You’ll be surrounded by one of the most beautiful and authentic atmospheres Rome has to offer. Highly recommended! Only downside is the staircase to get upstairs can be a bit tricky if you’re travelling with heavy luggage

Everything is so close by and easy to walk to. Very safe location and good security to enter property with 3 doors to get inside. Spacious and comfortable. Clean and everything you could need provided. Great pressure in the shower and the bed was really comfortable. Added bonus having a proper hairdryer available for those that need to use one. Fabiola was the perfect host and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you Fabiola for welcoming us. Nothing. It was perfect and I would gladly stay there again. I will be sure to recommend it to anyone that is looking for somewhere to stay in Rome that ticks all the boxes.

• Visa Karte (7/5): Sehr sauber und zentral gelegen. - Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig zu erreichen, das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es war alles sehr sauber. Wohnung wird während des Aufenthalts nicht gereinigt, das Mobiliar wirkt abgewohnt. Man hört auch bei geschlossenem Fenster die Musik und die Gespräche des Restaurants im Erdgeschoss und sehr früh amMorgen auch die Geräusche der Müllabfuhr.

All of the major tourist attractions were within walking distance, and the local area was full of restaurants, and food and wine shops. Despite the busy location, the apartment was incredibly quiet and peaceful. Nothing.

Ad ogni richiesta risponde in brevissimo tempo. Appartamento pulito e silenziosissimo pur essendo situato in una piazzetta con bar e ristoranti. Materasso e cuscini comodi. De gastvrouw doet het trouwens ook geweldig en laat je er thuis voelen. Als ik 1 ding moet opnoemen zijn de kussens voor mij niet aangenaam om op te slapen. Maar dit is puur persoonlijk.

Lägenheten var mycket fräsch med rena sängkläder och ligger centralt på en charmig gata. Vi kände oss trygga under hela vistelsen, och det finns många sevärdheter, mysiga caféer, restauranger och fina butiker i närheten. Dessutom finns en trevlig takbar bara 100 meter bort – och precis under lägenheten ligger ett mysigt café/restaurang med riktigt härlig stämning! Att vi behövde åka hem

Všade bolo čisto, výborná poloha ubytovania v centre. K pamiatkam všade pešia dostupnosť cca 10-15 minút. Pre imobilných nie je ubytovanie vhodné, strmé schody bez výťahu. Nám to nerobilo žiaden problém.
• David (10/5): A quiet oasis in the heart of busy Rome. - Centrally located close to key tourist attractions with a variety of restaurants at your doorstep and a supermarket a short walk away. Room was clean and comfortable, Air conditioning worked well. Room was quiet and secure, bed and pillows comfortable, plenty of storage space, clean and functional bathroom, host was lovely. We were offered secure baggage storage on our last day which enabled us to make the most of our last day given that we were flying late in the evening. More than happy to stay again and would highly recommend
• Val (9/5): An easygoing stay in Rome, close to all the great places to visit. - Fabiola communicated with us well in advance of our arrival, providing useful information about the property, the area nearby, and organizing to meet us on arrival. When we arrived she met us and made us feel welcome, explaining all the details about the property. She offered to organize transfer to airport and provided tips on good places to eat. The location is fantastic, five minutes walk from the Pantheon, less than ten minutes walk to the Trevi Fountain. The accommodation provided ample space for us, the air conditioning proved useful on a hot night. The stairs to the accommodation on first floor may be a challenge for guests with limited mobility. It was not a problem for us, but you do have to carry you luggage upstairs.

Property is quiet with very little outside noise and the air conditioning is very good. Ideal for a couple. You feel very safe inside. You can leave your bags on site after check out and collect later. Could have benefited from a small couch.

There was contact from booking the stay right up until we left with all my questions answered quickly which was really helpful. When we arrived Fabiola was there to meet us and was so warm and welcoming, Fabiola is a fantastic host and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if visiting Rome. The apartment is minutes from lots of restaurants and bars and sights, it really is the perfect location for a base. Nothing, the apartment, host and location were above expectations and we would stay here again

Location. Close to all the big attractions in Rome and also very close to many wonderful restaurants.

In the very lively center of Rome but very quiet when you close the window, you can literally turn the city on and off, which we loved. All amenities present and confortable. Cool room, not too warm. Nicely decorated. Breakfast / coffee available just next door, cocktail bar at 30m, two churches with Caravaggio paintings within 2 minutes walk… what else to ask ? Nothing
• Marcus (1/5): save your money and stay elsewhere - nil Absolutely disgusted by the state of this hotel. The room was filthy — stains on the bed, dust and dirt on the blanket. It clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly in a long time. The bedding is sickening. The lack of basic hygiene made it impossible to relax. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone — save your money and stay elsewhere.
• Priscilla (9/5): Walking distance to the key tourist attractions and awonderful host - It’s closed to all the places we visited: Vatican, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps. Restaurants,cafe and grocery stores, etc. with 15-min taxi ride from Roma Termini. I loved the location and felt very safe to walk back to our stay. It’s also nice to use the kitchenette for a simple breakfast or a simple meal if you don’t want to eat out every single day. The ceiling can used some work with paint coming off.

• Alexandra (10/5): Great location - Great location! Fabiola is very helpful, the flat was in perfect condition. You reached to the main sites in Rome in 10 min ( Trevi, Pantheon, Plaza Navona ) and even the Coliseum and Vatican are 25 min walk.

Fabiola and her family were so accommodating, we were delayed coming in and it was no issue. We were in contact via WhatsApp and it was like staying with a relative almost. There was snacks and water in the apartment for us and overall we had an excellent time is a fabulous city! Will hopefully stay with Fabiola again in the coming years! Nothing.

Very well positioned for seeing the sights. The position of the shower was a little odd, being outside of the bathroom. As friends staying here, It meant the one not showering couldn’t use the bathroom whilst the other was showering - but if you were a couple sharing it probably wouldn’t be a problem. The shower itself was excellent though - so no complaints there 😁

Fabiola welcomed us at the property and showed us around, explaining every detail we needed to know for our stay. I'll definitely book again, 10/10.

Great location well situated close to city centre but quiet enough at most times. We requested a cot for our 15 months old. It was nicely prepared and our toddler slept very well. Check out was slightly unclear. We just left the keys by the door.

• Haarhoff (10/5): Very comfortable modern apartment located at the heaert of Rome. - Great spacious and comfortable apartment, fully equipped with what one needs. Typical to central Rome, located in an old building but with modern fit out - lots of cupboard space, large bathroom, etc. We stayed four nights at the end of a 7 week holiday, and was in a great location between the Piazza Novona and the Pantheon that made it easy to explore this part of Rome on foot. Highly recommended. Very helpful and attentive host. Lots of places to eat close by as is a supermarket. Nothing really.

We are already planning our return. - Our beautiful hostess Fabiola met us at the apartments at the appointed time, let us leave our bags early, and then set us off to explore Rome on foot. Location! Location! Location! So close to everything yet on a quieter street. The beds were so comfortable, we had plenty of towels, the kitchen had all we needed and it was spotlessly clean. Our friends were equally pleased with the apartment on the same landing. Nothing. Everything was perfect. There was a steep marble staircase to climb but that is Rome. We wanted the local experience. And Fabiola always had someone with her to take care of the bags.

The bathroom facilities were good and there was also a small kitchen if you wanted. The property felt secure and was located in a great area. The Spanish steps and pantheon were very close but every other attraction was walking distance from the apartment for us. The host was so kind and thought of lots of extra details such as snacks and water for the room. Could not recommend it enough Nothing bad!

• Alistair (10/5): Excellent facilities in a historic building located in a great part of the city - Great air-con, shower and a comfy bed. A good sized apartment so it didn't feel cramped. Good kitchen facilities including a Moka pot with ground coffee. The fridge was really useful and included an ice tray. Our host even offered a sedan shuttle service to the airport (for a nominal fee) which I can highly recommend. The area was our favourite part of Rome with some pedestrianised streets with great restaurants and bars. No problems.

The location was right in the centre of everything and you could walk to all of the major attractions. Air con worked well and kept us cool when it was super hot. Couldn’t recommend more.
• Edwards (9/5): Fabulous - what a find! - Excellent location - fabulous all round. Central to everything. Beautiful inside, had everything we needed 🤩 Bit noisy in the am but so is everywhere in Rome. Struggled to find anything I didn’t like.
• Marla (9/5): Great location near Piazza Navona! - Communication with the apartment manager before and during our stay was excellent! Apartment is a 15 minute cab ride the Termini station. Fabiola had given us a heads up that the ride should cost $15 which was great since some (cab) drivers were coming up to people in the taxi stand line and discouraging them about the wait time. They charged $50 if you wanted to get out of line and take their cab. As it was, the line moved quickly and Fabiola was exactly right about the time and cost involved. As a side note, Fabiola asked if we wanted a private transfer to the airport after our stay. She told us that the cab ride would be a fixed price of $50 and I think we had to walk a block or two to the taxi stand. She arranged our private transfer for $60 and we had a wonderful gentleman take us to the airport in style. Orso Luxury Apartment was in a great location - within walking distance of all major sites. Breakfast was not included but there were some pre-packaged treats, juice, and coffee in the room. Also, there were several bars and cafes within minutes just outside the door so getting a morning pastry and cappuccino was no problem. I was impressed with how quiet the apartment was once I closed the double paned windows. We had no problem with sleep quality. This was a good stay. We were happy to see Fabiola when we checked in and out and, while in Rome, to know that she was reachable if we needed her. Everything was fine. No complaints.
