impossible to call the day before i book. Host needs to setup 2 day booking period with hotels.com so his room is not advertised unless they can check in guests on the day of booking. I couldnt find another room so ended up homeless with all my luggage on the street till 7am i found a room at 8am and had 1 hour sleep before my tour started at 9am when i checked out. Spent 3 hours and 10 calls to hotels.com trying to book another room they would not pay for cause it was too expensive so i had to just stay on the street all night. Worst holiday ever on record.

- Verified traveler (2/5): Worst accomodation experience yet - Building was still under construction, would have had been great to know it before booking. Rooms were very dirty and worn. Shower water pressure was non-existent.
- Jackson (6/5): - The guards are very helpful and friendly. I was made to pay 3 nights for the parking which was not mentioned in the Expedia site (or I may have missed it). On the second night of our stay, I found out that someone had parked on the slot supposedly paid for already. This was not a good experience. We were told by the that the owner had rented it out to someone else. Two people paying for one parking lot. Also, I was not able to use the microwave. The plug was three pronged but the outlet only has too. It seems the owner tried very much and to make it appear that the required appliances are in place but not so much as making sure they work. The advantage in staying in this place though is that there are a lot of places to it eat and malls are walking distance. Not a lot of area though to roam around.
